Property and facilities. worth for the money. support staffs are good.

Outside the property, it was drainage and spillage. The smell was not good. Also the way to parking where construction work was happening and found it difficult to move out the vehicle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Castle Suites by Haven Homes Had a wonderful experience at Castle Suites by Haven Homes. The property is very well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and perfect for both short and long stays. The location is convenient, especially for travelers near the airport, and the surroundings are peaceful. What stood out the most was the hospitality—very responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, a great value for money stay. Highly recommended for families, business travelers, and anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience in Bangalore.

Good

Very clean and hygiene with all facilities self cooling available good place to stay with family homely atmosphere and d location very close to malls like nall of Asia , very responsible host , good staff , recomend ed

Location, near to the airport and also close to malls and corporate offices. The staff are very cooperative, humble and treat the guests with exceptional care. I stayed with my family having a small kid and felt very safe.

NA

The staff and the flexibility Lovely stay close to the airport Peaceful stay

I loved everything

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and well secured and maintained..

The access roads were quite narrow. Some of the windows in the bathroom and kitchen did not lock fully causing mosquitoes to come in..

We like homely atmosphere , very close to main road very convenient locality , online Swiggy zomato in 10 mn will get our orders , and staff Bhasker and Smriti were very helpful good behaviour, overl we enjoyed the stay , highly recommended ,

NA

The aparment was comfortable and all the necessary amenities were provided

Only major negative about this property is its location . Its inside a narrow road and the back side of the apartment is filled with dirty stagnent water which might not suit everyone

It was really good.Everything was there...

There's nothing we didnt like about. You can have a guest, and there was no complain from the owner & neighbours.

The staff were very accommodating and willing to serve at any time

The room setup

The Location

good apartment and facilites nice bed and rooms clean

approach road is narrow and bad power back up for lift is not there.

Property is average... location is good but property is in a very narrow and congested location....in the name of staff they have one boy who does not have any communication skill....as after drinking water from RO my husband and daughter were down with stomach ache and loose motions....self and son too started the same but recovered fast.....owner never showed up and kept on accusing me for miss behaviour and stealing key which was very much kept in room.....team booking.com kindly before listing the property make sure customer gets the proper care and attention 🙏 owner listed it on very high rate but it's not up to mark....this is not done....it's our hard earned money and after booking we do not have enough time to keep fighting for our right and switch over hotels Kindly look into this

Average property.... thousands of mosquitos.....no proper staff....too high price of the property 😞

The facilities are exactly as shown. The room was spotless clean and well ventilated. Pet friendly which was an added advantage. The staff was very helpful and nice. Swiggy and Zomato deliver. Good value for money

The location isnt the greatest. The area is still.developing. Bathroom can use protection from moths that fly in.

It feels like home and more over no distractions and disturbing from the staff or anyone

It’s way costly for a day stay

Nothing, everything was good

Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable bed. Good size apartment.

Terrible stained towels of poor quality. Dirty kitchen, especially the sink. Television had no working channels except UTube, no Netflix or anything else. TERRIBLE LOCATION. NO AUTOS. EVEN LOCAL RESIDENTS COULDN’T FIND PLACE.

It felt very homely. Good staff and everything very clean and well maintained. Good place for Family stay away from the city chaos and close to the airport.

Service, hygiene, calm place to chillout with friends.

Nothing as such

New apartment. All facilities are pretty new, so that's a good point. Care takers Raju and Kumar were available 24/7

Parking - very congested, not able to get my car in or out. Bugs - Water taps are new, and there are bugs flushing out

Excellent

The property is far out from the hustle of the city. It is very clean. The owner and his staff were very accommodating. The apartment that we got was very clean and pretty new. All equipment’s like electrical appliances plus all the necessary utensils and all other kitchen utility items were made available. It is very spacious and very peaceful. Definitely coming back here for my stay!!
