The Riad is beautiful and calm and the location is excellent for getting to all the souls and other places in the medina

We hebben echt ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige riad in Marrakech. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, werden we heel vriendelijk ontvangen met heerlijke thee. We voelden ons meteen welkom en op ons gemak. De communicatie was super vlot en prettig en er was altijd iemand bereikbaar als we een vraag hadden. Onze kamer was heel netjes, mooi ingericht en comfortabel. Ook de rustige omgeving vonden we erg fijn, zeker na een dag vol indrukken in het bruisende Marrakech. De locatie was voor ons perfect en de riad zelf is echt prachtig. Je merkt aan alles dat er veel aandacht en zorg aan wordt besteed. Een extra leuke verrassing was dat we op onze laatste dag een ontbijt to go meekregen voor onderweg. Zo’n klein gebaar maakt een verblijf extra bijzonder. We kijken met een heel goed gevoel terug op ons verblijf en zouden deze riad zeker aanraden. Als we nog eens naar Marrakech komen, komen we hier graag terug!

The staff was welcoming and amazing. In our 10 days in Morocco we stayed at 6-7 hotels/Riad but your Riad stands out the most. A big shout out to Anouar, he was the best. always available and ready to help. My daughter was coughing one time and without being asked, he prepared a ginger tea with honey to sooth her throat. He was kind and sweet.. The location was perfect. If and when we come back to Morocco, we will certainly stay at your Riad. The breakfast was the best as well, freshly squeezed orange juice every morning ? You dont get that in the States!

Great location, near the souks and main square, and beautiful Riad with amazing commodities, had everything that we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety served on a beautiful terrace. The workers of the Riad are super kind, so i am really satisfied with the stay. Anouar was really kind, with amazing hospitality, and even prepared breakfast for us to take on a early day trip. Also the room was very clean, cozy and well decorated(as the whole riad), with AC that saved us from the hot a weather of Marrakech. Riad felt like home!

Le service est 5 étoiles ! Mounia et Anouar nous ont accompagné tout au long de notre expérience et nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous. On a été impressionné par leur réactivité, leur enthousiasme à l’idée de nous aider pour toutes nos demandes et ce, plusieurs fois dans la même journée. Ils ont été exemplaires et font partie de ces belles personnes qui nous donnent envie de revenir à Marrakech mais surtout dans ce Riad. Nadia nous a également préparé un buffet à la hauteur de la réputation de la gastronomie marocaine et ce, en dernière minute. Le petit-déjeuner à prendre sur la terrasse est copieux et varié. Le Riad est très beau, à l’abri de la chaleur et nous offre deux espaces extérieurs incroyable avec la terrasse et le rooftop. L’emplacement au cœur de la médina est idéal. The hosts are really nice they are there for you 24/7 if you need anything. Anouar and nonita both guided us for shopping reccos for directions whatever you need. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made every morning. It was very welcoming will recommend

The only downside for the location was it was in the middle of the market so if you need a cab or food delivered that wasn’t possible but there’s loads of food stall just on the main street by the riad

Very helpful staff that did everything to make your stay great

I have never ever stayed in a better place in any country. The place is absolutely beautiful, the staff is so kind and so attentive to every need and request. The rooms are lovely and so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and was so peaceful on the rooftop. It was such a great experience from start to finish and I truly wish I could have extended my stay longer. I high recommend this Riad to anyone!

L’emplacement était parfait dans la médina, proche d’une rue avec de la restauration et proche du souk. Le personnel était super gentil et toujours là pour aider, chaque demande était réglée dans la minute et toujours en s’adaptant au maximum pour nous. La chambre était bien agencée avec un climatiseur. Les terrasses étaient très agréables pour pouvoir manger le soir. Le petit déjeuner était typique ce qui nous a permis de découvrir de nouvelles saveurs.

I’ve been received like family and pampered like royalty… very charming and very authentic location. Every details in the decor are simply lovely. The hosts are very kind… if I ever come back to Marrakech: this is the riad I will seek to book again for sure! 🇲🇦💗🙏

Fue increíble, el lugar es hermoso, la gente súper amable, el desayuno espectacular pero lo mejor es la ubicación, súper cerca de todo y sin el bullicio de la plaza

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce riad. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai eu l’agréable surprise d’être surclassée dans une chambre encore plus belle que celle que j’avais réservée. Le riad est magnifique, plein de charme, très bien entretenu, et les chambres sont superbes. C’est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. L’emplacement est parfait, au cœur de la médina ( mais très calme ). Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, et le tajine bœuf-pruneaux est tout simplement le meilleur que j’ai mangé pendant mon séjour au Maroc ! Un grand merci à Anouar qui a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable. Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix que l’on puisse trouver a Marrakech. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir bientôt ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Le riad est idéalement situé, très proche de la place et des souks mais aussi dans une ruelle très calme. Le personnel est au petit soin avec ses hôtes. Tout était parfait.

Ontbijt was oké, niet heel uitgebreid wel lekker. Mooi dakterras. Ligging riad ideaal. Gastheer was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

This was a beautiful hotel, a traditional Moroccan riad with plants and greenery filling the inner garden and the spectacular rooftop, where we had breakfast. Situated just a short walk from the busy main square, the souks and easy walking to all the main tourist attractions, it was an oasis of calm and tranquility. The rooms were traditional and comfortable, we booked a deluxe double which we enjoyed. There is also a huge suite which looked amazing. The breakfast was the nicest we’ve had on our trip. What made the hotel perfect though was the staff team. Every single staff member went out of their way to be helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I don’t normally give five stars but this hotel deserves six!

We disliked nothing about this hotel, it was perfect. We would definitely return here for a future stay.

Everything! It’s so pretty, spotlessly clean and an amazing location right in the heart of the city. Habib and the team were so friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious.

Habib und Anwar waren fantastische Gastgeber. Das Riad ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet saubere Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Besonders schön ist der gemütliche Innenhof. Das Frühstück wird zwischen 8:00 und 10:30 Uhr auf der Dachterrasse serviert – ein echtes Highlight. Besonders angenehm war außerdem, dass man der Hitze gut entfliehen konnte, da das Riad innen schön kühl blieb. Die freundlichen Gastgeber standen uns jederzeit bei Fragen, etwa zum Transfer, hilfsbereit zur Seite. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es keinerlei Probleme. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Marrakesch!

I absolutely loved my stay Riad Chambres D'Amis. I came across it in a blog where the author said it was her favourate riad in Marrakech and I can understand why. It's small and incredibly charming, and really feels like your home. The rooftop is exceptional, and the whole place just has a wonderful calmness to it, despite being just outside a busy part of the Medina. To that point, its location is excellent, with the street food hub of the Medina on your doorstep. There's no pool, but I didn't miss it because the whole place is covered in plants and very cool. The breakfast is exceptional, made better by the rooftop you have have it on. And the staff - Mounia and her team - were wonderful, kind and attentive. As a solo traveller I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Loved it.

Breakfast was well prepared and great! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful! Special recognition to Munia and Habib who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything!

Le riad est magnifique, beaucoup de plantes, on se croirait dans un jardin. De belles terrasses sur plusieurs niveaux. La chambre spacieuse, haut de plafond, bien décorée. Le personnel est au petit soin. Les deux jours on a du quitter plus tôt que l’heure habituelle du petit dej et ils ont fait un effort pour le servir en avance ou nous préparer un petit dej à emporter avant 7h. Un grand merci 🙏 Quartier animé, pas d’insécurité.

Ça se fait facilement mais important de savoir qu’il faut une dizaine de minutes pour rejoindre le riad à pied et que l’accès se fait par une rue très très animée donc passage parfois un peu ralenti mais c’est le prix pour être dans le cœur de la médina.

We only had one night available due to an extended stay in Marrakech. Having experienced numerous riads previously, I can confidently say that this particular riad is quite exceptional. Its warmth and welcoming atmosphere, the thoughtful design and intricate decorative details, and the rooftop, which is higher than many rooftop bars and offers a breathtaking sunset view, all contribute to its unique charm. Habib and his team were incredibly prompt and adaptable in assisting us with various issues, from transferring our luggage between riads to topping up our data, and even providing us with the quietest room. We slept very well on the first night; the mattresses were comfortably soft, a welcome change from the typically firm mattresses found in Morocco. We are certainly looking forward to returning! The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to the night market, where a wide array of food options can be found.

Exceptionnel. Le riad est juste à coté de la place Jamaa el Fnaa, mais dans un silence absolu ! Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse qui surplombe les autres Riad est excellent. Le diner pris une fois sur place et cuisiné par les supers cuisinières étaient le meilleur de notre séjour a Marrakech. Les chambres sont joliment décorées, sans excès. Le Riad est très verdoyant et un très joli bougainvillier grimpe sur les 3 étages. L'équipe est adorable, Habib a rendu notre jour top ! Là on reviendra !!

Sehr schönes traditionelles Haus mit hübschem Innenhof und Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und abwechslungsreich für marokkanische Verhältnisse, es gab neben Brot und Müsli immer Obst, Oliven und etwas besonderes, wie kleine Pfannkuchen oder Omelette.

Das Zimmer war im März dauerhaft klamm und kalt, da hat sich die kleine Elektroheizung nicht geholfen. Im Sommer ist es vermutlich angenehm kühl in den Räumen.

Good location in the heart of the medina only minutes away from the main square. Beautiful, well-presented riad with relaxing garden on the ground floor and terrace on the roof. Simple but tasty Moroccan breakfast every morning. The highlight of my stay at this riad was the staff. They were all so kind, helpful and attentive. Habib was especially good and ensured I had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this riad.

Due to the open layout of the riad and the numerous windows and thin walls in the rooms, sound travelled very easily through the riad. This didn't adversely affect my sleep but did disrupt the peace in the riad, particularly if people came back to the riad late at night.

Unsere Hosts waren so liebenswürdig. Das Haus ist so liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse über den Dächern ist einmalig.

Im Dreibett-Zimmer gab es keine Tür zum Bad.

Have been to Marrakesh a few times; this is the best value for money, design/location balance, and breakfast was fresh on a beautiful riad terrace.I would be returning and glad I don't knew to search and be met wth surprise.

A localização era excelente e o café da manhã também. As pessoas que nos atenderam foram muito atenciosas. Temos um elogio a fazer, em especial a Mounia. Uma pessoa muito competente, inteligente e prestativa.

O banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar; A mudança que houve na ultima noite, quando tivemos que nos mudar para um outro riad. Deixamos de visitar o jardim de YSL por falta de informação, o qual só pode ser comprado online e nos disseram que poderia comprar na porta.

The hosts were amazing. Our young son had a medical emergency while we were in Marrakech and Habib and his colleague went above and beyond to make sure we got the help we needed and that we were well looked after. We are very grateful to them for being such wonderful hosts and fantastic people! The property was also beautiful and in a fantastic location for visiting the souks. Breakfast was also very good. Will definitely be back.

The location is central in the old town which is just what we wanted. The rooftop terrace where we ate breakfast and sat in the afternoon and evening was very chilled, comfortable and lots of greenery. We would sit here, chat and play cards in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the streets. The staff were super attentive and couldn’t be faulted.

Breakfast was served upstairs on the terrace where I could enjoy the birds singing and gather round a fire on the cold mornings in January. Fresh fruit coffee tea yogurt and crunchy fresh granola and different breads with spreads of olives honey nut butter and marmalade with fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect for me.

I like everything about my stay at Chambre des Amis. My only concern with Marrakech was the motorcycles in the Medina zipping along the paths. This felt unsafe to me. Years ago when I was here there were no motorcycles in the Medina.

Beautifully appointed with an amazing terrace overlooking all the city and the Atlas. The staff was exceptionally hospital, friendly and ready to help out with anything. We also enjoyed the really delicious New Year’s Eve dinner served in the terrace.

Es la segunda vez que voy a Marrakech la primera me alojé en un hotel moderno fuera de la Medina. Esta vez opté por un Riad. Son casas señoriales antiguas rehabilitadas y fue la mejor opción sin duda. Estás metido en el meollo y percibes como era la vida allí. Sin duda repetiría. Un gusto de la decoración exquisito. El desayuno te lo sirven en la terraza y esta buenísimo. Pero aparte de eso, lo que creo que le distingue es para cenar te podías llevar la comida de fuera (la medina está lleno de comida para llevar) y cenar en la terraza del atico viendo la medina. Lo bueno es que en el mismo ático tienen una cocina que te dejan cubiertos y platos. Eso me pareció inigualable.

La ambientación de las habitaciones son excelentes. A nosotros nos tocó una habitación genial, pero hay otras que la puerta del baño es una cortina. Lo que puede ser un poco incómodo. Aún así, veo que es habitual en otros sitios.

The Riad is very beautiful and suitable for travelers that enjoy Moroccan decoration, a warm welcome, and a good position in the medina. The best about my journey in the Riad was the staff, not only gentle, offering delicious tea or having cooking classes, but also giving valuable suggestions for your stay in Marrakech. I really thank Habib for making this a great experience and wanting to return soon!

The riad was beautiful and in a great location. Inside it was nice and cool, and it felt like a real retreat from the hustle of the nearby souk. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable. Our main host who met us the night we arrived was very friendly, and made us feel very at home.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Riad, le personnel est plus que gentil, attentionné et dans la bienveillance. Le Riad est idéalement situé et très proche de la place jemaa el-fna. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié, un régal.

Excelente atendimento e refeições muito bem confecionadas.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Am Rückreisetag musste wir das Riad bereits gegen 07:00Uhr morgens verlassen, um rechtzeitig zum Flughafen zu kommen. Obwohl es im Riad eigentlich erst ab 08:00Uhr Frühstück gegeben hätte, wurde speziell für uns am Rückreisetag ein Frühstück sogar schon um 06:40Uhr gereicht. Super Service!

The staff were excellent. Very helpful, understanding and accomodating. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The Riad itself was within walking distance from the main attractions, while still being quiet due to the location being in one of the back alleys. The breakfast was very good....overall excellent value for money. On the day we arrived our air conditioning was not working...a mechanical problem. However, Habib and Anwar were very helpful. They immediately gave us another room, and by the very next day they sorted our air conditioner. We had breakfast and different times to accomodate pre-booked tour times, and each time our requests were happily met. Everyone at the Riad were very helpful. We will very much recommend Chambres D'Amis. It was like a home away from home.

Queremos compartir nuestra experiencia absolutamente encantadora en el Riad "Chambres d'Amis" de Marrakech. Desde el momento en que llegamos, fuimos recibidos con un trato amabilísimo por Habib, el propietario, y Anuar, que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Su hospitalidad y amabilidad son simplemente excepcionales. Anuar, el asistente, fue una presencia constante y profesional que siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Su educación y amabilidad son dignas de destacar, y su sonrisa siempre estaba lista para hacernos sentir bienvenidos. Las habitaciones eran cómodas y acogedoras, con camas que nos permitieron dormir plácidamente después de un día de exploración en la medina. Y hablando de la medina, el Riad "Chambres d'Amis" es como un oasis de paz en medio del bullicio y la actividad de las calles. El entorno es tan agradable y relajado que siempre nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en un refugio tranquilo. Y no podemos hablar del Riad sin mencionar el desayuno al aire libre que Anuar preparaba cada mañana. Era un placer sentarse en el patio exterior y disfrutar de un delicioso desayuno marroquí mientras se disfrutaba del sol y la tranquilidad del Riad. En resumen, nuestra estancia en el Riad "Chambres d'Amis" fue absolutamente maravillosa gracias a la amabilidad y profesionalismo de Habib y Anuar, la comodidad de las habitaciones y el entorno relajado del Riad. Recomendamos absolutamente este Riad a cualquier visitante que considere Marrakech para sus vacaciones. No os defraudará.

Aamiainen oli raikas ja hyvä. Henkilökunta piti hyvää huolta. Paikka on pieni mutta sympaattinen.

Ilmastointi tarkoitti pientä tuuletinta huoneessa. Ei siis viilennystä. Elokuussa huonelämpötila oli varmasti yli 30. Ei uima-allasta.

We stayed in the riad for two weeks. It is a beautiful place full of peace and good mood. The staff is so kind and helpful, everything is clean and fragrant. I will miss the fresh Moroccan pancakes and omelettes for breakfast on that terrace. Our whole stay was amazing. The place is just a short walk from the main square and all the sights and is absolutely ideal for exploring Marrakech. Many thanks to Habib for all his care and arranging transportation from and to the airport at 3 in the morning. People like him are the future of Moroccan tourism. I hope we will come back soon and explore Marrakech in winter. We will definitely choose this riad again.

The only downside is the lack of a larger swimming pool. There is only a small pool, more for decoration.

La ubicación para empaparte del espíritu de la ciudad y moverte cómodamente a todas horas y regresar en cualquier momento era perfecta; el personal estaba pendiente de facilitarte la estancia en todo momento y con un trato muy agradable; el patio y el roof son encantadores, para disfrutarlos y el desayuno estupendo.
