Bei Belegung mit vier Personen, schlafen zwei Personen quasi in der Küche. Dadurch ist dieser Bereich der Wohnung doch sehr beengt.

No nos gustó que por la noche, la zona de alrededores, estaba frecuentada por jóvenes que habían bebido demasiado; pero realmente eso no depende del alojamiento.

Dobra lokalizacja uliczka w bok od głównej ulicy handlowej. W środku jest cicho, nie dochodziły odgłosy z ulicy jaki i z sąsiednich apartamentów. Bardzo dobre i ładne materiały wykończeniowe. Czystość bez zarzutu. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Nawet otrzymaliśmy zapas kapsułek do kawiarki na cały okres pobytu. Bardzo czytelna i dokładna instrukcja odnośnie dotarcia do apartamentu i jego użytkowania.

If I could give this property more than a 10 I would. It was in a great location, very clean and the host went above and beyond for us. I requested an early check in as we were heading to an event that day and wanted to get ready, the room was available for us in perfect condition. All the instructions were very clear and it was great to be able to use the luggage storage as we waited for our flight. Will definitely stay here again!

Great central apartment, spacious, had everything we needed for a three day stay. Local bakery cake and decanter of Port on arrival were a nice and welcome touch. Very responsive on site team who allowed us to check in a little early by prior arrangement and gave us free parking recommendations.

Better quality towels would have been nice. No outdoor space, which is a shame but can't be helped due to the building layout, etc..

The apartment is kept in impeccable condition. Every conceivable amenity is provided: dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, washer/dryer or clothes rack if you prefer, iron, ironing board. Little things like oil & vinegar, coffee pods, pods for the washer and dishwasher, and enough toilet paper to keep the fussiest guest happy. It was better equipped than most apartments I’ve stayed in over many years of travel. The immediate response of the manager was greatly appreciated. Remember to use the KEY icon on the keypad before punching in the code. It took another resident to point that out or we might never have gotten through the gate! Highly recommended!

The Uber driver had some difficulty finding the address. It’s literally steps around the corner from a well-known restaurant called Abadia which might help future guests.

Great location just off the main street so it's not too noisy. Clean and large apartment. Great value for money.

Purtroppo la scarsa manutenzione dell'appartamento: lo sciacquone del water si è rotto e nonostante sia stato repentinamente riparato ha continuato a far rumore tutta la notte. Poi il perno della doccia era rotto, bisognava utilizzare solo il doccino non consentendone un uso pieno. I cuscini del letto troppo morbidi.

Our stay at Bolhão Residences was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The location is simply superb — truly 10/10. The apartment is just steps away from Rua de Santa Catarina and right around the corner from Mercado do Bolhão, making everything incredibly accessible. Exploring Porto was so easy; my family walked almost all day, every day. After long hours of sightseeing, coming back to the apartment felt like pure relief — all our tiredness instantly melted away. The apartment itself is beautifully immaculate. Cleanliness is beyond impressive — another 10/10! As someone who informed them in advance that my daughter and I have severe asthma and dust allergies, I was deeply touched by their response. They not only reassured us but even asked if we had any additional allergies. That level of care meant so much to us. And they truly delivered — their cleaning standards are exceptional. The space feels so relaxing, cozy, calm, and pure. Even the smell of the apartment was divine! Every detail made it feel like a peaceful sanctuary. We were also warmly welcomed with Porto wine and cake upon arrival — such a thoughtful and kind gesture. The hospitality here is genuine and heartfelt. A special thank you to Carla (I hope I got her name right!) for being so helpful and welcoming. She kindly assisted me in finding places I needed to go and made us feel truly cared for. Porto is such a beautiful city, and this lovely apartment made our experience even more special. I am already excited to return and will absolutely book this apartment again. Hope to see Porto again very soon — and to stay at this wonderful place once more!

This is the first time I've given a 10 star rating for an overnight stay. A beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped apartment in a great location. The hosts are incredibly kind and gracious. I was especially touched when we were greeted with delicious cake and wine. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality.

Locatie is perfect , alles op loopafstand. De inrichting is luxe en comfortabel. Er is een wasmachine en droger ineen aanwezig. Je wordt ontvangen als op een verjaardag met taart en port , zo fijn na een lange reis. Ben je slecht ter been niet geschikt, het is enorm steil om er te komen (straat en ingang flat) en in de winter heeft Porto zeer gladde stoeptegels door de vele regen. Ligt in voetgangersgebied.Eenmaal binnen heeft appartement een lift.

Alles beviel hier, een plek om lang te kunnen verblijven.

Absolutamente todo. Destacar el detalle de recibimiento. Es un apartamento muy cómodo, completamente equipado. La comunicación con los dueños es magnífica. Volveremos!

Appartamento molto pulito. Viaggiavo con bambini e mi hanno fatto trovare un box di giocattoli e il rialzo per arrivare al lavandino in bagno. Ci hanno accolto con un dolce e il tipico porto. La posizione é centralissima ma in una via tranquilla.

Buena ubicación al lado de la calle principal. Apartamento totalmente equipado, limpio, con aire acondicionado, ascensor. Muy pendientes de nuestra estancia, nos contestaron enseguida ante cualquier duda. Al llegar nos habían dejado un detalle riquisimo de bienvenida!

La calle para acceder no era muy accesible para el carro( muy empinada, adoquines sueltos, obras en plena calle), pero es algo que no depende del apartamento…

O alojamento apresentava excelentes condições e correspondia totalmente às fotografias. Estava equipado com todos os eletrodomésticos necessários e tinha uma localização privilegiada, no centro do Porto, na Rua de Santa Catarina. Os proprietários foram extremamente atenciosos e demonstraram sempre grande preocupação com o nosso bem-estar ao longo de toda a estadia. Recomendo vivamente este apartamento.

El apartamento está muy lindo decorado y es todo nuevo. Tiene todo lo que necesitas en la cocina, en el baño . Estaba muy limpio también. Está a una cuadra decorado una calle peatonal muy céntrica y comercial. Durante el día hay mucha gente. Está caminando a 13 minutos aprox de la Ribera. Las anfitrionas son muy amables y está todo muy organizado

El apto no tiene mucha ventilación. Le falta un extractor para el baño por lo cual se siente algo húmedo por más que tiene ventilación automática durante 3 veces al día. De noche después de las 21 hs la zona es media solitaria aunque uno se siente seguro.

דירת ארוח ממש מדהימה. דירה מרווחת ויפיפיה. דאגו לנו להכל ממש. תרזה ממש מקסימה וגם גיסתה. כל מה שרצינו, בררנו , שאלנו, תמיד קיבלנו מענה מהיר ויעיל. נהננו מכל רגע. מיקום הדירה פשוט ניפלא. רמת האיבזור מאוד גבוהה בדירה. כשהגענו חיכתה לנו עוגת לחם פורטוגזית ויין פורט. עזבנו בצער רב.

Clean, very well equipped apartment, everything is new, the beds are comfortable, the wifi works well. Everything is available for cooking. The apartment is next to the Bolhao market, close to the sights. Upon our arrival, there were cookies and port wine waiting for us, the check-in was smooth because we received a message and a video with all the important information in advance.

Due to the sewer smell sucked in by the automatic extractor fan, ventilation had to be done almost constantly.

Bon logement d’une bonne dimension pour un couple. Bonne Situation à proximité des transports en commun, de restos, marché et sur une rue bien tranquille. Air climatisé efficace et cuisine bien équipée. Sofa lit confortable ( quand on trouve comment l’ouvrir 😂) Livre d’hôte apprécié avec toutes les informations nécessaires et utiles à la location. La propriétaire est disponible et répond rapidement. Je recommence sans hésitation.

Very pretty apartment. It has everything you might need, it’s very complete. Very comfortable rooms. They left some Porto and a dessert for our arrival and it was just lovely to be welcomed that way.

We like the facilities and location and the apartment is furnished beautifully. We walked everywhere. Shopping, restaurants and cafes are all only a block or two away. My stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The residence itself was perfect—clean, well-maintained, and so conveniently located. It really felt like a home away from home. Someday when I return to Porto ,I certainly stay at Bolhao Residences. Highly recommend to everyone!

mmm… it’s a two single beds instead of one double bed. But it’s very normal in Europe.

The property is beautiful and definitely comfortable. There was a pastry and port wine to welcome the guests. The property is located a few steps away from restaurants & shopping. Bolhao market is just around the corner. Most of all when we had trouble with opening the door, the host immediately came over (even if it was past midnight!) to personally help! Exceptional service! Would definitely book again when in Porto.

Flat was very good, location was excellent, host great and very responsive. Host left a platter of food for first days arrival and tea and coffee which was much appreciated.

The fan comes on intermittently and pumps a smell of damp and fusty air into flat so we left the window open as much as possible. The beds as advertised are singles and although pushed together move apart.

Very friendly and compassionate host who has advised steps in great detail to access the apmt a few days in advance of our checkin. Apart from the pre-printed info (and in pdf online) for sightseeing/restaurants/cafes, they were on site to explain usage of appliances, sightseeing advice etc. Apart from comfy bed and pillows, the large sofa in the living room was also comfy. Host has also prepared a large and delicious bread and port wine for our consumption. This apmt is highly recommended.

clothes were not that dry after completing the standard wash and dry cycle in the inhouse washer+dryer. While there was a ventilator inside the bathroom, it was turned on in pre-determined time slots (3 times daily). It'd be ideal if it could be switched on/off manually similar to light switches.

Everything was perfect. Our host Teresa Távora, made our stay at beautiful apartment Byobu, even more pleasant with her friendly care and warm welcome. Personal touch and homely feel makes Byobu apartments truly unique. Bottle of Porto and local Pao de Deus as welcome gift , couldn’t be more appreciated after long trip . Thank you Teresa !

Everything was absolutely perfect - 120%. The hostess even waited for us with a treat upon arrival. They went out of their way to accommodate us during our two-week visit. One of the best accommodations we have ever visited.

Lady greeted us on arrival and had left us some port and beautiful cake We also got flowers for Mothers day which was very thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble and would stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone. Location was great and was spotlessly clean.Had everything you need for your stay.

- Host was fantastic! She setup a WhatsApp chat with detailed instructions on how to enter the property, but also greeted us at the door. She provided us with complimentary port wine and sweet bread (yum yum!). - We traveled with our baby and she provided us with a high chair, toys, playard crib, and a baby bath tub. Incredibly helpful and convenient. - Location was central, right next to a main shopping street, many supermarkets, and places to eat. - Laundry and drying machine in one! - Used the kitchen facilities quite a bit. - Netflix on TV! - Clean space, nice decor, the layout of the space worked for us and it felt very welcoming and at home. - There was a tiny lift to get into the apartment.

- Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike. Everything was great. One comment would be that it's not an apartment-hotel; so don't expect anyone to come clean your apartment. You had to bring out your own trash and recycling by the gate house, but this was no problem and extra bags were provided to us. - Oh and the safe in the closet to store valuables did not work. The key was missing and you can't reset the code without it?

Excellent host with perfect communication prior to our stay. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished. I appreciated the super-fast induction hob in particular. There was a secure place to store our luggage on arrival and departure. It was so nice to be allowed to check in early as it was so hot outside. I appreciated the extra effort to make this happen. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had everything we (a family of three) needed for almost two weeks' holiday. The location was also prime since the apartment is in the centre next to the big shopping street and in a close walking distance to almost everything. The staff was also super nice and helped us out by preparing the apartment for our 3 year old daughter, e.g, setting up a small bed and a full box of toys that came in handy. Also, if you needed anything, the staff would help. They called taxis for us, offered a cleen mid trip, etc. We highly recommend staying at the Byobu Apartments! 🫶

Bolhão Residences is located at Porto's city center, very close to tourist attractions, it's defenitly not easy to find a better one like this. Well decorated and silent rooms, comfortable beds, all facilities and equipements are prepared ready, the friendly host treated delicious snacks for tired travelers. I booked the apartment at the last minute, Teresa helped me a lot to arrive her cozy and warm flat from the airport. I will higly recommend this apartment to friends and come back here when I am going to visit Porto next time.
