I visited Waterford to cycle the greenway. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a mini pantry with a plates and cutlery, a fridge and a microwave which were handy. The garden had seating for relaxing in too.

Sound travels between rooms. I was woken up when the occupants in the adjacent room returned late at night (however I do admit I'm a light sleeper).

We arrived at 1 am due to a flight delay from the US. Staff left key for us and were very gracious. Thank you!

Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. We were very grateful to the owners for contacting us so promptly to tell us we had left some important items behind. We were only in Waterford so were able to return later to collect them.

The country house felt like it had been an hotel once; a little tired.

Die Zimmer waren schlicht aber sehr sauber.

Das Mobiliar war sehr alt und das Frühstück war überschaubar. Für 2 Personen 2 Scheiben Toast und 2 Scheiben Sodabrot finde ich schon etwas wenig.

Because I was traveling I had to have my breakfast early and they were very accommodating, breakfast was very good just that I need for the day

The only thing I did not like and this is small, the LED light on the over sink was very bright.

The breakfast was spoiled by Orange Juice that tasted like weak Miwadi.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with very friendly, attentive staff.

The tea/coffee making facilities were perched on a little shelf. A small table would have been better.

La habitación era muy grande y con un gran ventanal con unas vistas a una colina y la puesta de sol. La cama era grande y cómoda. Baño grande y con mucho espacio. El desayuno fenomenal con varias opciones para pedir además de tostadas y cereales. Tiene parking privado con muchas plazas

Por poner una pega se oía el extractor del baño de la habitación de al lado

El Personal fue muy amable. Las camas eran cómodas. El desayuno estaba muy rico, había varias opciones de desayuno.

Bij Binnenkomst rook je al gebakken eieren. Het hele gebouw rook hiernaar. Het ontbijt was erg sober, drankje, broodje eiergerecht. Geen fruit of yoghurt.

Everyone was very personable, helpful, and nice. Had a great stay in the twin beds room with my son for the weekend. Very roomy bedroom and large bathroom. We had breakfast both mornings and it was great. Extremely convenient location to Waterford City and points of interest for us. Held conversations with other guests and they all shared the same positive experience.

A very convenient location with good parking. A guest kitchen was available, handy as there’s an Aldi down the road, or a bar round the corner if you prefer. The host was friendly and the breakfast ample.

Comfortabele ruime slaapkamer, prima badkamer. Prive parkeren en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Op 5 minuten lopen is een zeer gezellige pub waar je ook een pizza kunt bestellen. Ca 10-15 minuten met de auto vanaf Waterford. Zeer rustig.

Die Betten waren ok und der Inhaber, Gastgeber hat selbst das Frühstück gemacht und serviert. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb. Angenehm auch, dass es viele freie Parkplätze gibt.

unser Zimmer hatte die Nummer 14. Und im Flug draußen war gegenüber ein Einbauschrank. In diesem war ein großer Wasserboiler. Sobald irgendjemand das Warmwasser aufdrehte , hörte man einen lauten Brummton. Ca 1 Minute lang. Auch in der Nacht. Wenn jemand duschte brummte es solange der Duschvorgang anhielt. Das war sehr störend.

La cama muy cómoda. Y el desayuno es una pasada de bueno. Completo completo y el personal muy simpático.

Tuve un pequeño inconveniente con la ducha que no salía agua caliente pero después del mal trago consiguieron arreglarlo rápidamente.

Er staan mooie kamers op de site die worden gebruikt als lokkertje. Dat gaf die vent ook toe aan mij, toen ik er wat van zei. Wist niet wat ik hoorde….

Het was een slechte ervaring, had een mooie kamer geboekt, maar omdat wij maar 1 nacht verbleven kreeg ik die niet, en moest tevreden zijn met een vieze gedateerde kamer .

It had free parking. I had a bed, en suite shower. Staff were friendly.

Very dated. Everything was old fashioned. Not much choice options for breakfast. Apple and orange juice tasted like a weakened squash. No yogurt or fresh fruit at breakfast. Quite a distance from the town centre.

It was clean and well situated for my needs,pub down the road was brilliant, cracking pizza, lovely people too,the host was a gem, awesome brekkie too

A very comfortable room and bed as well as an excellent breakfast. This was excellent for me travelling to meet with family.

There was nothing not to like.

I'm a very light sleeper.There were no sounds whatsoever from other guests. I loved being able to look at the night sky without any street lights. It was wonderful. A delicious breakfast and very pleasant staff. Great peaceful location.

Google maps gives two options when driving front the west. Take the left road not the straight forward road. It's shorter.

Just a really nice place with some character in a good location. The breakfast was to die for.

It was super hot and they had no AC or even a fan. This may change in the future, but it was pretty darned hot.

The tv did not work, but staff offered me another room which was really nice , they sorted the problem promptly was happy with the way they dealt with it

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, wir bekamen auf Anfrage dekoffenierten Kaffee - am Zimmer gab es die typischen Teesackerln, Kaffee"tüten", Zucker, Milch. Es gibt einen kleinen Raum mit 2 Kühlschränken, Microwelle, Toaster und Geschirr.

Die ebenerdigen rückwärtigen Zimmer "sehen" auf eine 3/4 hohe Mauer

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen in einer gepflegten Anlage vor den Toren von Waterford. Zimmer und Frühstück waren okay. Schöne Aussensitzplätze vor dem Haus. Vielleicht 250 m entfernt ein Pub. Umfangreiches Bierangebot und verschiedene Pizzen. Ein paar Minuten mit dem Wagen Richtung Stadt liegt ein Aldi mit sehr guten Salaten. In der Unterkunft stehen u. a. Bestecke, Mikrowelle u Kühlschrank zur Verfügung.

В отеле и номере действительно было очень чисто. Персонал был приветливый и заботливый.

В описании к отелю было сказано про просторные номера, современные ванные комнаты и сильный напор воды, все из этого, к сожалению, не было правдой. Очень тесная кровать для двоих человек, крайне слабый (даже по ирландским меркам) напор воды и малюсенькая комната. Завтрак так же я не могу оценить хорошо - он очень скудный, совсем нет фруктов/овощей/любой клетчатки.

The place is very comfortable. While it doesn't have a fridge, for me that I stayed alone and only one night, it had everything I needed. I liked that it's in a quiet area, which is precisely what I was looking for. The breakfast was very nice. The offer was Irish breakfast and similar items, with tea or coffee. For somebody who is not picky or doesn't have particular wishes like me, this was a very nice breakfast. Also the breakfast area was comfortable. Chairs were comfortable to sit in (in other locations I've stayed the chairs were more uncomfortable), and also they had a little background music in the breakfast area which was perfect. With the music it feels more normal to have conversations and it doesn't feel like everybody is listening to what you say..While I was on my own this time so it was not me talking, I've stayed at other places were it did feel awkward to chat because everything was heard. Therefore I've learned to appreciate this more. Besides what I will comment in the next points, I really liked this hotel.

Not that I didn't like, but there are some points to mention. Obviously as the hotel is in a quiet, more remote area, you need to find the way to get to the hotel. When I first booked, Google maps showed me that there was a bus going nearby, then I would have to walk 15 minutes. However, when I came, there was no bus. I walked an hour from the city center to get here. I only stayed one night, so it was okay. But this is something to consider for people who stay longer. They should make sure they have a more manageable way to arrive here. If they rely on taxi it could get pricey. But I guess the remote location and quietness justify finding a way for this if that's what you're looking for. The room didn't have a fridge or I didn't see it. I didn't really needed as I stayed one night, but might be worth to consider. For the rest, it was comfortable for me and I would definitely recommend this place to people I know, mentioning these points.
