Reviewed Jan 15, 2026No breakfast was provided! Location was good and the apartment design - interior and exterior - was very good.
The stove was unworkable (reference was made to a manual which was difficult/impossible to access) Also kitchen roll would have been welcome.

In addition to booking through booking.com we also had to register with property manager and provide identification and bank details. We only got the message the day of arrival so alittle frustrating when travelling to have to provide details before we could get the door codes. But once done process easy

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025הדירה חדשה לגמרי. כל הציוד חדש לגמרי ונוח מאד לשהייה טובה. גם המיקום מצויין וקרוב להכל. מבחינה זו היה מצויין
הדירה בת 2 קומות. כאשר החדרים בקומת הכניסה והמטבח והסלון בקומה עליונה. לטעמנו פחות מוצלח. כי אחד מחדרי השינה ממש על הרחוב, מה שבעיקר הפריע זה שהחדרים מעט קטנים ואין מקום נוח למזוודות. יש ארונות די גדולים אבל פחות נוח עם המזוודות.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Great set up and perfect for a couple of business traveller's. Two bedrooms each with their own separate bathroom. Parking out back albeit we didn't have a vehicle. Upstairs is quite spacious and we'll laid out. Realised we.easily could have had meetings with clients if we'd needed to, set up was perfect. Really handy to town, a short stroll. Loved the chocolate chats and L&P in the fridge. Thanks for a great stay 👍

Reviewed Jul 24, 2025Very clean, warm and modern. Bed is comfortable (bedrooms are compact but ducted so never get stuffy). Well appointed comfortable spaces. Decent-sized TVs (a must these days) made for enjoyable evenings. Location really couldn’t be better for the central city - the theatre, new stadium (when it opens), convention centre, library, Little High St, shopping etc all very walkable/scooterable. Despite being in a ‘block’ of townhouses, it was quiet. The team with Chch Holiday Homes was very responsive, flexible, professional and kind - and accommodating when plans changed.
Minimal basic consumables for a long stay, particularly if you’re a foodie who enjoys cooking and/or looking to keep meal costs down away from home. This is an easy-fix for people travelling to Chch by car - make sure you load up the car with everything you need. And there are plenty of places to eat and get good coffee nearby, so it’s not an issue for those planning to do all that out anyway.

Beds were a bit hard for us, but others may like that. There were dirty towels left in the washing machine, not a major issue though.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2025I loved that the property was modern, clean, comfortable and an excellent location. I was sharing with a friend so having a bathroom each was great. A 10 minute walk to the city centre and a cafe 2 minutes away was perfect. The townhouse is in a lovely complex but quiet, I have no complaints and would recommend it 👍
I think the security deposit should mentioned up front in the pricing to avoid any confusion and perhaps check the bedroom lamps and shower soap dispensers work

Nothing. Just a heads up if you need both rooms for guests, you might find it hard to find a spot for your suitcases as the rooms really only fit beds. We only needed one room so it worked well

Reviewed Mar 25, 2024Proximity to the city was excellent & we were able to walk everywhere. The unit was clean & the beds were comfortable. The upstairs living area & kitchen was great.
As we had been travelling for 2weeks we found the bedrooms weren’t very roomy & weren’t big enough to accommodate two large bags sitting flat on the floor. Size would be great for a weekend getaway but not that suitable for travellers with luggage. Not a fan of ‘sustainable’ toilet paper.
