V'Spirit Cruise

Food and staff were amazing. Room size was great.

Floor in room was dusty, need to clean in the corners. Drapes had holes, need to be repaired. Floor boards in bathroom had gaps, tripping hazard when using shower. These are very minor items that didn't affect our trip.

This is a beautiful boat with a lot of charm about it.

אהבנו את הכל: סירה, צוות, אוכל, פעילות מאורגנת היטב, נוף מהמם. אציין לשבח את הטבח! התחשב בילדים, הכין להם אוכל שהם אוהבים לאחר שראה בארוחה ראשונה שהם פחות אכלו אוכל מקומי. בנוסף, יש לנו ילדה שלא אוכלת גלוטן. היא קיבלה מנות מיוחדות רק בשבילה וטעימות מאוד! תודה רבה על כך! צוות מאוד שירותי, עוזר, חייכן. פעילויות שהיו בסיפון, תוכנית בידור מותאמת למשפחות, סיור יום בכפר מקומי, שייט קיאקים, סירות מקומיות. שווה כל רגע שהיינו, חוויה בלתי נשכחת! תודה רבה שוב!

Lo mejor de este crucero sin duda ha sido el personal, super amable, muy atento y servicial.

Camera molto più piccola che in foto, check out alle 9! sarebbe più comodo poter lasciare la camera al monento reale della partenza che è verso le 11. La nave non riporta al porto ma cè una barca più piccola che sia in andata che ritorno fa da collegamento e impiega circa 40 minuti

L’ensemble du personnel était super. Le bateau était très beau et confortable. Même s’il y a des activités prévues, chacun fait ce qu’il veut. Nous avons traversé des paysages splendides. Super moment passé en famille, je recommande.

La salle de bain d’une des chambre aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie. Le deuxième jour est trop court et trop chargé. Une activité en moins aurait permis de plus profiter de la sérénité et de la beauté du lieu.

Kameralna grupa ok 50 turystów. Czysta kabina/ pokój, indywidualny balkon z pokoju, Super animator, z bardzo dobrym angielskim, integrujący, dyskretnie angażujący gości. Wesołe karaoke . Basen zewnętrzny ok, ale woda do pływania w Ha Kong, niestety bródna, wycieki paliwa, co później widać na skórze. Oczywiście prysznice i czyste woda na statku, bez limitu. Rejs 2 dni, 1 noc.

Uwaga na parzące meduzy w wodzie. Po skropieniu cytryną nie ma śladu na skórze. Jedzenie smaczne, ale raczej poprawne.

It was a fun experience for our family! Loved kayaking and going through caves and swimming in the ocean! The scenery was incredible!

Geweldige service, heerlijke bedden en eten. We hadden de 3 dagen geboekt en dat was de juiste keus,.we hadden een ontspannen programma de tweede dag met fietsen op cat ba island en kayakken. Zeker een aanrader!

The staff were stand out. They were all amazing and Mr Henry was the best! We had the best time, a highlight of our 8 week trip. I did a lot of research and wasn't disappointed with my choice. The boat moors in the quieter Lan Ha Bay. The boat was just what we wanted. We did go for the best cabin and it was worth every penny. The boat has 18 cabins and was nearly full when we visited in June but we were the only ones on deck at times. Very peaceful. The food was of a very good quality and the cocktails were top notch. The captain always managed to moor up in the best locations. We did a 2 night 3 day and I would advise, if you have time and budget to do this. Highly recommend V Spirit.

The day trip was as good as you get on these trips. The day boat was good and our visit to Cat Ba was enjoyable but quite touristy. You can always just chill on V Spirit.q

It was a lovely boat and the executive suite we had was beautiful. The food was so delicious and the staff were all so welcoming and attentive. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday which was unexpected and really nice. The activities were well organised. The staff were really wonderful, I would recommend this cruise to see the beautiful halong bay area

This was such a highlight. We only did one night, which was perfect. The rooms were so charming, with huge windows and a great bathroom. We had 2 connecting rooms, and both were roomy and comfy. We met some great people on the cruise, our guide was so happy and positive and made the time fun. The meals were lovely, and lots of them. Great scenery, great kayaking and had a really fun time swimming off the boat, squid fishing and singing karaoke!

Staff is amazing and so attentive! We enjoyed great food—you better fast/come very hungry —chef created delicious, innovative vegan meals specifically for our family . Musician that played traditional instruments was superb. Guides were informative and helpful. They were great with our two children. We want to thank all on the ship very much.

Halong Bay is beautiful. I am really glad I decided to stay overnight. A day trip wouldn't have done the bay justice. The staff were lovely, the food was great, as were the activities. I'm really glad I did it.

I wouldn't recommend to a solo traveller. Everyone was in their own groups and although I met some lovely people who were very inclusive- it wasn't like other areas of Vietnam where you meet other solo travellers. The activities felt rushed during just a one night stay. The drinks weren't included. I note that some people felt they had to do all the activities but that isn't the case. If you want to skip them, you can. I wouldn't let that put you off. The bath was way too small and the air-conditioning didn't stretch to their so would have been too hot for a dip.

-les excursions du 2e jour étaient trop rapides, -V cruise écrit ci-dessus dans Booking "baie d'Ha long" alors que la croisière s'est déroulée dans la baie de Lan Ha (très belle aussi), -le retour taxi vers notre hôtel à Hanoi :le nouveau guide nous a déposé avec nos valises lourdes à 50m de l'entrée de l'hôtel alors qu'il était aussi facile et rapide de nous laisser juste devant la réception = service bâclé et inadapté.

Personnel très à l'écoute et hyper compétent. Très bons repas et cocktails supers. Animation dynamique mais pas pesante et respect total de la liberté de chacun. Tai chi le matin très agréable. Musicien pour le repas du soir très bon, apportant une ambiance musicale très agréable.

A unique experience, loved it , I think you need two night really to get the full experience. The food was amazing far too much of it thou , well done to the chefs. All the staff was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us all ,loved them all . And Henry thank you for all that you did for everyone on the trip ,your a super star ⭐ You have such a wonderful team.

Ce n'était pas super propre. Il y avait des coins un peu poussiéreux dans la chambre et il y avait des tâches sur mes draps de lit.

Très bonne croisière avec V'spirit ! Personnel attentionné et souriant, toujours disponible pour aider! La nourriture était bonne, le guide enthousiaste, et le bateau superbe !

Les cabines sont extrêmement confortables, les activités proposées sont sympathiques, le personnel est extrêmement gentil.

Même si le tarif est élevé c’est à faire si on a les moyens.

The staff were so friendly and lovely and the boat was very well looked after. There was always plenty of food and the activities were all great. We loved it.

The only criticism would be the bathroom in our triple room could have been updated a little. A few cracked tiles and the flooring wasn't great but overall this would be a very small issue.

Everything was amazing - the staff were great and the tour guide managed to include everyone! I would recommend this trip to anyone!

Staff was excellent. Very enthusiastic. The second day trip aboard the tourist boat was great. The boat was high quality and the staff was accommodating.

Programme d'activités un peu chargé. On voudrait profiter davantage du bateau et de la cabine. La journée 2 se déroule sur un plus petit bateau dans la baie de l'an ha.

Personnel super Chambre très spacieuse et confortable, terrasse très agréable. Repas très bon, avec buffet ou service à l'assiette selon les repas. Peu de personnes sur le bateau, ce qui est calme. Le pont supérieur est très agréable pour prendre un verre ou pour le taï chi le matin, se poser.

Rythme un peu soutenu des activités en prenant 2 jours/1nuit.

Le karaoké très bruyant mais heureusement jusqu’à 22 heures seulement, la difficulté de comprendre les animateurs quand ils utilisaient leur micro alors que nous n’étions que 30 passagers, la visite au village (uniquement des boutiques) et le repas pendant cette excursion

Great views from the rooms. We got the corner room and loved the big balcony.

Unfortunately at the end is where they dock the small boat is directly outside the bathroom and th workers sit down on the boat which can make you feel uncomfortable in the bathroom. And location wise isn’t the property’s fault but unfortunately Halong bay is so dirty and littered with waste and trash in the water we didn’t want to swim and it tarnished the beautiful views.

What a wonderful cruise experience. From the moment you got on the bus for pickup , the tour guide Hiep was friendly, welcoming and informative. He even gave us a list of his local favourite foods. The ship itself was well equipped, very clean. The itinerary was a good balance of relaxation and entertainment, on top of all those fantastic things, staff and service was just next level, they were friendly, helpful, attention to detail, overall it's fantastic 2days1night at the bay. PS they don't go to the crowded area. Highly recommended

The boat itself is wonderful, unfortunately the location is so crowded and the water very polluted it makes writing a review about V’Spirit themselves very difficult. I would say that the company and their boat are very good and, if you want to experience a Ha Long Bay, I would certainly recommend V’Spirit; but I would not recommend recommend a Ha Long Bay cruise. In terms of the boat, the top deck bar is wonderful and the cocktails very well made and presented. The enthusiasm of the staff and the authentic cuisine and menus were great. The pick-up from the hotel in Hanoi was very efficient and well executed with a precise time and a WhatsApp when 2 minutes away.

Typical tourist ‘walking wallet’ syndrome on the transfer - left the highway to herd us into a special ‘rest stop’ (along with all the other transfers) to fleece us, when there is a perfectly good service station within minutes of the stop on the highway. The organised activities were like being ‘processed’ The serene bamboo boat ride through ‘peaceful, idyllic caves’ involved queuing on a wooden jetty for 35 minutes to be loaded into a boat for a 30 minute trip along with about a hundred other boats. Just like a theme park ride in the height of the season (and no ‘skip the queue’ option. Our cabin featured a ‘jacuzzi bath with a view’ - a picture window to watch the beautiful scenery whilst relaxing in the bath - unfortunately it was completely impossible to do this as they were towing a tender and the staff were sitting in the tender with a view straight into the bathroom. Similarly the picture window in the bedroom, because of the tens on other cruise boats close by all the time, it was not possible enjoy the view from the bed and retain our dignity. Finally, the return transfer. Despite providing the name of the hotel and having a confirmation, as we boarded the transfer on the return we were told that we would not be dropped at our hotel as it was outside the old quarter (too late to arrange our own transfer).

Maden var måske ikke det mest spændende ved opholdet, men der var mulighed for at tilpasse menuen alt efter efter behov (vegetarisk, ingen fisk, allergier osv).

Check-in was swift and well organised, and the cruise operates in a very calm and scenic part of Lan Ha Bay, away from the crowds. The atmosphere on board was peaceful. The staff were consistently friendly, very attentive, and eager to help. Their English could be improved in some situations, but their kindness and genuine effort more than compensated. Our Executive Suite was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The water (kayak and swimming) activities were as promised, the cycling excursion on Cát Bà Island was well organised. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing cruise with great happy hours in a beautiful, quiet part of Lan Ha Bay, with excellent staff and well-designed cabins.

The visit to the pearl centre and the visit of a village on Cat Ba island were disappointing, as it felt overly commercial in the first one and overly invasive in the second. The tour on bamboo boat was a real disappointment. No caves to cruise by or to see. The only real low point of the cruise was the food. While the presentation and service were good, the menus focused mainly on multi-course Western-style cuisine rather than traditional Vietnamese dishes. It was enjoyable, but did not reflect the richness and authenticity of Vietnamese culinary traditions.

O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo e muito confortável. Equipe muito simpática e comida bem gostosa.

Roteiro corrido e incompleto. Não pudemos fazer o Kayak na parada para conhecer as cavernas e não teve pescaria de lulas. Check out do quarto as 9h da manhã é muito ruim também.

Das Stromgenerator der ab ca 20 uhr lauter wurde und sich doch die Nacht lang mit einem satten brummen bemerkbar machte!

To much time spent on tenders, not enough time enjoying the views and service on the boat, feel let down with the amount of time on the boat, especially as we had to take a 40 minute tender to get to the boat from the harbor then we had about 30mins of actual riding on the main boat itself then back to a trip on a tender. Everything else was great

Karaoke too loud When we arrived from the overnight bus at 06:00 there were no facilities

El barco es muy hermoso, las actividades para la planificación de 3 dias y dos noche fueron excepcionales. La animación de la cena, las comidas y sobretodo la atención de toda la tripulación. Me hicieron un muy lindo festejo de cumpleaños.

El colchón de la cama era muy blando y faltaba lugar de guardado en el camarote. Pero eran detalles al lado de lo espectacular del resto.
