Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Lovely place, neat and clean, and conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the center of Riva del Garda. The private car park is a great advantage, especially when traveling by car. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

The host was very polite, helpful, and clearly focused on making guests feel comfortable. We also really appreciated that the place was not crowded, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Lovely apartment, excellent pool, short walk to everything you need and wonderful people. The pool is a particular highlight because the depth was the same throughout and safe for my tweens and it was salt water rather than chlorine - so much kinder to your skin. Great gym too. 2 large supermarkets within a 5-10 min walk, you can be at the lake and the town very quickly.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Nice clean modern apartment. Had everything you needed. Nice pool area. Great location for a stroll to the beach and old town restaurants. Efficient check in with explanation videos for parking, entry and TV use. Some reports complain about the paper factory next door. It was not noisy and didn’t smell and there are trees screening a lot of it. We didn’t have a problem with it at all.
It was all good. It is a little strange that you have to dispose of your recycling and bins but it was made clear that you needed to do this and instructions were provided. We just opted to pay the 10Eu as we left at 6am.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The apartment was new, quite well equipped and air-conditioning was working well. Comfortable beds.
While the property is new and conveniently located 15 minutes from the town center, the stay was ruined by intrusive staff and overwhelming communication. Before arrival, staff asked me to cancel simply for declining to use WhatsApp, forcing me to spend hours with Booking.com support. Once initiated, messaging was relentless throughout our trip. On departure morning—before check-out—staff asked when we were leaving and informed me they would enter and start cleaning when I didn't reply immediately. Additionally, a strong smell ( possibly cleaning chemicals) made the space unpleasant for anyone scent-sensitive. Despite the good location, the constant communication demands and micro-management completely ruined our vacation.
