Il posto e meraviglioso , il Servizio e stato perfetto , la colazione eccezionale e la ragazza che la preparava era molto gentile e disponibile e anche professionale .

Riad muy céntrico, el desayuno que nos preparaba cada día Sanna está buenísimo y cada día diferente, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y muy limpio.

Falta un letrero con el nombre del Riad en la puerta de entrada.

I loved the place, was absolutely beautiful Riad and the women who cooked us breakfast was an absolute gem. She made the tastiest food and also made us a lovely cake it was very yummy and we unfortunately couldn't bring it to the airport 10/10 would recommend this place is very central to everything, the air-conditioning is very good and its very clean.Beds are very comfortable

Мы снимали Риад полностью все номера, тк путешествовали большой компанией. Расположение удобное, но рядом с Риадом (на улице) очень плохо пахло. Номера удобные и соответствуют описанию. Персонал внимательный и даже вышли на площадь, чтобы нас встретить от такси, чтобы мы не искали сам Риад. На крыше встречали рассветы и закаты. В Риаде есть стиральная машинка, нас она спасла

Поздние завтраки. Мы уезжали из Риада в 8 утра, а завтраки с 9:00

L’humidité !!! Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bien organisé… le premier jour on a dû prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur puisque la dame n’est pas venue. Pour trouver le lieu c’est très compliqué.

El tijad en si está fantástico y el desayuno genial.

L'emplacement est top ! Proche de la place, palais bahia, tombeaux saadiens...etc... Le riad est propre et très bien tenu. Le petit déjeuner est varié et préparé avec soin. Personnel très disponible y compris pour des arrivées tardives de dernières minutes

Riad fort humide mais très certainement suite aux nombreuses pluies des mois passés. Ça allait déjà mieux avec le retour du soleil

La tranquilidad, grandes espacios y sin ruidos. El desayuno hecho todas las mañanas muy completo, echaria en falta algo de proteína, huevos... Buenas ubicación, como siempre en los Riad, por fuera el horror y por dentro increíbles..

El riad era muy grande y bonita como es en las fotos. Está ubicado dentro del zoco y cerca de los principales puntos de interés. El desayuno estaba buenísimo. Y el equipo se portó súper bien con nosotros. La terraza era fantástica para pasar el rato.

Por poner alguna pega, podría tener una copia más de llaves.

Les matelas un peu trop durs. Une mauvaise odeur dans les wc, surtout dans une en particulier.

La localité de ce RIAD est parfaite, les petits déjeuners ainsi que la propreté sont excellents voire au-dessus de tout !

Le logement est très froid l'hiver, la wifi est catastrophique, et les odeurs d'humidité et de toilette sont assez fortes. Encore l'hiver, la chambre extérieure n'est pas une possibilité. Je pense que ce RIAD est excellent dans les beaux jours, peut-être ne pas le louer en période froide

Brak naprawy lub prowizorycznego zabezpieczenia osłony dachu mimo zapowiadanych ulew, spowodowało to wilgoć i nieprzyjemny zapach w dolnej części riadu oraz w pokojach. Podstawilośmy miskę do której spadała woda. Nieprzyjemny zapach niewiadomego pochodzenia w pokoju po prawej stronie przez większość pobytu

Pięknie i orginalnie urządzony Riad położony w świetnej lokalizacji w samym centrum Mediny...przemiła Pani co robiła nam śniadania a w pierwszym dniu porosilismy o przygotowanie kolacji.Dwa dania były przepyszne i na deser tiramisu.Bardzo miło spędziliśmy świąteczny czas.

Am încercat să contactez proprietatea prin mesaje cat și telefonic pt a solicita să lăsăm bagajele după checkout (ora 11.00). Nici măcar nu au răspuns la mesaje astfel încât ne-am plimbat 7 ore cu bagajele după noi prin Marrakech , având și 2 copii, întrucât aveam avion la 21.00 seara, iar la ora 18.00 am avut transfer la aeroport Puteau cel puțin să răspundă și să spună ca nu se poate. Au preferat să nu răspundă. În schimb au trimis un mail în care au solicitat să le dăm o notă de minim 9 pentru ca recenziile sunt foarte importante pt ei. Dezamăgitor.

Le Riad est très beau, bien équipé et très bien placé ! Le service du petit déjeuner et nettoyage des chambres impeccable! Bravo! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir Merci beaucoup

Amélioration de la connexion wifi

Molto buona la posizione, silenziosa e tranquilla. Molto vicino alla piazza centrale.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, está dentro de la Medina, y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Sanaà viene por la mañana y te prepara un desayuno buenísimo. No tiene piscina pero la ducha en la azotea al aire libre es un buen remedio. Está nuevo y diseñado con muy buen gusto.

We stayed at Riad Macan Exclusive and Trendy Chic this October, and unfortunately, it was not the relaxing, hospitable experience we expected. I’ve never written such a long review before, but the series of issues we faced need to be shared so other travellers know what to expect. We landed in Marrakech around 9 a.m., and quickly found out we could not even leave our luggage at the riad before 11 a.m. Apparently, bags can only be dropped off after previous guests check out and rooms are cleaned. So if you arrive early, unless lucky plan to walk around with your bags until your 4 p.m. check-in — which isn’t ideal after a long flight. At check-in we were told to pay city tax (€2.50 per person per night). Fair enough — except they charged us for six people, even though only five of us actually travelled, simply because our original booking had six guests. From the start, the service felt cold and indifferent. Small things like toilet paper were left unattended — One room had one toilet roll for the duration of the stay (17-20 Oct) but we didn’t even feel comfortable asking for more. Breakfast was another let-down. On the 18th, four of us left early for a 5 a.m. hot-air-balloon tour, so only one person stayed for breakfast. What was served was nothing like the photos online — just bread, butter, cheese, jam, yogurt, and a roll. The leftovers from that day were put into the fridge. The next morning, when we requested breakfast at 7 a.m. because our next activity started at 8 a.m., they refused, saying breakfast that was far too early. Breakfast only begins after 9am. They promised to leave something in the fridge, but there was nothing new — only the old leftovers. We left hungry again. Ironically, when we came back around 7 p.m. that night, there was suddenly fresh breakfast food and cake waiting in the fridge — hours too late.

Nos encontramos varias cucarachas.

Riad muy grande, ideal para grupos o familias, hay mucho espacio y todas las habitaciones tienen baño. Cocina muy bien equipada y desayuno riquísimo y abundante. Céntrico, fácil de encontrar y a pocos minutos de la plaza principal. Sin duda, este Riad es excepcional.

L’endroit

The interior of the Riad is stunning and very comfortable. Love the sitting room and the roof top. Everything is perfect including the breakfast service and the lady who cooked the breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Love the breakfast that she cooked.

The check in process is really confusing, first of all the address on BOOKING.COM is wrong so I ended up getting lost. I had to use Google Map to search for the Riad name and got to the hotel. On BOOKING.COM it says check in time from 16:00, trying to contact the representative but no respond, until almost 16:30 then I got a reply but apparently they don’t have the key and said it will take no more than 10 mins to get the key. It ends up I had to chase up until 17:45 before I can check in to the place. Also they will chase for the extra tourist tax for 2.5 Euro per person per day, which other hotels included as part of the final price, but Riad Macan charged as extra

Centrally located in the Medina. Place was very clean and staff helpful. Yummy breakfast. Definitely recommend.

In back alley and dirty to get back there. No curb side drop off and have to roll bags t get back there. Once we found location it was great!

Todo es perfecto. Trato del personal, limpieza, desayuno, amplitud, comodidad, ubicación...

Que está mal señalizado para encontrarlo. La puerta no tiene placa ni señal de que ahí está el Riad. Nos perdimos para encontrarlo. Una vez das con él ya no hay problema.

So the property was definitely as the images portrayed. That is the best I can say about this riad. And the location was very convenient.

The first night the electric turned off, as did the AC. Baring in mind the weather was 44ish degrees. We contacted the hosts via WhatsApp and they told us how to turn the electric back on which was via a switchboard located the ground floor. The electric kept on switching off repeatedly, as many as 7 times an hour so we all did not have a good night sleep. We were informed that we had too many appliances plugged in sockets but this was not true as I decided to test it out and the electric still turned off with only 2 appliances on. I informed the hosts this, via whatsapp, who gave no reply. For breakfast, the coffee pot was broken (I have uploaded a picture) and the breakfast was basic. We were told that the ‘chef’ was the same person as the cleaning lady. The cleaning lady did not clean our rooms at all!! Infact I had to contact the hosts and ask them to ask the cleaning lady to empty our bin bags on the 4th day, to which they replied that the cleaning lady had not read the messages. On the 5th day the cleaning lady came around asking if we needed our bin bags changing. The toilets are insanely small. As someone who is vertically challenged (5’ 0.5in’) I struggled to fit into the toilets as there was barely any space. The WiFi was very very patchy, did not work at all so not sure why it was advertised as with WiFi when it did not work at all. After messaging the hosts on WhatsApp relentlessly, one of them finally visited us to check the electric as it was repeatedly turning off during the day and night. I think the longest the electric stayed on was perhaps 1 hour. The host came and then informed us that we should have our AC on no higher than 16 Degrees. we did this and yet the electric still turned off repeatedly. There was no difference. The AC began to leak one day. We informed the hosts who sent someone to drill a hole in the wall. Granted this did work but still it was a strange thing to do.

The location and decor was great and Saber was very helpful..It was a great space for the time we were there.

Super clean, nice staff, modern house

The location was perfect, although a little difficult to find at the start. Only a few minutes walk from the main Medina, close to a large selection of restaurants and bars. Quiet location, well lit and felt very safe. Riad was very clean and cool, beds and pillows very comfortable, we all slept very well. Breakfast was a delight and just what we needed.

Furniture on the roof terrace could have been more comfortable.

Riad Al Macan is a very conveniently located 2 storey house just off the main street leading to the Medina. This is huge since it was very easy access, no help was required to find our way in and out. The rooms were comfortable but like most riads , require sturdy legs to negotiate the stairs. 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 on the terrace, a spacious sitting and dining area with a kitchen. The breakfast was Moroccan meets continental and Sanaa was a very efficient and pleasant lady who made the breakfast and beds. All communication with the Riad was concise and our queries were attended to promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

The stairs were a tad tiring. While most Riads are similar not having a toilet on the ground floor meant more climbing.

The interior design is fantastic, and the beds are really comfortable. The location is good if you want to explore souks and marketplace.

On the downside,the shower drainage isn’t great; water builds up easily, which makes showering a hassle and risk for flood in the room. Shower rooms have no door or lock as well. One of the lights in the room wasn't working, and when we mentioned it to the cleaning lady at night, she initially said it would be fixed right away but then changed her answer to next day. Unfortunately, when we returned from our tour the next day, the light was still out. So the lights from one of the room did not work during our whole stay. Breakfast is served from 9 to 11 in the morning, which is pretty late since all our tours start at 9. We inquired about how to get our included breakfast and we agreed that the cleaning lady will leave some food for us, like eggs, bread, or milk. But on our last day, we found that no food had been left. Luckily, we had bought some food from outside!

The location was fine. Daily breakfast was also good.

Power trips happened when we were there a few times. Later we discovered that we could not use too many electrical devices at one time. After being more cautious with our usage, we were fine.

The riad is beautiful. I loved staying here.

Perfect location and excellent service

Property was clean and comfortable well spaced and thought out with terrace being the highlight of the Riad

Although there was downstairs toilet it was left open and rubbish were left It would an additional and benefits for guest to use this a wash facilities after use of WC would benefits also. At time a sewage smell appeared that was kind of putting of especially the bedroom I guess especially if your with a confined compact surrounding worth heavily populated identify people it’s invertible to happen.

The homemade breakfasts were excellent! The location was fantastic as it was close and within walking distances to all the major sites. While the location was in the heart of the medina, it was quiet at night and we felt very safe walking back at night.

There wasn't anything that stood out that we felt needed improvement. The only thing that could have helped was to have more recommendations on tour companies and perhaps advice on what to see and do.

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, making our experience even better
