If you love a calm and cozy atmosphere, come over! The location of the hotel is very suitable if you wish to head to places like Model Town. The hotel’s cleanliness is unmatched, no dirty spots and I love the laundry services (optional) All the staff members were polite, respectful and caring. From the breakfast to the lunch to the dinner, the food is DELICIOUS and always served HOT. (I love hot food). My room was good and comfy ! The general noise level is pretty good, it’s not annoying. The bathroom setup is good with the toiletries supplies, I loved it! The value was worth for the exact stay time!

Good ambiance, enjoyed my stay and the breakfast on the house. Jaspreet, Chef and the team helped with all our demands and tantrums. Plan a longer stay to enjoy the hospitality to the fullest.

Very good hotel, for a stay over

Parking space

The breakfast was satisfactory. It filled a gap before setting out on our day. The location is good with centre of Jallandhar easy to access.

The hotel had a party until 1am in the morning. We were on the next floor up and the rooms were vibrating with the loud noise. The hotel has no sound proofing between the banquet hall and the guest rooms. We complained and the management were very poor in dealing with our complaint. They said if it was a problem we should have left in the middle of the night and gone to another hotel. The next day we left and went to the Radisson... will never visit this hotel again. The management knew their was going to be loud noise and still booked a late extended party...basically giving a finger to their guests.

Our stay at Sarovar Portico Jalandhar was truly exceptional and memorable in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care—the entire team made us feel less like guests and more like part of a well-looked-after family. The staff across all departments were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Whether it was arranging food exactly to our preferences, assisting with money exchange, or organizing taxis for travel, every need was handled seamlessly and efficiently. Breakfast each morning was a highlight—delicious food served with smiles. What really stood out was how the team remembered our preferences; from the chefs to the waitstaff, everyone made a consistent effort to ensure we had everything we needed every single day. A very special mention to Abid, the housekeeping manager, who went above and beyond daily to make our stay comfortable. Kajol at breakfast was equally outstanding, always attentive and proactive in her service. The General Manager and the entire team deserve heartfelt appreciation for maintaining such high standards. From reception to security, every staff member was courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. We felt safe, comfortable, and truly valued throughout our stay.

Hospitality

The staff are excellent, breakfast offers a great selection, and the property is very well-kept.

The bathroom floors were a bit sticky from the cleaning products, so perhaps a different cleaner could be used.

Nothing

The room was very dusty we had to see a doctor 2 times .Both me and my son got an allergy to dust .I asked the cleaner to clean my room got bck from sight seeing the room had dust in fridge all of the skirting boards in the wardrobes etc etc .Rang reception they sent an supervisor who was very sorry .The breakfast was basic .At the bar they dont believe in giving change back for an example if the bill was 1220 rupees we gave 1500 they accept to keep the change .We in the past been to this hotel number of times which was ten out of ten ,now I score it 2 out of ten .Other families were the same complaints .This hotel was top range no it has gone down hill will not be revisting again

The breakfast was amazingly delicious lots of options to choose to eat and was always fresh, most of all the staff was expectional very kind and friendly and helpful the service was best.

Everything met my expectations was fantastic.
