Fijne ruimte, goed bed en top locatie

Er waren wat kleine gebreken die niet direct onoverkomelijk zijn, maar wel een een gevoel van slecht onderhoud geven. (Toiletbril, niet goed sluitende aanrechtkastjes…)

Die Unterkunft hat eine idyllische Lage im Amsterdamer Stadtzentrum, es ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Das Hotelpersonal war hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig unangemessen. Für 218 Euro pro Nacht erwarte ich weit mehr Komfort. In diese Ferienwohnung konnte man nicht im Bett schlafen, da es sich unterm Dach befand, über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar war und 30 Grad Raumtemperatur hatte. Das kleine Fenster lies sich nicht öffnen. Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer lies sich nicht vollständig schließen und war total abgerannst. Die Toilettenbrille war kaputt. An vielen Oberflächen der Schränke , Fußboden und Treppen blätterte die Farbe ab. Der Fernseher konnte weder durch mich noch durch das Personal eingestellt werden. Es gab kein Frühstück für diesen Preis.

Все було чудово! Розташування - топ! Персонал дуже доброзичливий та завжди відповідав на наші запити. Апартаменти дуже просторі, усі зручності є, дуже чисто та охайно. Будемо раді зупинитися тут знову!

The location is central, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, and the host was helpful and communicative. We really enjoyed the comfortable bed, even though we had to climb many stairs to get to it. We definitely recommend staying at this place. Thank you!

There were a few ants around, but they didn’t bother us

It was cold and there was no heating switched. There was a mouse in the room. The room smelled of dampness and dirt, and opening the window was prohibited.

Very comfy and clean. It exceeded our expectation - the apartment is just like the photos and big enough. Amazing location and just in about 500m there is a beautiful point of view to one of the cutest crooked houses.

A lot of space in this studio for a comfortable stay. Private kitchen and bathroom. We slept very well also. No noise. Very calm. The staff are extremely kind and friendly. I felt like home there for my two weeks of stay.

Lots of stairs to climb but that’s everywhere in Amsterdam.

Spacious place, beautifully situated in a calm road in the centre. Nice and attentive reception.

Bath had lots of mold on the tiles, we had wet towels lying on the bed upon arrival - there was bedsheets and cushions lying on the floor in the spare cleaning room next to wet bucket and cleaning products. quite groce. no proper invoice was available from the hotel - so business travellers be aware of that. i asked for an invoice 2 months before arrival and had no reply - so if i would have known i can not get a proper invoice but just a payment slip i would not stayed in this place.

The location is quiet, on a beautiful canal but it is close to everything. The apartment is large, comfortable and attractive. Complimentary coffee in the kitchen was really nice.

The stairs to the loft are so narrow that I didn’t want to sleep there and navigate them in the middle of the night. An unexpected cleaning deposit of 250 euros was unsettling but it was not kept.

Fantastic place to be in Amsterdam. The room has all the usefull stuff you need in an apartment for a vacation. Perfect position, in the center of the city but away from the noise. I will come back there every time im gonna visit the city. Staff was very nice and kindly.

Loved the apartments here. Both were very spacious and well appointed. One was all on one level and one had a steep staircase to the bedroom which wasn’t a problem. Good WiFi connection, owners and staff very helpful if we needed anything. Located in a central location in the heart of the old town. Close to good restaurant, shops, Anne Frank house and the Royal Palace. Would definitely recommend this property.

The location is just perfect. Pleasant staff. Very atmospheric and cozy apartments. I will come back here again!

Very centrally located, but on a very quite and relaxed street. The staff were lovely and were happy to assist with whatever we needed. The room was very spacious and since this is an old building it gave off an authentic Amsterdam vibe, which was really cool.

The bed wasn't really comfy, a bit too creaky... The windows are locked and can't be opened, so if you're into fresh air it's a bit of a bummer, the room is big enough to not get stuffy though.

very central and quiet

was misleading from the advertising, we thought it was a B and B but no breakfast was available, then apparently self catering and very little to even make a cup of tea. bed at an angle and duvet kept falling off towels so small could hardly wrap around your body

Close to the central station a short walk to get to it the apartment was nice and big.hreat view of the canal. Quiet night sleep.

On the TV there weren't many channels to watch or they didn't work. You can hear other guests footsteps going up the stairs and talking as well.

Location of the apartment was one of the best in Amsterdam. Same time quiet and near everything. The personnel was very kind and helpful. We would be happy to stay here next time as well.

Location and atmosphere.

The steep "ladder" to the bedrome is not for nigthtrippers...and has to be handled with caution everytime. Only suitable for fit people..and as it is where it is sober too :)

It is a very lovely place to be... And great area to stay. We would definitely stay there again... Very, very nice service staff....enjoyed our stay a lot!

It would be nice to have a bit bigger sofa or comfortable chair to relax because 2 persons could not relax together in the living room. It's a pity because there would be sufficient space in this big and lovely rooms. The beds were a bit too soft but I am used to have a hard mattress... So it depends on the individual sleeping characteristics.
