Laundry was DIY. You got to camp there when your laundry is about done, otherwise you risk having other guests removing your clothes with dirty hands and placing them in dirty laundry basket cos they can’t wait a minute (legit I was standing behind the lady when she did that to my laundry). Pales in comparison to Atour which is about the same pricing but has someone who managed the laundry 24/7.

Breakfast was terrific with soooooo many savory and sweet options. I especially enjoyed the fruits. Free umbrellas to borrow in case of rain. Automatic toilet and blinds. Coffee and tea available at all hours in the lobby. The staff were so attentive, helpful, and friendly.
Be mindful that the hotel is in a quiet location and at least .5 miles walk to main attractions/subway stations.
