Reviewed Sep 18, 2026

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Checking in at the front desk was fast and easy. The room was thoroughly clean and fresh, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The onsite café served lovely Vietnamese coffee and pastries in the morning. The location was quiet, even though it looked like the road would be busy and is convenient for the University of Canterbury.
Off-street parking was convenient, but tight when the car park was nearly full. A good test of driving skills!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Our room was quiet, modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location with bus stop outside and easy walk to Westfield shopping mall. Bed was nice, big and comfortable, bathroom was large and clean. Receptionist was friendly, welcoming and helpful and let us store our luggage after check out.
On site cafe did not open until 8.00am so couldn't get early morning coffee before having to leave.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Central, easy parking, good sized room, great bathroom. Room had separate room for the second bed. Warm.
Beds were ok but not madly comfy. Bedside lamp in the inside room didn’t work so it was either very very bright with room lights on or completely dark.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Great little hotel in the heart of Christchurch. Spotless, comfortable and modern. Rooms and bathrooms are updated. Very affordable price for the quality of this hotel. Reviewed Jul 12, 2026We stayed here for 17 nights, and it truly felt like our home away from home. Everything was spotlessly clean, warm, and incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were absolutely amazing—always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job every single day. Their attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Having a kitchenette was a huge advantage, especially during a longer stay, and the free parking and laundry facilities were extremely convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while we were in Christchurch. Thank you for making our time here so comfortable and memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch!
