Hotel Garden Napoli

Het hotel is op wandelafstand van het station waar je tgv en de treinlijn Vesuviana kunt nemen. Dat is goed voor uitstappen naar Pompei, Ecrolano, Sorrento en verbinding met Rome. Het is een half uurtje stappen naar de oude stad, en Napoli Sotterranea. Je kan goedkoop en lekker eten in de omgeving van het hotel en ook de transfers naar de luchthaven is makkelijk. Het hotel zelf heeft alles wat nodig is: propere lakens en handdoeken, frigo, airco en ontbijt. De man aan de receptie is zeer vriendelijk. Ideaal voor onze reis naar de oude Romeinse geschiedenis.

Hintaisekseen loisti sijainti, sangen mukava huone. Aamiainen myös hintatasoon nähden erinomainen. Meidän huoneessa sattui vielä olemaan kattoterassi suihkulla, mistä vähintään kuusi lisäpistettä

Avaimet joutui luovuttamaan respaan aina hotellista poistuessa, minkä johdosta huoneesta katkesi sähköt ja helteellä huone paahteinen palatessa.

Il check in perche' e' innamissibile che la camera ti venga data alle 16,00 e lasciata l indomani alle 10 ,00: Capisco che la camera va pulita ma credo che al massimo in un paio di ore si riesca a pulire una stanza di 17 m²

Excelente ubicacion y el sector es muy bueno y seguro. A 100 metros de la estacion central de tren y de la parada del bus que viene del aeropuerto. Muy cerca de todos los sitios de interes. Se puede caminar desde alli a todo lo interesante de Napoles. Muy buena atencion por parte de la recepcion y del restaurante. El desayuno es excelente por el valor que se paga. Recomendado!

El aire acondicionado no tiraba. Lo pusimos en 17 y aún así no enfriaba casi nada. También es verdad que hacía mucho calor y quizá el aire no era suficiente

When we arrived, there were still strands of hair on the toilet floor, the toilet seat has 2-3 hairs, maybe missed by cleaners. sorry but the toilet wont flush that quick. Have to push 5-6 times before water start filling in. Theres no area inside the shower to place your things to use. Bed is good but too small, my son fell twice. Breakfast is not for vegetarian. We never eat pork but everyday theres only two types of meat, salami and slices of ham. Wish they would have considered those that wont eat pork.

Buona colazione, pulizia e ottima posizione logistica, ovviamente vicino alla stazione camminare alla sera tarda non era il massimo ma non dipende dalla struttura, è il rovescio della medaglia per avere i collegamenti a due passi.

abbiamo trovato i lettini della terrazza tutti rotti, la cosa piu negativa è stata che essendo arrivati un po' prima dell'orario stabilito del check in abbiamo chiesto se era possibile custodire i nostri due zaini, cosa che hanno gentilmente fatto salvo poi scoprire che li avevano solamente lasciati nella hall alla mercè di tutti, al ritorno ci hanno detto che non essendo un servizio pagato loro non ne erano responsabili, per fortuna non sono spariti e non è stato rubato niente. Se ci avessero avvisato prima della cosa non avremmo lasciato li zaini li ma ad un locker a pagamento.

Im Zimmer waren Ameisen und Asseln, die Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse und der Sonnenschirm waren kaputt, das Frühstück war nicht sehr lecker und die Tischdecken schmutzig (über Tage hinweg die gleichen Flecken weil sie nicht getauscht wurden) die Lage des Hotels ist zwar zentral am Hauptbahnhof aber das Viertel ist sehr fragwürdig (viele Obdachlose, schmutzige Straßen, abends als Frau raus gehen sollte gut überlegt sein).

Stanza comoda e grande, reception aperta h 24 con personale gentile. Era inclusa anche la colazione da consumare nella sala terrazza. Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione centrale e al centro storico che ti permette di visitare la città anche a piedi. Vi è l'ascensore. Camera pulita giornalmente e con cambio anche degli asciugamani

Location was perfect for sightseeing and easy access to rail station and airport shuttle. One block from the station and from the Alibus stop. From the hotel you can reach Spaccanapoli within 5min walk but if you are tired after a long day of enjoying the sights it is also possible to take the metro. Staff were very kind and helpful; the AC worked well which was essential for our summer visit. The pizzeria right across from the hotel is a little gem and there is a small market next to it that is really convenient.

The room we had was spacious however it was not possible to open the windows as they faced an internal passageway, so it can get stuffy after a while.

Impecable limpieza. La habitación tenía una terraza enorme con mesa y vistas a la ciudad y al vesubio.El desayuno muy completo y variado. Buen café y bollería. Podias desayunar en el comedor o la terraza. El personal atento y amable. Está cerca de 2 estaciones garibaldi y central napoli. Cerca de restaurantes y comercio. Nos sentimos seguros caminando de noche.

El baño es pequeño. Solo eso. Todo lo demas un 10.

The location is good, rooms are spacious, breakfast is good, air conditioning is very good, and I had a huge terrace and the view is beautiful from that terrace.

The room smells a bit bad in my case. They are keeping two small mattresses on one double bed (Don't know for what reason), which is slightly uncomfortable. One receptionist did not let my friends come inside the hotel and room. Instead he said the owners do not allow that. Although it was extremely hot outside, and I wanted them to sit and have a glass of water with me.

En relación calidad precio está muy bien. Habitación amplia, con aire y lo mejor de todo una terraza privada en cada habitación con tumbona, ducha y unas vistas a la puesta de sol sobre la ciudad muy buena. La cama cómoda, con varias almohadas a elegir. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación central, aunque la zona no parece muy buena, no tuve ningún problema. El desayuno no es variado, pero un día tenía programada una excursión y me dejaron entrar al salón 15 minutos antes de la hora de comienzo. Todo muy bien.

La limpieza de la habitación, no se puede decir que estuviese sucia, pero es verdad que había alguna hormiga y que por alguna esquina del techo se veía alguna telaraña. La cama era grande, en uno de los lados el colchón se hundía un poco, pero como estaba yo solo, me puse en el otro y se estaba bien.

El personal molt atent, especialment el del menjador.

La limpieza de la habitación, las vistas al Vesubio tanto de día como de noche y la amabilidad del personal. Está ubicado cerca de la estación central hay buena conexión con todo tipo de transportes, está bien para pernoctar brevemente.

La cama no era cómoda, mobiliario anticuado, desayuno justo en relación calidad-precio. La zona no es de las más tranquilas de Nápoles, tal y como ocurre en las grandes Metrópolis, pero se llega fácilmente al centro andando.

O Hotel é razoável. Faltam informações claras sobre o uso da acomodação. Nas imagens disponibilizadas verifica-se que o quarto conta com banheira de hidromassagem, mas somente quando se faz o check-in é que somos informados de um custo alto adicional para uso da mesma (EU$ 25,00/dia de uso). O Wi-fi do hotel não funcionou em nenhum dos dias e nada foi feito para disponibilizar essa comodidade. Os talheres do café da manhã não estavam bem limpos, com poucas opções de alimentos.

Upon our arrival, the receptionist informed us that we could not check into our room before 3:00 PM. However, he offered us early check-in at 10:00 AM for an additional €25, which felt more like a way to charge extra than to accommodate guests. The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. It never worked during our entire stay, despite the receptionist repeatedly assuring us that it would be fixed or start working soon. Unfortunately, it never did. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and did not meet our expectations. After informing us that early check-in would cost an additional €25, the receptionist simply picked up the phone and started a personal conversation while we stood there waiting to be helped. We were completely ignored for several minutes, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Another major issue was the lack of a proper luggage storage room. Guests are expected to leave their luggage unattended in the hallway, which feels unsafe and is not acceptable for any hotel. We were very uncomfortable leaving our belongings there.

La disponibilità del personale e la loro gentilezza sono evidenti. Il cambio asciugamani avviene ogni giorno. Buona pulizia generale. Inoltre si trova in una buona posizione che rende tutto molto accessibile.

Проживали в этом отеле не в первый раз. Удобно, потому что близко к ЖД вокзалу/метро, но ночью шумно. Персонал приветливый, в номере чисто. В этот раз в номере были тапочки, одноразовые наборы с зубными щетками, бритвой, ну и стандарные гель для душа/мыло/шапочки для душа.

В душевой вода плохо уходит, принимая душ нужно ждать чтобы вода слилась.

We didn’t love Napoli in general but this hotel is definitely on a rough side of town. It didn’t feel so safe walking at night or to get to the centro storico you have to walk through some sketchy parts too. We usually book 2-3* hotels so we feel we have fairly reasonable standards when it comes to budget hotels. The hotel itself was a bit grimy in places but not to the point you could say it was very dirty. The beds were not comfortable. Outside our room was a very busy street. This would have been okay except our balcony door didn’t shut so there was no shutting out the constant beeping from the road below. At breakfast you can hardly hear the road so I guess it depends where in the hotel you are or if you’ve got a broken door. The air con did not work at all which was probably the worst part. It was very humid when we went and we got no relief in the room. Finally the shower was leaky and kinda sprayed everywhere. This we could deal with but the other issues left us disappointed. We wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately

Staff molto accogliente, stanza abbastanza grande e pulita ,però struttura datata che necessita una ristrutturazione per tornare a splendere.

Il fatto che di notte si sentiva il rumore dalla terassa dove degli ospiti della struttura stavano fino dopo mezzanotte e la posizione vicino alla stazione faceva si che la sera sia pericoloso uscire vista la presenza di persone straniere senza fissa dimora.
