Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Huset likker i et meget stille og roligt villa kvarter. Udlejer var meget venlig og holder en god og høj standard både med rengøring og kvalitet af sengene. Kommer gerne igen næste gang jeg er i Ballstad
Der manglede en rigtig kaffemaskine i køkkenet. Det var Erik dog godt klar over :-) Ud over dette er der ikke andet at være utilfreds med.

Das Fußhandtuch für die Dusche fehlt ! Die Ausrüstung in der Küche ist nicht zufriedenstellend ! Ein Pfannenwender fehlt um Spiegeleier oder Pfannkuchen zu machen ! Nur eine Bratpfanne die verzogen ist und längst ausgetauscht werden müsste !Ferseher der nicht funktionierte weil man das Antennenkabel nicht anschließen konnte ! Am Wäscheständer sind einige Streben defekt !

Reviewed May 15, 2026Erik was a very friendly and accommodating host. The house was super spacious. It has a fully usable kitchen, facility to wash and dry clothes. The check in process was very smooth using a digital lock and key. We even forgot a few items in the fridge and Erik let us come collect it after a few hours of checking out. Very nice and friendly gesture. The house has some great views through its windows from all the rooms. A lovely home for a small family or a group of friends. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Odlična lokacija za raziskovanje Lofotov. Bili smo 4 in smo tako zasedli celotno stanovanje. Izjemno čist prostor in moderna oprema. Erik je bil hitro odziven, ko smo imeli manjšo težavo s kodo za vhodna vrata in vprašanje glede ločevanja odpadkov.
Vse je bilo super.

La posizione comoda se si ha un'auto a disposizione per andare in giro per escursionismo o semplicemente per godersi le bellezze di queste isole. The room size is listed as including shared spaces, which needs to be corrected. The actual room is very small, just enough to fit a double bed. When you open the door from the room#2, you're directly in the kitchen, so if someone is eating or using the kitchen, it's difficult to leave the room. There is no heater in the room.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2023We had a great stay at Lofoten Overnatting guesthouse. The accommodation and the shared sanitary facilities were very clean and the shower was great! The kitchen is well equipped and It's 5 minute walk from a supermarket. We slept in the bedroom adjacent to the shared living room/kitchen. Our (Dutch) roomies who occupied the other room (that has a bit more privacy because it is not attached to the living room) were great company. Erik, the owner of the guesthouse, was very helpful to us and he is super informed about developments taking place in Norway and Lofoten. An intelligent and hospitable host. Highly recommended! Lastly, Ballstad is a nice place. Excellent location for an evening stroll.

The shower is great, everything is very clean and even laundry would have been included. The owner is superfriendly, very helpful and allowed us to hang our soaked tent outside.
