Velmi pěkné, čisté a plně vybavené ubytování. Domluva s majitelem byla skvělá. Kuchyň i koupelny byly zcela vybavené. Majitel nezapomněl ani na pohoštění v den příjezdu. Pračka, žehlička a vše k praní prádla připraveno. Dva pokoje ze čtyř mají svou koupelnu, zbylé pokoje mají společnou. Dobré parkování přímo u domu. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni a děkujeme za možnost ubytování.

Das Haus ist mit allem bestens ausgestattet. Sehr geräumig mit guten sanitären Einrichtungen und sehr bequeme große Betten. Alles super perfekt.

So welcoming, loaf of bread and butter milk left of us on arrival, each bathroom had shower get and shampoo, kitchen free has some salt pepper sauces etc.

Très grand cottage pour 5 adultes. Il y a 4 chambres : 3 avec grands lits doubles et une chambre avec 2 lits simples. Avoir 3 salles de bain étaient très pratiques également. La cuisine était bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié les cadeaux qui nous ont été laissés. Le plus de ce logement, ce sont les espaces pour se détendre. Il y a 3 zones avec fauteuils ou canapés. Le plus agréable est celui de l'étage avec la belle vue aux alentours. La proximité de Kilkenny était très appréciable.

The house is absolutely beautiful, in a peaceful area. The house has everything you could need for a large group to have a lovely stay.

Such a cute holiday home with lots of space and beautiful views. You do need a car as it's in the middle of beautiful countryside, but the village is just down the road and Thomastown with shops and restaurants nearby. We felt very much at home and eveything was neat and tidy. Highly recommend.

The cottage was exceptional. They had everything we could possibly need it was spotless clean and very comfortable.

It was a little bit out of the way but we expected that i really have nothing negative to say about it we had a wonderful family time there.

It was perfect for us. Spacious a home away from home. Very comfortable. Everything so easily accessible. Fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for families with kids and teenagers in our case. We arrived late in the evening and there was fresh bread and milk to see us through for breakfast. Massive booklet full of activities and restaurants to have a look through with solid advice. Excellent communication from our host. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you again.

It’s a cozy, beautiful, and clean house. It’s fantastic for a large group or for spending time with family.

The property and location were excellent. Niamh was very proactive. Everything was as advertised. We had a wonderful stay. We definitely recommend it.

Nada, lo único que de kilkenny esta a 35min y hay 2 carreteras, mucho mejor la que pasa por inistioge.

The location and the view from upstairs

The house was spacious and met all our needs. It was well stocked with all you would need in the kitchen including washing powder.

The house was hard to keep cool during the warm weather. It was really hot at night. Its location was a bit too far from Kilkenny for us.

Very large house, the location is perfect for hiking, a lot of toys for children’s, little garden where they can play.

Miss a door for the laundry room.

The location was incredibly beautiful! The little village down the hill was a gorgeous walk. There are lots of hiking trails right out the door! The house was clean, bright, and spacious.

A few of the beds and some of the seating wasn’t comfortable.

The surrounding was beautiful. Obviously you need a car.

We planned a short getaway with family to show them the beauty of the country, and Deerpark Cottage proved to be the perfect home base. With so much to see and do nearby, every moment was filled with adventure and charm. It was truly a holiday to remember!

Absolutely stunning location and the most beautiful house. Excellent host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stunning house.

We stayed three-nights at Deerpark Cottage in Inistioge, Kilkenny, and it was exceptional. The spacious and beautifully appointed house provided all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful provisions of bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, and a selection of spices, which made us feel immediately at home. The abundance of blankets and linens added to our comfort, and the stunning views of the beautiful Irish countryside from the upstairs lounge made our day. Niamh's (the host) attention to detail and excellent communication further enhanced our stay. All locations for sightseeing were under 45 min drive. We highly recommend Deerpark Cottage to anyone seeking a quiet and well-equipped retreat in a picturesque location. Will definitely try and come back for our next visit to Kilkenny ♥️

Everything was quality and very spacious.

The location was a little further away from the local village than reported for walking, and was all uphill, on return. And no eat out /diner restaurant currently available in the village.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. It is clean, bright and spacious with beautiful views. We really appreciated the extra touch of having bread and milk etc. We could not fault it.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The host was brilliant and the little touches, like bread, milk and butter were very thoughtful and much appreciated. Couldn't recommend this cottage highly enough. Bed linen was so soft, cottage was spotlessly clean, and the views were out of this world.

There was nothing to not like. We had a brilliant stay, only wish it could have been for longer....

Standard of the house and spaciousness

Climb up and down to village. Needed to use car all of the time. Didn't realise that on booking.

We appreciated having space, 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms and toys and space for our 2 yr old to play. The view from the upstairs lounge was so peaceful. A very comfortable place to stay. Niamh’s communication is excellent.

We aren’t very good using technology and eircodes so initially found the property hard to find. All good once we did.

Literally everything was brilliant: the house is quite new and modern, very cozy with decorations. There was even a Christmas tree. Beautiful view, lots of space. Even boardgames are at the location. Niamh was so reliable in communication and provided many details and insights which were super useful. Very easy check in

Such a gorgeous house. Everything you may need. We and a few friends thoroughly enjoyed a pre Christmas break. There was even a Christmas tree in place upon our arrival. Lovely spot, decent walk into the town but well worth it for a pint and chat with the locals.

Everything about our stay was exceptional.The house was spotless clean it was warm , spacious full of light and had every amenity we could have hoped for. We travelled with children and the toy area contained stories, jigsaws, boardgames, diggers in the garden and netflix on the t.v which was a huge hit.Our host Niamh offered plenty of advice and knowledge of the area and suggestions of where to go and what to do. She always responded quickly to any enquiries we had. The house was modern and our host provided bread milk butter on arrival.Plenty of towels and hot water was welcomed when we arrived home after a day of outdoor adventures. We were so impressed with this property and thought it was great value for money.

You need a car to stay at this property. We use the house as a base for day trips to killkenny and the surrounding area. I couldn't fault this property. We hope to return in the future.

Niamh is an excellent host. On arrival, niamh had left us fresh milk, butter in the fridge, with a small slice pan of fresh bread, coffee, sugar and tea , fresh linen included towels ams bed clothes,

New property which is very nice with stunning views. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped.

Bit far from the village… would need a car. Long walk from Inistioge and all up hill. Lacking wardrobes or anywhere to hang clothes so everything left in the suitcase for the holiday which was not ideal. Would be great to have a table and chair in bedroom for leaving stuff on and to do makeup.

We found the location to be excellent - close enough to walk through the woods to the village and also for great walks through Woodstock Estate. The cottage was excellent too - very comfortable, warm and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. A superb rental property with a very friendly host.

A beautiful home with all the essentials you need. Niamh was a wonderful host and was always available to discuss any questions we had about the house and the surrounding areas. She provided us with a list of things to do and see. The house is modern, with plenty of room for a very comfortable stay. Everything you could possibly need was in the house. Perfect location, well lit, with lots to do nearby. I have recommended this gorgeous find to all my friends and family! Well done to Niamh and her family, your house is wonderful.

Stunning home with top notch facilities. We loved staying here and would have stayed longer if we had known that it was so great.

The property was fantastic! We stayed with a party of 6 and were very comfortable with the space. Extremely clean, nicely decorated, great en suite bathrooms and a great view. The host also has a cute play area that my 5 year old loved - filled with dinosaurs, books and animals. Communication was very timely and friendly.

Size of the house was fab, with lots of places to sit and relax. Spacious bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped. The kids play area upstairs was fab my 2 kids loved this added extra. Location was really good to go exploring neighbouring counties like Wexford, Waterford and travelling into Kilkenny city centre.

Lovely house, in a nice quiet area. Plenty of space for 5 of us, with 3 bathrooms. Easy to access the house due to the external key box. If coming from the airport I would suggest a hire car as a essential.
