Queenstown Motel Apartments

It’s a nice, clean, and quite spacious place, and the team was lovely and welcoming. However, it can get quite noisy if your room is downstairs. Our room was located next to the reception area, and we could hear people coming up and down the stairs throughout the night, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Overall, a pleasant stay, but I would recommend requesting a room away from the reception area and stairs.

We were happy with accomadation it was a last minute find since our original accomadation fell through.

Near town centre. Staff very friendly and help full.

The location was great. Central Queenstown was easily walkable from here. The one bedroom apartment had the most gorgeous view of the lake. Staff were friendly.

Hooks for jackets and towels would be welcome. The daily housekeeping consisted of replenishing of amenities and clearing of rubbish bins only, no cleaning/ tidying up

我們住了三個晚上，訂了兩間四人房和一間三人房，在接近零度的晚上，四人房的熱水正常，但三人房只有偏溫的水，根本無法洗澡，詢問服務人員後得到的回覆是：同時段較多人用水，要等到少人使用，才有熱水，但那時已經晚上10點多，最後是同行友人到四人房才能洗澡。 另外，我們住了三個晚上，但房務人員不會主動更換毛巾，詢問的結果是：毛巾要丟在地上，他們才會幫你換，所以我們在第三個晚上更換了新的毛巾，也得到重新鋪床服務，但我也在這個晚上，在睡了兩個晚上的枕頭下發現前一個客人留下的指甲⋯⋯

Being asked to present an ID card upon arrival which was more than ok, but my drivers license was then photocopied and filed as part of motel documents. We are not exactly that comfortable with very personal information being out there uncontrolled. If the motel can please publish this policy officially (that hard copy of drivers license or a passport will be kept on their files) so the customers can be made aware prior to arrival.

Room was not what we would consider value for money, bathroom was in a poor state of repair, broken towel rail support,bath had been damaged and glued together, bathroom/shower linings were damaged and will cause issues down the track. Hot water system needs addressing shower would go cold mid shower

The service was excellent, and the location was even better! It’s within walking distance of Queenstown town centre, which was so convenient.

I wish the room lighting was a little brighter, but it didn’t really affect our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Queenstown Motel Apartments. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close enough to walk into town while still being quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in easy and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown!

Great location for our family just a short walk to town, NB steepish hill home. 3 beds plus sofa bed was great for us - Mum with 3 sons and plenty of room to move around furniture, bathroom is spacious and shower had excellent pressure. Great view from our room of the mountains and lake. Staff were very helpful even when it was 10pm at night. Well definitely

Only thing I’d recommend to the properly is to put a lamp in the lounge as there are beds it would be good to have a lamp to turn off near the bed and to have a dimmer light at night.

The motels location on the edge of the town centre was brilliant, close enough to walk in. Our room was large, comfortable, clean with a great shower. It was one of our favourites in our 2 week road trip traveling around South Island.

Nice sized studio with a kitchenette and heatpump. The manager kindly switched our room to one with a lake view. Massive bed! Walking distance to town centre. 👍

有附廚房餐具 自己備餐 真的可以省下不少錢 床還算舒適 位置雖然不是非常靠近市中心 但走路還是可到 不算太近 要花點體力 回程是上坡會更累一點 整體性價比我覺得以皇后鎮來說算很合理
