Reviewed Sep 12, 2026La ubicación era céntrica y el trato con la persona que lo gestionaba era agradable y ágil. Estuvo atento a nuestra llegada para que no tuviéramos problemas.
La ubicación a pesar de ser céntrica nos dio la sensación que era algo insegura. La limpieza del baño era regular.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location is good, it's close to the train station. The breakfast was good as well, we could choose one drink and one pastry in the nearby cafes.
The communication with the staff was pretty slow, we had to wait more than half an hour outside of the building for an answer even though we stated our arrival time. The room wasn't cleaned well and the towels had stains. The toilet was broken.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026La ubicación - cerca de la Estación central y de todos los sitios de interés a veinte minutos de caminata, la comodidad de la habitación, el desayuno gratis en un barcito a unos metros del palazzo donde estábamos era riquísimo!
La zona de noche puede resultar más fea pero hay mucha gente siempre y eso te da tranquilidad.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Zona céntrica a unos 5 minutos andando de Napoli Centrale. Bares y restaurantes cerca, supermercado al frente, bien comunicado
La habitación no estaba del todo limpia, sobretodo debajo de las camas. Los colchones algo duros, las almohadas incómodas, las fundas con algunas manchas del uso. El mando de la ducha se caía y la mabguera tenia fugas, se le comunico al propietario solo dijo OK.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Colazione normale ad un bar vicino,la posizione è discreta perché vicino alla stazione centrale ma la zona è veramente degradata, sporca e molto confusionaria dalle prime ore dell'alba. Frigobar della camera rifornito e prezzi ottimi.
Capelli nel letto ,luce specchio nel bagno non funzionante,tavoletta del Water rotta,comodini del letto a un metro e mezzo da terra ,nessuna abat jour quindi o tutto acceso stile giorno o buio completo.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026This property is in an amazing location, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was very clean and had a lovely little balcony. Guests were also given breakfast tokens, which was a nice bonus. I had some trouble opening the door on the first day of my stay, but the owner came the next day and fixed the issue. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The place is good value for a day! The staff, who I never met in person, were helpful by mail. Being so close to the train station is a MAJOR convenience.
The city is a FILTHY MESS, no fault of the hotel, so it is probably not surprizing that outside this location is lots of garbage and rats, so not good. The elevator to the room, smelled of urine.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Ubytování je přímo na dopravním vlakovém uzlu. Majitel vstřícný, ihned řešil problém s bojlerem. Snídaně ve vedlejším baru ve formě 1 věc k jídlu a jeden nápoj v pořádku.
Zápach, rez, velmi vysloužilé baterie ve sprše a bidetu. V hlavním pokoji velmi nepohodlná matrace, kdy cítíte každý pohyb partnera. Velmi hlučná mini lednice. Okolní čtvrt je velmi špinavá, téměř gheto.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Nos gustó mucho que nos permitieran ingresar antes para dejar los bolsos, porque eso nos ayudó muchísimo para poder recorrer Nápoles con tranquilidad. El sistema de ingreso es autónomo, pero funciona muy bien: te envían la clave para entrar al edificio y responden muy rápido por WhatsApp ante cualquier consulta. El alojamiento estaba siempre muy limpio y fue cómodo para nuestra estadía. También nos resultó muy práctica la ubicación, porque está cerca de la estación de trenes y justo enfrente hay una estación desde donde pudimos comprar pasajes para ir hacia la Costa Amalfitana a buen precio. El desayuno también estuvo bien: entregan un vale para consumir en un bar cercano, con opciones de bebida y comida.
La zona puede sentirse un poco insegura, especialmente de noche, por estar cerca de la estación y ser un sector con mucho movimiento. Durante el día no tuvimos problemas, pero recomendaríamos tener precaución si se llega o se vuelve tarde

Il titolare Claudio molto cortese e disponibile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli al nostro arrivo e dopo il check-in. Siamo stati molto bene, grazie mille!

Elevador fedendo a urina, entrada muito suja com sacos de lixo e fedido. Difícil identificar a entrada, Não existe recepção, me senti insegura o tempo todo. O local parece ter saído de um filme de terror.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Camera și baia spațioase, curat, TV cu funcții smart. Mic dejun ce consta într-o bucată de patiserie (croissant sau felie pizza și o cafea la alegere) de la un bar la mai putin de 50 m de locație. Avantaj: stații de metrou, autobuz, gară aproape.
Locație cu oameni dubioși, murdar, mirosuri "superbe", comunicare doar prin booking/wp cu personalul. Nu răspundeau la timp - deranjant și bătaie de joc la aspectul ce ținea de depozitarea bagajelor pe care mi-a confirmat-o încă de la rezervarea camerei, însă în ultima zi nu au mai răspuns la mesaje/apeluri.

L'emplacement près de la gare, pour Pompéi est Herculanum, le petit déjeuner et l'accueil dans un café à proximité, l'ambiance du quartier. Nous nous sommes déplacés dans Naples.uniquement à pied pour tous les monuments.

Whatsapptan yazdiklarinda durumu bildirdik, ertesi gunu temizlemislerdi ama bir kere irite olduk. Ayrica otelin konumu rezalet bir yerde, sokakta aksam korkarak yuruyorsun.

발코니창의 방음이 약해 도로쪽에서 나는 차 소리가 크고 트램이 지날때마다 집이 울리기도 했다.
