All over very good. Have stayed numerous times before.
Rude man (no uniform) answering door after hours first night we stayed. Reported to reception following morning.
Good location. Good room. Friendly and helpful staff
Location and design
Great breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly, an overall great stay
Everything
Location great. Liked way breakfast ordered and served up.

Dooleys hotel is in a great location on the river side, yet right beside the city's amenities. The room was very nice & breakfast was superb
Nothing
Close to centre and restaurant downstairs
Having to pay for parking. Park in longstay car park
We had a great experience in this hotel - friendly staff, lovely buffet breakfast, comfortable and modern rooms. Flat screen TV in the room was great too.

Good location
No water bottles. Staff was rude.
Friendly staff and how clean everything was.
Room at back of property was very noisy from street below.
Good location and friendly staff. Very close to overnight city parking.
The rooms can get warm on hot days and opening the window can let in street noise.
The location was very central and right across the street from the bus station! The staff were all very nice and accommodating.
Lots of stairs, but the staff also helped me with my suitcase. There is also a lift!
Central, bar, restaurant, good service, clean, spacious room, excellent breakfast staff.
No bottle of water in room but the tap water was fine.
Very convenient to bus train and town centre.Very pleasant helpful staff.Very clean ,cosy hotel .Very good food .
Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
The room was dingy and smelly. We discovered that this was from a small leak in the radiator which had soaked into the carpet.
Breakfast lovely
Loved the hotel and location was perfect
Breakfast excellent
No view from rooms
Room size and view
Bar food - pork stomach Beast €18 when Bar Breakfast menu was far less expensive
Beautiful hotel in a fantastic position. Walking distance to all attractions and lots of restaurants. Lovely bar downstairs to grab a drink. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was close and not too expensive.
Nothing
Everything...from our greeting at reception, to us leaving following a two night stay.
Couldn't fault anything.
Grande chambre confortable, lit confortable, petit déjeuner copieux, bon emplacement.
Colazione molto ricca, stanza pulita e silenziosa,.letto comodo
Friendly staff. ...great location.

Looking lovely inside the hotel. Nice classical style interiors, carpeted floors, antique style furniture, nice little backyard. Very nice staff. Good value freshly made breakfast, with coeliac options. The town centre is in minutes walk and it is lively with live band concerts.
The check-in time is a bit late at 4pm, but you can leave the luggage at the reception and they give you a call when the room is ready. No air-conditioning, the room cools down for the night though.
Parking was expensive
Restaurant was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.
Location No air No lift
Loved the room beds very comfy staff friendly and the food was good, would definitely stay again
liked the table service
nothing
The location the staff were absolutely amazing cheers to victor in the bar absolute 10/10 best barman I’ve ever came across I’ll be back for the chats with him alone 👍
Staff were friendly and attentive.
Having to arrange my own parking, though I appreciate the hotel is right in the centre of town.
Great location
Didn't stay long enough
Great location Spacious room great shower Breakfast - great choice - toast was hot .
Nothing negative
I needed a break from people because I'm in customer service lol,I can't thank dooleys hotel and there staff enough,I'm back to work next week, and I had a fabulous time there,I needed time to switch off and recharge and I achieved that aim, the staff couldn't do more for me,the room was fantastic my only regret was I didn't book for longer, great location, and lovely pleasant staff, thank you, See you again Francis
The only thing I didn't like was the lad cleaning the streets with the machine at 6.40 lol, there was nothing about the hotel I could say was bad,the ambiance I'm the lobby and everything was very relaxing and welcoming
Good location
Had to open bedroom window as no air conditioning only to hear noise in street
The property was very comfortable and clean. It was nicely decorated We had a medical emergency during our stay and the staff, especially Leanne were so kind and helpful to us both.
I didn’t get to spend much time in the bar as my mother was still ill. There was a gentleman singing and playing a piano, I would have found the level of the music very uncomfortable, my mother has hearing issues and she certainly wouldn’t have been able to hear me speaking
Great location, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast.
The room at the front was a little noisy and too warm
Close your all in Waterford especially the bike hiring comfortable bed and lovely breakfast to start day off
Very clean reception friendly.
No info on early checkout as nobody around in morning at 6am. Coffee and tea in room ok but would have been nice touch to have a few biscuits to go with it.
Excellent hotel spotless and comfortable. The staff are excellent so helpful and friendly. Couldn't give it or them high enough praise
Nothing
Beautiful clean hotel great staff
Nothing all was good
Great spot, but didn’t check out surroundings as very wet weather
Stairs again- was offered to have bags brought upstairs
Lovely staff, couldn't be more helpful, had a great experience
Just abit of a longer waiting time for breakfast to the room
Excellent location, very comfortable beds, large room, excellent breakfast.
Lots of stairs - even after using lift. Ok unless you have poor mobility.
Traditional , size of the room , clean
It was great
Great location. Food was lovely.
Great location right beside train and bus station. Our room was lovely had a titanic feel to it very clean and Comfortable.
Only complaint my hubby had was there was no coors on tap in the bar other than that I'd definitely come back again and again 😍
We had a very comfortable room with a spacious en suite bathroom. The staff were very helpful and provided somewhere secure to leave our bicycles overnight. A good central location for exploring all that Waterford has to offer. Good value for money!
There was nothing to dislike.
Friendly staff
Stairs
Letti molto comodi, stanza e bagno molto puliti. Bagno ben attrezzato con phon, shampoo, crema corpo e bagnoschiuma. Stanza calda e accogliente.
Central location. Bar staff lovely.
Even though people looking to bk a room wouldn't accommodate me in cancelling a room. So we had 2 rooms double bed and single bed in each room for 2 people
Location was great and property was clean. The staff were pleasant and professional, particularly the restaurant operator, who was friendly and very pleasant to chat with.
This property was way too expensive (by far the most expensive hotel of our whole trip) for what we got. The room was ridiculously hot (at least 28 degrees, I would say), making sleep near impossible. I understand it is not reasonable to expect air conditioning given Ireland's climate, but there was only one wimpy fan available (probably from the 90s, actually), and, when we asked for a second, the hotel responded that it was their policy to have only one fan per room. AC may not be affordable for the business, but, surely, providing two fans -- or even one fan from the current decade that ACTUALLY works -- would be, especially when we are paying over $300 per night. Walls were also not sound proof.
The rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. It was very clean, and rooms cleaned and towels replaced if needed everyday. There was a good selection at breakfast, my four year was delighted with the pancakes and coco pops.
The hotel is situated right on the quay unfortunately it doesn't have on site parking. There's a car park directly across the road with a daily charge between €5 and €12 depending on the day.
Location was excellent very convenient to train station we have been here before and it is ideal as we travel by train
Love it always accommodate me w view t front pleasure t stay there
Staff were excellent, couldn't fault a single one. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Food was good and reasonably priced and of course the Guinness!
