We have stayed at one of the units successfully and my wife has enjoyed her stay each time, until they without warning changed the condo on this visit to a unit that was cockroach and mold infested

The place was literally infested with cockroaches and had a major mold issue on top of it. We also never got approval to switch to this worse renovated unit. I have had so many successful bookings and this was by far the worst experience yet. We had to leave at Midnight after feeling them crawl on us. They were in the kitchen, the living room crawling out of the couch, and crawling out of the cracks in the floor boards in the bedroom area. In just 30 minutes after waking up, we saw more than 20. To make matters worse, the owner charged us 600 pesos for early hidden check in fees ontop and dismissed our concerns when we had to leave the condo. They didnt care and are forcing us to escalate with booking.com. They said that the cleaning person went in and only saw one cockroach. That was their response. Perhaps if they werent negligent and spent 30 min in their own property they would get the luxury of having them crawl on them as they slept. Stay away at all costs. What an unnecessary nightmare.

Disappointed with our experience on firstday we check-in on 20 June 2026 (6.A.M) the room was not ready and not cleaned by the staff eventhough we already booked the room on 19 June 2026. Kitchen utensil and cutlery set not complete. Only 1 bowl provided . Hope there are improvement when i come again this September/November..

The location was great- many restaurants, shops, cafes downstairs. The place had everything needed to make staying there feel like home. Views from the balcony were great. Angel- the manager was very friendly and very attentive.

The furniture could be better- a little outdated. I had a lot of trouble because of an air conditioning problem during my stay and it wasn’t fixed for 2 days. The bed was all wet- I could barely sleep. The floors were wet and I even slipped- which led to a broken chair (as it was in the way), and instead of giving me any compensation for all the trouble I went through(except for a 1-hour late check out), they made me pay for the chair. Had they fixed the problem earlier, or moved me to a different room, maybe all that could’ve been avoided.

The unit was within SM mall . Very convenient to shop and dine. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It served its purpose. Quick sleep over. We checked out at 3.30 am as we had an early flight.

I know I asked to check in at 3 but when I asked if I could check in at 2pm they said that the check in is at 2 pm. When we got there, we had to wait for nearly an hour because the room and the authorization letter weren't ready. They accepted a late check out when they knew that someone was checking in. There were also a couple of small cockroaches in the bathroom. The Alexa smart weren't working. It wasn't connected properly to the lights and what not. There were only a few cutlery in the kitchen. No free water or coffee facility. The bedding and towels were all mismatched.

Bed was comfy and balcony view was awesome.

For charging phone, i didnt find socket. That was stressing for me.

The unit has a cigarette odor that needs to open the balcony door for a while when you enter the unit to get some fresh air

Staff made sure I have everything I need even send videos how to operate the appliances. This is the best service I had and the place is spotless clean. Thank you very much

Reasonable rate

Broken TV audio. Few cockroaches and cob webs on the walls, which at the end host mentioned that they will take action into it.

It smells like cigarette smoke, as if the bedsheets were not changed.

The place was nice and easy to locate. It’s near the places I visited. The staff accommodated me even though it was already past 1 a.m., and I checked out a few hours later.

There are a lot of small cockroaches. They need to find where it came from and kill those and then thoroughly clean the area.

The apartment was infested with cockroaches. The bed was not made, the entire floor was dirty and had footprints all over as if it had not been cleaned for weeks. Furniture quality was inferior, the bed was creaky. The sofa seemed shabby. The biggest problem- cockroaches all over. I kid you not, we found one in our bag when we came back home.

The heater it's a little bit hard to find where is the switch

The Host is so accommodating, the room is so cozy and nice. also the staff and the facilities of the building was great.

The location and the view

There is a tiny cockroach’s. All over the room shower area. Washing machine. Shower screen is the main hub for them. There is a place all the cockroaches lay eggs.

My husband and I really loved it. We honestly didn’t expect the place to be this nice. The host gave us a great view, and there were plenty of facilities. Just downstairs there’s a supermarket, super convenient to buy groceries or food. There’s even Zus Coffee! But my fav coffee is PickUp! Lots of nice places to eat nearby, and it's easy to get around. We actually stayed from 6/11 to 19/11/25 and it was totally worth it. We were very satisfied. The host was also very helpful when I needed a bit of assistance. Thank you so much!

Tuve que estar en una habitación 2 días. Porque la que supuestamente había alquilado no estaba disponible. Esa habitación estaba bien. El internet lo tuve que solicitar. Me facilitaron un código para entrar. Que resultó ser el mismo código de la segunda casa a la que me enviaron. Me hicieron salir de la primera habitación a las 11 y esperar con todo en la recepción hasta despues de las 14:00. Porque no estaba la habitación limpia. No había juego de sábanas para cambiar. Lo que significa que tuve que lavar las sábanas 2 veces y ponerlas a secar. No limpiaron la casa en todos los días que estuve. Armarios y puertas rotas. No hubo recepción para enseñarme la habitación. Solo un código mandado por Whatsap. Y además. No me hicieron el registro en recepción hasta 5 días despues. Con lo cual tenia que enseñar mi identificación y explicarlo cuando entraba. El internet y la televisión. Dejaban mucho que desear. Y no han funcionado en todos los días. No toallas de recambio. Por lo cual tambien tuve que lavarlas. Ni jabon. Ni champú. Ni bolsas de basura. Les he dejado el piso más limpio que cuando entre. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con las que manda o publicita. La primera foto es de mi salida del apartamento. Luego las que ella publicita y como me lo encontré antes de entrar. La foto donde elimina 5 días.

Problems with checking in the flat (not working door code) I supposed to get, but owner immediately redirected me to another on a lower floor, so no issue with that

Location was near the German Embassy (literally 5-min walk). It is located on the 41st floor. Unit was nice and sulit for the price. Host is approachable and helpful. Host also allowed me to have a late check-out.

Some missing items like tissue rolls, sponge. Kitchen light was not working. Blanket is too thin huhu

When I checked for rooms to stay around makati, this caught my attention and it exceeds my expectation when i entered the room. It's super clean, the decors are relaxing, fully functional household equipments, comfy bed and Alexa is even there to assist me with my needs!! 😍😂 ALEXA TURN OFF THE LIGHTS PLS 😂 All you need is in this room. The view of the balcony is super relaxing. Looking at people going with their daily lives and the breath taking view of the city light at night. The overall building of Air residence is stunning. At the 8th floor is the big lobby where you can work by since there are many tables, chairs and sockets to plug your laptop and the pool for children and adults. WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE!! When i come back to Makati, uunahan kita HAHA

I liked the view in the balcony, the led mirrors and it was a smart home (Alexa). And the owner was very kind and accommodating. Amenities were complete. AC worked well, made the whole unit more comfortable 👍🏻

Had a bit of trouble checking in (which also was partly my bad since I had not sent our ID’s beforehand). But yeah, the thought that you’d have to send your ID just for you to be authorized by the personnel in the reception is an inconvenience especially when you arrive exhausted and would appreciate to just go straight to the unit, instead of just giving the ID once you’ve already arrived since you already have your name registered on this platform. But then again, it’s not a hotel, have to follow procedures. The unit could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. Still had some trash from the previous guests under the bed. Bathroom was full of water and/or soap marks.

Location, city view from 40 floor. Good and fresh appartment in premium-class building. Lighting voice control.

The furnishings is a little bit cheap. I stayed in the other appartment in the same building before and can compare. Not cozy white lamps.
