Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Location was excellent- everything we needed was within walking distance. Nice balcony. The Host maintained regular contact with us to check in and ensure if we needed anything. He provided extra water and toiletries as required.
Not enough facilities: for example, Plates, cups, paper towels. Kitchen could have been better cleaned Lamps required in bedrooms.

ممكن تستغربون من تقيمي السئ للامانه انا لم اسكن في هذا المكان انا حجزت ودفعت المبلغ ولم وصلت قريب من الموقع تواصلت مع المسؤول واعتذر مني انا المكان فيه صيانه وإذا تبغي استرجع المبلغ من بوكينج ولما خبرته اني لا استطيع ارجاع المبلغ قال لي أنه سوف يوفر لي سكان اخر ووفقت لاني مضطر معي عائلة ولمن توجهت الموقع الآخر ناسبني وإذا بي افاجئ باتصال بأن افضي الشقه أنها محجوزه لعميل اخر بعدها أرسلني الى شقه أخرى بالمنيل وأخذوا مني مبلغ اخر100دولار

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026The entrance and the lift was terrible .. I couldn't stay at the flat. I requested a refund since there are misleading pictures. The exterior and the entrance were not among the pictures. The lift is unsafe.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025La ubicación sin dudas. La comodidad del apartamento, es grande un muy condñfortable. Que tenga una lavadora de ropa ha sido de utilidad. También que haya tenido una cocina completa para poder desayunar y comer allí.
Lo que menos, la atención del personal. Comunicación muy amable pero lenta o ausente. Parecía que hablábamos con IA en vez de personas. Hemos estado hasta la noche anterior sin saber cómo entrar, aunque finalmente se resolvió. Olvídate de que te ayuden con el viaje (traslados, tours). Pedimos un secador de pelo y contestaron a las 4hs cuando ya no era necesario. Pero cumple su función en cuanto a que te Dan el código de la casa y estás allí a gusto. Repetiriamos porque el piso es muy confortable y la ubicación excelente.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Elegant Zamalek Cairo is a very nice and spacious apartment with big rooms, comfortable large beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry machine. The place is clean, well maintained, and the host is very responsive. We really appreciated the early-morning check-in support and the cleaning service. Highly recommended for families and longer stays.
Everything was clean, including the blanket, but replacing it with a newer one would improve comfort.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025الشقة تقع في شارع البرازيل الشهير في حي الزمالك وحولها كل مايحتاجه الساكن - مشياً. البلكونة جميلة ولكن مافيها خصوصية لانها في الدور الثاني واللي بالشارع يشوفك.
رغم تجاوب واجتهاد مسؤولي الشقة الا انها تحتاج الكثير من العمل. مكيف الغرفة الرئيسية يسرب الماء لداخل الغرفة وتم اصلاحه. ومكيف الغرفة الاخرى مفتاحه قديم وكثيراً ماكان يطفي فجأة وانت بعز نومك واذا شغلته ياخذ وقت حتى يبرد. جبس سقف الحمام يتساقط على الارضية. المصعد لحاله حكاية لدرجة اننا اضطرينا لاستخدام الدرج ولكن اللي يسكن لحاله بدون عائلة يقدر يتجاوز هذه المشكلة. ولان الشقة بالدور الثاني فعزل الاصوات فيها ضعيف وانت جالس بالصالة وكأنك في الشارع تسمع وترى كل شي.

The bathroom maintenance was outdated, and we had to contact the host twice to fix the door lock and the sink. It clearly needs regular maintenance. The building itself is very old, and there were no signs indicating the location of the flat.

Noisy as the isolation is bad, and it's hard to sleep , the building is old, yet it's secured, and a security camera is available at the door and entrance , appliances needs to be improved specifically kitchen
