Reviewed May 18, 2026Lily was very responsive in her communication with me. She was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable staying in her home. The room and ensuite bathroom were great and the bed was very comfortable. The house was clean, tidy and quiet. Great location near the mall and grocery store. Lily said that I could cook meals in the kitchen, though I was only there for one night so didn't need to. She was very respectful of my privacy. I would highly recommend Lily's place for a single person or a couple.

Nothing really. I had expected to find a tv in the room but as I had my iphone and an ipad with an excellent wifi connection, I could access anything I needed. It was my first time staying in a room where access was via the owners part. I felt a little awkward intruding on such a warm, friendly and generous couple.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Ich war so gerne Gast in diesem schönen Haus. Das Zimmer ist schön und das Bett super bequem. Das Badezimmer und auch alles andere war super sauber. Lily und ihr Mann sind ganz liebe Menschen und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier findet man alles was man braucht! Absolut zu empfehlen!

Basically a small basic breakfast ... say Continental to start the day .... especially when you have an early train or plane. This would so appreciated :)

You might consider a sleeping mask as light comes in early in the room and might wake you up.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2024A great location for my purposes - closer to the airport than CBD, a lovely 30 minute walk to the city centre through the park and botanical gardens and 15 minute walk to the train station. A shopping mall and lots of restaurants nearby. Very clean accomodations. Lily and Ping were both gracious and helpful.
