La nula limpieza que hay en el. El día que llegamos nos encontramos con la ducha llena de pelos en la pared (adjunto foto) Las sábanas tenían muchas manchas, la puerta del baño llena de manchas, las cortinas llenas de manchas también. Vale que sea un hotel de una estrella y no haya que esperar maravillas en el pero la limpieza es lo mínimo.

camera piccola, con un cattivo odore e sporca, poggiapiedi per doccia inesistente, tenda doccia incollata dallo sporco, poche prese elettriche, riscaldamento ma senza aria condizionata, un gatto alla reception (ed io sono allergico) scale tipiche della città molto strette e anguste, prezzo esagerato nonostante la zona centralissima che è l'unica nota positiva.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The white cat sits at the door every morning. Too cute. Location as it's ups and downs noisy at times but very convenient and ideal location. Staff were friendly and maps on site for you to take.
The stairs up to the top floor were bad. But it wouldn't stop me from coming back.

Todo, instalaciones muy antiguas, no te dejan ni un hervidor o un frigorífico pequeño que es lo mínimo que se despacha, la cama es inferior a una de 90 por lo que una persona que sea un poco corpulento no entra (son de 75), no te dejan toallas para los pies, la ducha tiene poca presión, no se indica que pueden darte habitación en un 4 piso SIN ASCENSOR

Rapporto qualità prezzo troppo costoso per quello che offrivano..pagamento solo in contanti e non hanno rilasciato fattura..camera che sembrava una cella di una prigione..in italia una camera così sarebbe illegale..ambiente sporco..le tende della camera erano sporche come se non venissero pulite dal dopoguerra..abbiamo trovato un pantalone e un asciugamano sotto il letto(deduco che neanche la pulizia della camera sia stata effettuata)..porte abbastanza rovinate e mancava un appoggio per il guardaroba e assenza di tv..mancava solamente che trovassimo degli scarafaggi zompettare ed eravamo al top

Staff were welcoming and made getting in and out easy and organised. Good value for money if all you’re looking for is somewhere to sleep and shower. Nice affordable coffee machine in lobby.
Not necessarily a bad thing but worth noting, the room was a little small and there is no step free access to the rooms (no lift). There is no kettle or fridge in the room but there is an affordable coffee machine and vending machine in lobby.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026l’unica nota positiva é la posizione: vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e alla fermata del tram che porta ai musei. vicino ci sono anche negozi, supermercati e tantissimi bar/ristoranti. c’é un dolcissimo gattino alla reception.
camera doppia con bagno privato, minuscola, letteralmente due letti. armadio assente, solo qualche gruccia e un tavolino. non ci sono comodini e ha una sola presa di corrente sopra il letto. non ci é mai stata rifatta la stanza e non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani quotidianamente (lo hanno fatto solo quando dopo due giorni li abbiamo chiesti noi). viene fornito un solo asciugamano a testa. nonostante la nostra stanza fosse al 3º piano, si sentivano tutti i rumori delle altre stanze e del bar di sotto. sono cose che ci si può aspettare da un albergo a 1 stella, ma per quello che ci é stato fornito, il prezzo era un furto. va bene solo se dovete starci 1/2 notti al massimo.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026L’hotel ha una posizione strategica, sei praticamente ad un minuto da molo da cui partono le crociere sui canali, da Amsterdam central e dalle principali attività commerciali. Il personale è super cortese, mi hanno fornito un piccolo asciugacapelli e custodito i bagagli al check out.
La camera è un po spartana. Non c’è aria condizionata, da poter convertire in calda o fredda. Il bagno è molto vecchio e fatiscente. Cambierei lo specchio con uno più grande e magari aggiungerei del mobilio anche in camera come appendini da muro, specchi interi e altro per migliorare un po’ l’aspetto. La moquette è vecchissima e poco igienica a mio parere, e il letto molto molto scomodo, soprattutto perché è fatto da due singoli attaccati. Sicuramente nel complesso curerei un po di più le camere e la pulizia.

It has caused me nothing but distress since and the 3 of us was too scared to carry on staying in amsterdam

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das Personal nicht gerade unfreundlich, aber auch nicht bemühter als unbedingt nötig. Die Temperatur der Duschen lässt sich schlecht regulieren, die Betten sind schmal, die Ausstattung eher spartanisch und man sollte zum Schlafen Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, dann aber geht es gut.

You need €20 in cash to be paid at check-in as a key deposit. We stayed for two nights, and although we kept the window open the whole time, the room still had a strange smell. It may have been coming from the carpet. There was no AC or fan, and the room was quite warm at night. There were also no glasses in the room for drinking water. There were only two power sockets for 3people. We were given exactly 3towels, one per person, so there was no extra towel to use for drying hands in the bathroom. On the day of checkout, someone knocked on our door before 10am to make sure we were leaving. Extra comment: There was also a lot of noise coming from the neighbouring rooms and the hallway. This is not necessarily the hotel’s fault, but it’s something to be considered.
