Nice hotel near Waterford. Very comfortable and quiet with very good breakfast.

The staff shouting from room to room in the mornings, from 8am I know they probably used to workers leaving early but my goodness they were so loud and even tho I didn’t go near the desk to check out they still opened my door when I was still in bed.

Staff were very accommodating as we needed to check out before breakfast time but allowed us a continental style breakfast before we went

Personal und Ambiente waren sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant ist super und es gibt große Portionen für einen sehr guten Preis. Das Frühstück ist ok, man kann verschiedene Dinge dazu bestellen (Ham und Cheese sowie diverse Eierspeisen). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider waren die Betten nicht gut, zu weiche Matratze und sehr klein für 2 Personen. Leider lag unser Zimmer auf der Seite des Gebäudes, wo ab 6 Uhr Anlieferung erfolgt. Das laute "Pie-piep" der LkW sowie der Lärm beim Entladen ersetzt jeden Wecker und länger schlafen ist kaum möglich. Man sollte beim Einchecken möglichst auf ruhige Zimmer achten (6-10] liegen auf der lauten Seite). Das Hotel wird intensiv von Busreisegruppen besucht, entsprechend sind Stosszeiten beim Frühstück bzw im Restaurant möglich, aber durch varabel abtrennbare Bereiche gut verteilt. .

Hotel mit alteingesessenem Restaurant. Essen war gut. Alles wirkte urig und gemütlich.

If i have to find any tiny faults it would be to say the loo seat could have been in better condition and a lick of paint here and there.

The food portions were too big, but they did reduce them when asked. We hate to waste food!

Comfort and netflix and greenway

Friendly welcome on arrival and large ground floor room. Comfy bed with good quality linens. Bar food was fine as was breakfast.

Just one small thing - lots of artificial flower arrangements give a dated impression and take from the overall very impressive cleanliness of the public areas and dining room.

La struttura è un grazioso albergo con un ristorante aperto anche agli esterni in cui gustare un buon piatto la sera e consumare una abbondante colazione prima di partire. Ampio parcheggio, su una strada molto trafficata, la camera era silenziosa e fresca . Albergo comodo per spostarsi in auto, ma senza possibilità di spostarsi a piedi.

Selten das ich was schlecht bewerten muss. Aber die vielen Flohbisse am ganzen Körper, die ich nach dieser Unterkunft hatte, waren echt schlimm. Sorry

Rhu Glenn was a very quiet hotel, just what we needed. The staff were always friendly and if we needed anything they were more than accommodating. The food was excellent and the menu had a great choice to pick from. The hotel itself was old but I couldn’t have asked for anything better, it was spotless throughout. Our room was so comfortable and clean. The hotel is a credit to the owners and staff alike. I will definitely be back.

Sehr verkehrsgünstig bedeutet auch an der Straße, sehr viel Verkehr, lärmempfindlich sollte man nicht sein.

La struttura è mooolto datata e anche gli arredamenti! Ma nel complesso la camera era spaziosa e non mancava nulla. I bagni sono come la maggior parte che trovi in questi tipi di strutture niente di che è molto minimal. Colazione irish. Nel complesso per una notte lo consiglio

I was staying in a room at first near the highway but was moved after I requested to the back. Deliveries made outside my window, 10pm n then bc at 7am Loved the staff and the restaurant!!

It was fun to see how vintage everything was, right down to an actual key for our room. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the ambiance was amazing! We also appreciated how laid-back and quiet the place was, especially after a long and somewhat stressful drive to the location.

We were not given any information regarding Wifi, so we didn't know how that worked. We were also a bit confused about what was customarily expected at meals in the restaurant and complementary breakfast, though much of that is due to the fact that we're from the United States and unfamiliar with the differences in ordering and paying for our bills here in Ireland. Also, the toilet in our bathroom was a bit finicky and hard to get to flush.

Very family friendly hotel and couldn't do enough for you.

Il faisait 32 degrés dans la chambre c’était intenable ! La personne a l’accueil nous a changé de chambre pour un meilleur confort.

Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren zwar alt, aber sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir haben hier auch zu Abend gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.

La localisation sur notre route. Le lavabo de la salle de bain vintage.

Chambre exposée au sud et donnant sur la route principale. Pas d'adaptation au changement climatique, pas de ventilateur, même d'appoint. Difficile de dormir dans une chambre à 30°C où les fenêtres doivent être fermées à cause du bruit. Le mobilier a bien vécu. On attend autre chose pour le prix payé, à moins que cela ne corresponde à un standard irlandais local ? Je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons à cet endroit.

Clean, neat and tidy, friendly staff, parking on site, included breakfast. All day food.

No fans or air conditioning, although admittedly we didn’t enquire. So we opened the window, which cooled things down, but which also meant we got the traffic noise instead…. Hot weather no fault of the establishment.

Could not sleep because of loud music until 00.30, then doors banging. At 0530 loud extractor fan outside bedroom window. Plus my wife was violently sick having eaten something bad for dinner. Not a good experience! I would not go there again.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean , the staff was professional and friendly

The room was nice and as expected. There was room for the entire family and coffee, tea, and water in the room. The restaurant/pub downstairs was very nice, and the chicken wings were delicious. The grounds are very well kept and beautiful with a lot of annuals and flowers around the property.

It is close to a main roadway so depending on where you room is there might be some road noise if you choose to leave your window open.

Room and breakfast were lovely. Staff were very accommodating. Recommend location stay for the Waterford marathon

My wife and I were attending a Mass in the locality and stayed overnight in the Rhu Glenn. We had stayed there previously and had enjoyed many social events there previously too, all of which were memorable. We enjoyed a healthy breakfast there and, despite the presence of a bus-load of tourists, we had superb service, friendly and professional. Thanks to all.

Its location and plenty of parking for our motorbikes. Excellent staff and the food was excellent too and especially the portion sizes.

The view from the room was over a fire escape over some roofs.
