Great location and generally the staff were excellent. We enjoyed snorkelling, seeing the bird life on the beautiful gardens. We were able to see a hummingbird in front of our balcony- the only time in Barbados. We very much enjoyed the complimentary tennis coaching and cocktail party.

The lady who checked us on seemed grumpy that we wanted â quite room with privacy. She said that they didn’t have the room we booked in September, but would upgrade us. However, the upgrade may have been a suite but it didn’t give us any privacy ând was close to the road.Eventually, after some discussion, we were given a more private room with a balcony. When paying £500 per night, you would expect to not have to negotiate to get the room that you requested. However, it was sorted out amicably. All the other staff were totally engaging and professional.

Tolle Anlage, tolles Zimmer direkt am Meer. Viele Felsen coralline im Wasser ,schwieriger Ein und Ausstieg. Wasser sehrsauber.

Der kleine Pool war zu einsichtig. Andere Gäste zu Nahe an unserer Terrasse.zu wenig Privatsphäre.

Beautiful layout, fabulous staff and wonderful room

Beautiful Gardens, they say best on the Island. Villas also very good. Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was good and a few choices. Lots of good restaurants around the location so ideal for everything i would say.

Unfortunately the storm of 2024 had washed a lot of the sand on the beach away so quite rocky under foot. Breakfast variety was somewhat limited, and with little adjustments would be OK.

A beautifully landscaped resort, which was so well cared for. Excellent facilities with lovely, welcoming staff.

Cost of food and drinks were quite high.

Food and drinks were very pricey price for a glass of iced tea was outrageous and no free refills. Come on tea is cheap!

What an amazing hotel. Me and my partner had an amazing stay, the staff are amazing and attentive, the restaurants are great and so is the location with many local food places nearby and a massive supermarket a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend coral reef club and will definitely be coming back.

Everything. Everything from the ambience of the architecture of the buildings and bungalows, to the incredibly professional yet warm and caring staff, to my beautiful and comfortable room, the wonderful restaurant and bar with delicious food and drinks, to the picturesque and dreamlike beach and garden setting, to the colorful boutique on site.

I can honestly say that there wasn't anything I didn't like. And if there had been, the management and staff would have done everything in their power to have changed it.

Exceptional setting - rooms situated in beautiful botanical gardens, peaceful and quiet. Very well looked after by the owners and their loyal staff. Lovely beach and delicious food.

- Nice birthday present prepared for us by the staff as a surprise - The lush gardens are spectacular - Staff is overall friendly and helpful, walking the extra mile when asked for help (this is truly distinctive)

- The taps in our bathroom would come off as you used them... - No constant service by the pool (had to chase the staff) - There was no shower gel in the room - just bars of soap, which seemed strange for such a highly rated hotel - There is a mosquito problem (as it's wet season) and the guidebook in the room stated there should be insect repellent in the room, but there wasn't any. When we asked for it, we received it. - Mini-bar was empty and there was no tea/coffee in the room. We understand Covid measures, but we stayed in another hotel on the island too, and all facilities were offered there. - Breakfast was overpriced, overall OK and the existing options were tasty, but we would have expected more options - there were no fresh vegetables, for example, or cheeses.
