It’s a beautiful place located in middle of mountains. The view is amazing from the property. The staff were very helpful and polite. We had lovely stay for 2 days and left the place with good memories until next time.

We would expect more items in the buffet Dinner.

Schönes Resort am Ende vom Stausee. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind groß und Badezimmer mit Tageslicht in den Häuschen mit je 4 Zimmern. Sehr bequeme Betten. Man kann Fahrräder ausleihen (sehr rudimentär) und durch die wunderschönen Auen zum See wandern.

Direkt neben den Hotel wird eine neue Brücke gebaut. Je nachdem ob gerade gearbeitet wird, kann es laut sein.

Although the location is a bit remote, it is simply superb and absolutely worth the journey. The ambience of the resort is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was also amazing, with great taste and quality. Overall, everything from the atmosphere to the hospitality was impressive.

The property is excellent in location and a serene place. The experiance from arrival to Departure was superb. Raja Lakshmi who welcomed us made our stay very plesant. The food was outstanding and the Chef and staff ensured we were served vegeterian food to our liking. The Ayurvedic centre was professional and Sitara took exceptional care in the wellness centre of my wife. The buggy drivers were plesant and always ready to serve you, so also house keeping staff who kept our Room tidy. Overall a place you would enjoy. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

All things were good, nothing to feel negative about.

Fantastic ambience, spacious and comfortable rooms, Amazing views of western ghats, good spa and swimming pool. staffs are customer oriented. Great food. A bit inside from main road hence it is better to reach early.

Wellness part is not that great.

Our stay at Au Revoir Resort exceeded all our expectations! The location is truly magical! Surrounded by pristine nature and striking mountains, with views across the large lake, we were constantly amazed. The very comfortable and clean houses are nestled within a lovingly maintained park with beautiful flowers. The entire staff was exceptionally courteous, friendly, and helpful. They fulfilled every wish instantly. The excellent chef conjured up delicious dishes at every meal, including Ayurvedic options! And he accommodated our special requests as well. The infinity pool is beautifully situated, and its soft, crystal-clear water is free of chlorine, this and swimming with panoramic views, was almost addictive. There wasn't a single thing to criticize, and we happily sank into the wonderful bed every evening. We weren't here for Ayurvedic treatments, so we can't comment on those, but they seem to be very good. However, the daily yoga classes were very well structured and inspiring. We went with a driver to Palakkad for shopping and temple visits. Guided hikes in the area are highly recommended. We plan to stay here again next year. Highly recommended!

The location and the landscaping was amazing. View of the mountains was mesmerizing. We liked the hotel very much for the beautiful location and pretty cottage rooms. Staff were kind and supportive.

There were no proper driver accommodation available at the property and one which they offered was too dirty to use. Hotels should give much importance in providing proper and clean accommodation facilities for drivers. The breakfast buffet was average only. Dinner buffet was much better. But ala carte food was very tasty.

The setting, far from the madding crowd. Inside the resort is a haven of peace. The lawns are well kept, flowering plants and trees bearing fruit, peacocks shy of humans on enchant the visitor. The infinity pool situated on the topmost point of the slope offer a spectacular view of the waters below and the hills in the distance.

It is over prized. The staff are not really trained. Inside the rooms, one discovers the wear and tare. The resort aspires to be top notch...5 star...but it is not. When you book a taxi through them....there is none in walking distance...they charge almost 30% extra to the normal taxi fare, but do not inform you of this while booking.

Nothing particularly. Just beware of snakes as we got one in the swimming pool. Staff helped to remove immediately. This is expected as it is near forest

We're having an incredible stay at AuRevoir! The Ayurvedic massage we had yesterday was truly exceptional – therapists Maya and Princy have magic hands! We highly recommend the treatment. The property is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views, impeccable maintenance, and delicious food. It's the perfect luxury retreat. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We loved everything from the moment we checked in! The welcome we received with wet towels and a refreshing drink, to the stunning views all around the property, to the comfort of the rooms, the amenities in the bathroom (and how they are stored and presented) The bed was so comfortable, balcony spacious and beautiful to relax in and admire all the birds We absolutely loved the yoga Shala! Practicing there in the morning was one of our favorite things! Restaurant very nice and good variety of items for breakfast Staff superb!

Ayurvedic spa is a must try option for who gonna visit there to relax your body and mind. Professional staffing at spa. We enjoyed the stay at the property, hope to stay there again.

Waiting for the food at the restaurant during lunch & dinner for a long time was only a minor complaint I could raise. It may be because of less manning in the galley.

Our stay was made comfortable and pleasurable by the warm and friendly staff, especially the genuine smile and courtesy of Ajeesh, who took us many times in the buggy. We also appreciate the attention to little details, the dance performance and live flute music during the dinner. The location definitely deserves another visit!

This property is in an isolated area and they did not provide a clean and decent place to sleep or good food for our driver. No alternative lodges or canteen available nearby. Nearest was 15+ km away. Can stay there only if you are self driving.
