Hôtel bien placé, personnel très serviable. Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement quand une chambre s’est libérée !

Lit un peu petit, nos pieds dépassaient légèrement et chambres peu isolées du bruit

Very helpfull

It was nice to find a room for 3 people that was reasonably priced. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was quite large. While the hotel isn't close to much it is very quick, affordable, and easy to call a cab to get where we needed to go. The staff was helpful and let us check in early, they also fixed our issue with the bathroom after we brought it to their attention. The cat was cute.

The first night we were there the shower did not drain properly and made the whole bathroom extremely wet and not that pleasant, but the issue was fixed the next day when we asked. It was not the cleanest, but not too bad. There is also a cat in the lobby which was cute but did follow us to our room, which we did not mind but if you are allergic keep this in mind.

Nice lobby with flowers, books and a cute cat. Good location close to the subway station line 7 Changping Road (and also line 13) and the Jade Buddah temple and Jing An Temple. Couple of restaurants nearby. Nice staff at reception (helpful). Big TV on the room (but not many channels available).

Old hotel, old decoration in the room (if any...). No elevator. My room was really small, the bed was facing a window (difficult to close), therefore could easily hear the noise and traffic from outside. The room was not super clean with stains, and a bit of moisture on the bathroom. Need to be vigilant to throw the toilet paper in the trash only. No shower curtain.

Location is quite convenient. Some shops and bus stops nearby. Comfy bed and bathroom size is big. Staff are nice and helpful. Water refill and changing towels everyday.

It was a bit rundown and sometimes it smelled really weird in the hallway. Maybe because of the carpet. My room wasn’t as clean as I wish it would be. Floor was a bit sticky, dust on the lamp and in the beginning it smelled like someone was smoking in there before. It was a „soundproof“ room, but I could hear the guests next door clearly and also people in hallway or the street. So if you are a light sleeper, you might have trouble sleeping.

Everything is perfect, the bed is very comfortable, It's very close to the Subway,good location, the littlecat so cute!. I will come back next time.

Staff helped much while I was staying there

The room is a little noisy because when local people talked is like asking for fight🤭

The staff was very patient, assuring me there is no issue even thou it was a very late check-in. Felt safe especially the reply was always on prompt. Very homely and location is pretty near like 2 mins walk to a massage place, the masseur are pretty good too. Near to some eating place, like 8 mins walk and MOHO shopping mall.

The place is a little run down but still clean.

The staff were really friendly and tried to be helpful,(though spoke almost no English which made communication bit challenging)

The rooms were not that clean, and u could detect years of not proper cleaning at corners of the bathrooms (these black mass that forms). Also the close proximity of rooms made it hard to sleep if your neighbors were speaking loud.

The location was fairly centric and we appreciated the laundry service.

Although we arrived way later than the check-in time, the room was not ready for us and they had us waiting for over 1h. The bathroom was a bit small.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Even though they didn't speak English we managed to communicate via translation apps and they were really nice and relaxed about everything. Let us wait in the lobby after checking out for a few hours which was really kind.

There's no elevator in the property, and the lobby is quite small. Would be nice if there were some more areas for people to sit.

The location was convenient and the price was reasonable. Our room had a good window with a view of trees and the road. Housekeeping was good. The staff were friendly although none spoke English. The foyer is very cutely decorated with lots of fresh flowers and plants and a substantial cage with a few cats.

The rooms are quite small - OK if you are just sleeping there. A lot of construction was happening behind the hotel so it was quite noisy in the mornings

Good location, helpful staff, good sized rooms and clean.

The first 2 nights they put me in a room with no windows. Only the bathroom had a window. Then after requesting a change, they moved me to a nicer room with good lighting and a nice balcony.

Really cute hotel, room was spacious and comfortable. It’s a little further away from the main center but easy to get to on train or bike ride.

Location was really hard to find on arrival and address is wrong. Thankfully asked a local to help me. Also, staff speak minimal English

Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location.Schort walk from the metro station. Friendly and helpful reception staff, they really try to do their best. Easy check in/out, more than all necessary provided. I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep night:) Thanks for your hard work:) I definitely will be back with my family:))

Not easy to get there

It was in a fantastic location, there was a fruit shop around the corner, shopping centre close by but then also a park down the road... something for everyone. I was given a bigger room than originally booked, with an attached shower that was really hot and the bed was comfy. It was easy to find, and exactly what I was looking for before flying back home.

I think especially the bathroom is in need of a deep clean or renovation. In general the room could be cleaner.

Very accommodating and sweet, good room

Entrance was nice with a lot of plants and flowers. Receptionist was nice and helpful. Cat was cute.

The cat was kept in a very small cage. Doesn't seem very animal friendly. We booked rooms with window and one of them just had the window in the bathroom. We asked and after one night could get another room.

The personal is very kind and they help a lot the customers, also they try to do their best in English for help

The hotel's location was very good. Excellent value for money. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The corridors could have been more aesthetically pleasing, but overall, they were what one would expect in the price range. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The beds were not very comfy.

This is not like a traditional business hotel, but more like a homestay. The service staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, providing you with a lot of extra help and information about the city. The cleaning is very clean, and the balcony and steps at the hotel entrance are excellent. Although this hotel is small, I really like it here, especially the room with a balcony

The cat didn't pay attention to me

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location of the hotel is very convenient, you can get a taxi from the door, the room is very clean, the cat in the shop is very cute

Great location, next to shopping malls, bars, restaurants, very convenient to go anywhere in the center of Shanghai. The room is not too big but very clean. The balcony room is very nice with private outdoor space. I will book that next time. The service was amazing, the waiter recommended the nearby bars and barbecue places, and also helped me take a taxi to the Bund, everything was perfect.

I want to continue living the next day, but the room is full

Location is pretty good

Staff was rude and the lack of common sense is shocking. I asked for toilet paper and got a rude comment from the receptionist. She herself might be new too as she doesn’t seem to be familiar with the processes during the check in. The facility was old and it wasn’t really clean. I wouldn’t say it’s convenient to stay in. Price was pretty much the average for that area for hotels like this, next time I’d rather book the one next to them or spend a bit more and get a proper service with people that are a bit smarter
