The location was great. It was very close to the market and convenient to public transport. The room was huge, and had a great view of the beach.

I had to go ask for towels at the check in desk and house keeping would take them everyday and not replace them.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just steps from the beautiful Haeundae Beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés and shops. We stayed for four nights as a family of four in a Corner Suite with Sea View. The suite was very spacious and the beds were big and OK. While the room was large, the layout could have been designed better, as a significant part of the main room was unused space. The kitchen also did not include any kitchenware, which apparently has to be rented separately from the reception. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our first room had a strong smell of old cigarette smoke. As the hotel was fully booked, they kindly provided scented candles and moved us to another room on a higher floor the following day. We appreciated their efforts, but the second room also had a noticeable smoke smell. It was less severe, but still present throughout our stay. We also used the gym, but only once, as it was functional, but the equipment was quite old and worn. There were no towels, drinking water or cleaning supplies available, which made the facilities feel somewhat neglected. While we genuinely appreciated the hotel’s excellent location and the kindness of the staff, the persistent cigarette smoke smell in both rooms was a deal breaker for us. It significantly affected our stay, and unfortunately it is the reason we would not choose to stay here again.

The biggest issue was the persistent smell of old cigarette smoke. We had to change rooms after the first night, but the second room also had a noticeable smoke smell. For us, this was a deal breaker. The suite was very spacious, but the layout was inefficient, leaving a lot of unused space. The kitchen did not include any kitchenware unless rented separately from reception. The gym could also use an upgrade. The equipment was old and worn, and there were no towels, drinking water, or cleaning supplies available for guests.

Бассейн не работает с 19:00-10:00 , при том что заселение с 15:00 , а выселение в 11:00. Так же снимая номер на 4 человек , в бассейн бесплатно могут пройти только 2 человека. В бассейне можно плавать только в плавательной шапочке. Так же глубина бассейна составляет 1.1метр

excellent location of the hotel, just across the beach and with other sight seeing places quite accessible.. the vibes just outside the hotel is unbelievable.

changing the elevator at 4th level is cumbersome. furniture placement in the room could have been planned better. the room had only partial ocean view and not fully.

Lifts took too long. Very slow and not enough for the number of people

The staff were nice, location amd view.

For the price there were no towels- you had to get them from the front desk. The pool was not open and there were no pictures on the wall and breakfast wasnt included for the price. It also took too many different elevators to get to Suncloud and trash was outside the hotel all the time on the ground. I didnt see security around at any time like at other hotels.

they didn't have bath towel. had call and told to visit the reception. they didn't really understand what we meant of no bath towel in the rooms. after some struggle. we were provided. the room come with a pantry with no utensils. some what strange in most given accommodation provision with a pantry. The pillows was terrible, 1 per head with no extra and the pillow is rather low shape(flat) does provide an uncomfortable sleep. bathroom the toilet and bath area are linked together. hence for a 4pax user is a tug of war.

Poor quality except for bathroom, not very clean, kitchen was useless so completely setting the wrong expectation for a family that would like to use it (the only equipment was four cups, no plates, no cutlery, no cooking utensils for even having breakfast...), in front of the elevators we found distributed cards to book escort girls

Rooms definitely need some remodeling. Salination from the ocean air has left furniture like cabinets and finishing a bit distressed/dilapidated. But for the price can't complain too much. AC also needs cleaning. Elevators though, wow, they take FOREVER. Elevators in Korea are quite slow, but these were really bad 🤣

Die Lage und der Blick aus dem Zimmerfenster waren außergewöhnlich. Das Hotel lag direkt am Strand. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußlläufig zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, aber leider keine Ablage für den Koffer.

カーテンを開けると、海岸が目の前で写真通りの景色に感動しました。近くに飲食店やコンビニも多くあり、換金所もホテルの下にあり便利です。疲れたら部屋に戻り休憩できるのが良かったです。 チェックイン前やチェックアウト後も、気持ち良く荷物を預かってくれました。

チェックイン時のスタッフが日本語を話せなかったので苦戦しました。 シャワーしかなく、トイレにトイレットペーパーが流せないのが残念でしたが、ロビーにもトイレがありました。

立地が良くて、どこに行くのにもとても便利でした。

コインランドリーや脱水機などがあればいいかなと思います。 海が近くて、水着のままに海に行けるが、脱水機やコインランドリーがかかったので、濡れた水着の処理が一苦労でした。

객실 크기가 넓고 가성비가 좋아요.

수영장을 이용하고 바로 엘리베이터를 타게 되어서 엘리베이터 바닥이 다소 지저분했어요. 복도와 엘베 청소를 자주 해주세요.

浴室蓮蓬頭水壓太小、洗臉盆有點堵塞、因跟別家飯店同一棟、飯店櫃檯不好找、第一次去會很迷茫

Staff are not so friendly. English level is not so good. You have to go to the front desk to get the body towels, which was not so nice.

Läget nära stranden är verkligen bra.

Toaletterna tål inte att man spolar ner vanligt toapapper. Skall läggas i en papperskorg. Dåliga kuddar och bara ett gemensamt täcke.

위치 좋고 사이즈 좋았어요.

레지던스 같아 보이는데 전기포트만 있어요. 간단한 접시나 커터리가 있거나 세탁기가 있었으면 좋았을것 같아요. 밤되면 밖에 버스킹 소리가 나서 좀 시끄러워요. 넷플릭스 안되서 아쉬웠어요.

Amazing view. Roomy apartment in a great location.

Although the apartment had a kitchen it had no plates, cutlery or pots to cook. These were available for a charge approx 10 Euros. The apartment was a bit tired and in need of an update but decent enough.

エレベーターが少なくて、乗り継がないといけないところが少し面倒な部分がありました。入口が少しわかりにくいです。

Die Lage des Hotels war nah am Strand und am Markt. Es gab zwei Einzelbetten für die Kinder. Es war super.

Die Bettwäsche war weiß, aber ziemlich gelblich.

The location was amazing and the redeeming quality of the property. The windows overlooking the beach were beautiful and the room was a decent size.

Oh where do I start? The worst thing is the layout, we were a family of 6 and booked a one bedroom one bath with two queen beds and two twin beds. The bathroom is a glass cubicle in the middle of the living space. Quite akward to say the least. No shower curtain. In the photos it features a studio style kitchen, it was in poor condition and had no utensils what so ever. When we requested silverware to eat food that we brought in, we were told that we would need to rent them for $9 additional. Also there were exactly 6 pillows, when we asked for additional pillows we were told that only 3 additional pillows were available. The property features a pool which closes right after dinner time but we never used it because it was packed every single minute. The front desk also set us up with a van to take us back to the train station and it cost $70 which was almost double what we paid for two Ubers to the property from the train station upon arrival. Another thing...check out was at 11am, the front desk started ringing our room at 11:04 and called another 4 times over the next 15 minutes to push us out. We never really had a friendly interaction at all with the front desk. I would not recommend this property or stay here again.

The hotel is located directly 100m from the beach with just one crossing access to the beach. Perfect location. Great help from staff when we left the bag in the room it was immediately located and sent by forwarder to our next hotel in Seoul , arriving next working day. Perfect help. This was the reason I gave 10/10 rate as it covered all minuses the hotel unfortunately had.

As I said, I give 10 due to fantastic help with recovering purse, however they give only small towels as standard, need to go to reception to get big ones, no utensils in the small kitchen in apartment and apartment requires some redecoration. But this is all nothing if a staff can go over expectations with helping customers. BTW, when you look for the hotel Suncloud and Seacloud are the same building. Just navigate to either of these.
