Thara Inn Villa

Great location, super calm and quiet, and very easy to relax in. They have a little green area, some sunbeds, a little dining area for breakfast (which is included). Staff is awesome, room was small, but everything else was great - pillows and bed were comfy.

The room is a bit too small for a longer stay, and the uneven floor in the bathroom makes it a little tricky to shower as water stays in and may overflow to the room. Those are tiny things thou, and our stay was great.

A super clean, well maintained property. The staff were fabulous and provided us with a home cooked breakfast every morning. The town is a nice, peaceful, bucolic 15 minutes walk away. Everything worked in the room. Plenty of hot water, great WiFi and lots of chargeable sockets.

We had a very small room which was a bit cramped for two people. However, we had use of the shared kitchen and covered outdoor seating area.

I spent seven days there, and it was perfect. The hosts are very helpful and make really tasty breakfasts. The accommodation is new, clean, and modern—I really enjoyed it. It’s not very close to the beach, but it’s quiet and peaceful. They rented me a scooter, so the beaches are only a short drive away

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft etwas abseits von der Hauptstraße und dem Strand in Dickwella. Es gibt 3 ebenerdige Villen und eine erhöhte Villa über der offenen Küche, die über eine kleine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Wir waren zuerst 3 Nächte in der erhöhten Villa und haben dann spontan um eine Nacht verlängert. Da unsere Villa schon vergeben war, sind wir in eine ebenerdige Villa umgezogen. Die Villen bestehen aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem privaten Bad. Die ebenerdigen sind etwas größer, dafür hat man bei der erhöhten einen Balkon. Es gibt in allen Aircondition und einen Kühlschrank. Insgesamt war es sehr sauber und angenehm. Maleesha war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns in allen Belangen geholfen und unterstützt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und frisch zubereitet. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Dickwella Beach, Turtle Beach und Hiriketiya Beach sind mit dem Roller oder Tuktuk schnell zu erreichen.

Great showers quiet area for peaceful outdoor area

I had the pleasure of staying at Thara in Villa in my recently visit in Sri Lanka. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort made my stay truly enjoyable. The hotel itself was a haven of nature lushed greenery and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The food experience at the hotel was equally delightful. The diverse menu showcased the rich flavors of Sri Lankan cuisine, as well as international favorites.

Location was amazing!! Food was incredible and the hosts were so lovely and welcoming! I will be back! From the moment i got there to when i left was just bliss! Thankyou thankyou thankyou! <3
