La posizione comoda vicino alla stazione con ristoranti, negozi e metropolitana sotto il b&b . La colazione a scelta buona ed abbondante servita in camera all'orario che scegli è una vera coccola. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, ci hanno concesso di tenere la camera oltre il check out con un piccolo supplemento in più. Consigliatissimo.

Extremamente insatisfeito! Quando chegamos ficamos meia hora pra conseguir contato com alguém para abrirem a porta, depois encontramos um telefone para contato e assim pedimos para entrar. O prédio é extremamente deteriorado, estava sem energia e não tínhamos como usar o ar, internet, frigobar nem sequer ligar a luz, ficamos no escuro. No café da manhã pedimos de acordo com as quantidades que estavam disponíveis e veio a menos, um café muito simples que mal dava pra uma pessoa. Ao fazer o checkout fomos surpreendidos com a taxa que foi cobrada além do valor normal por ser em cartão, sem aviso prévio. Uma vergonha ter essa cobrança depois de todos os transtornos que nós foram causados.

The communication was a bit hard. We had to communicate through google translate. We had to fill out what we wanted for breakfast but it didn’t quite work. We always got less food than we filled out in the form. That was very disappointing. Also the variety of the food wasn‘t good. We ate the same every day.

Pokoje znajdują się wysoko, a winda nie zawsze działa, schody są wymagające. Mimo zgłoszenia usterki żelazka, brak odpowiedzi i reakcji. Hotel znajduje się w mało przyjaznej okolicy, ze względu na dużą ilość bezdomnych i śmieci.

Credo che ci sia stato un malinteso, perché mi avevano indicato la camera e io pensavo fosse quella con il balcone, invece non era così. Alla fine sono rimasta con mia figlia, che avrebbe voluto stare un po’ vicino alla finestra, ma purtroppo in due occasioni non ha potuto farlo. Inoltre, quando siamo arrivate, l’ascensore era aperto e abbiamo dovuto fare le scale a piedi, perché alcuni turisti lo avevano lasciato aperto. Mi è dispiaciuto molto che sia successo tutto questo, soprattutto perché avrei voluto trascorrere il soggiorno in modo più tranquillo. Spero comunque che possiate capire il mio disappunto. Grazie per la comprensione.

Spesso abbiamo trovato persone fumare nel vano scale. Inoltre non tutti rispettano la chiusura delle porte Dell ascensore, Costringendoti fare le scale a piedi fino al 4 piano. Non é colpa della struttura quindi, con un po di fortuna, non capiterà a tutti mi auguro.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026- La ubicación es muy cómoda, a pocos minutos de la estación de tren y de metro, ideal para moverse por la ciudad. - Aunque el entorno puede parecer algo caótico al principio, siempre hay gente, restaurantes abiertos y presencia policial, por lo que en ningún momento nos sentimos inseguros. - La habitación estaba muy limpia y la limpiaban todos los días. - El personal fue, sin duda, lo mejor de la estancia: muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Incluso nos solucionaron rápidamente un problema que tuvimos con el grifo. - El desayuno es sencillo, pero suficiente, y el hecho de que lo lleven a la habitación es un detalle que se agradece.
- Se nota que el alojamiento tiene algunos detalles de mantenimiento y acabados que podrían mejorarse, como elementos del baño que no transmiten demasiada calidad. - No es el alojamiento más cómodo ni el más cuidado, por lo que, si buscas una estancia con un nivel de confort alto, probablemente no sea la mejor opción.

Vraiment pas déçu car relogé en urgence. Petit déjeuner très complet, vous choisissez la veille sur une feuille, beaucoup de choix. Personnel exceptionnel
Le réglage de l'eau un enfer à avoir de l'eau chaude que ce soit le matin ou le soir, et le lit 1 place pour notre fils on sentait tous les ressorts au travers. La TV à chaque changement elle parle donc désagréable on a pas trouvé pour le lever.

Leider viel Plastikabfall beim Frühstück, wirkt sehr minderwertig. Zugang zum Bad über „Balkon“, nicht gekühlt und etwas umständlich.

The check-in experience was smooth, with clear and helpful instructions that made everything easy. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, where you could choose the elements you preferred from a checklist, making it a nice and personalized start to the day. The location is very convenient, especially for travelling by train, with many good restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a good choice for a short stay in Naples, offering cleanliness, convenience, and a comfortable experience.
Being close to Naples Central Station, the surroundings can feel a little uncertain at first, especially because of the reputation the area sometimes has, but our experience was much better than expected. Considering it is a busy station area, it was not as problematic as some might expect, and there was also a visible police presence.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Komfortable Lage vis a vis vom Bahnhof mit vielen kleinen guten Restaurants. Geschäftsstrassen fussläufig sehr nahe. Die Angestellten der Rezeption. z.B. Frau Gabriella, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Trotz des vielen Verkehrs sehr ruhig zum schlafen.
Frühstück: Das Toastbrot wurde nur einseitig getostet, war kalt und zäh. Beim Käse und Wurst würde das Frühstück sicher aufgewertet werden, wenn beide Sorten etwas mehr Qualität hätten. Kaffee hervorragend.

I know it’s an old haus so the elevator is a little slow & old but I understand it. There were less electrical outlet.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Unschlagbar, die wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Belegschaft. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäsig eingerichtet. Das Bett, die Matratze sehr gut. Wir hatten sehr erholsamen Schlaf.
Gab es nicht. Das Auffinden des Hotels war nicht so einfach. Da es von aussen garnicht als Hotel erkennbar ist. Der Erstkontakt mit dem Haus war schon abenteuerlich, der Aufzug ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber die Hoteletage, alles top.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Lovely big room right on the square by the train and bus station. Balcony looked over the square and to mount Vesuvius. The soundproofing was excellent, so really quiet. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was delivered to the room by friendly staff.
Area was a bit scungy,, but that's Naples. Hot water ran out on morning we left.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr günstig und es paßte alles. Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück war für diese Unterkunft nicht schlecht. Obwohl mein Zimmer zum Bahnhofsplatz gelegen war, war es Nachts erstaunlich ruhig, bei geschlossenem Fenster.
Auf den Fotos bei booking.com wirkt die Unterkunft besser. Es befindet sich auf der 4. Etage eines Hauses. Sodaß man denkt, wo bin ich da gelandet. Aber alles okay.

El ascensor quedó fuera de servicio en varias ocasiones y mis rodillas lo saben. Además, tienes suerte si no coincides con escolares escandalosos que te impidan dormir.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Si necesitas que esté cerca de la estacion es un lugar muy bien ubicado a escasos metros de esta. El alojamiento esta limpio y el personal es amable y te dan opciones para el desayuno. Muy buena relación calidad precio si necesitas alojarse en esta zona

Très mal insonorisé, il y a du bruit en permanence. On entend distinctement la télévision de la chambre d’à côté Il y a des traces de moisissures au plafond de la SDB Le petit dej était correct, sans plus mais pas toujours servis à l’heure demandée et avec ce qui avait été commandé

Maybe that it’s on the fourth floor lol Lift is small but we used the stairs and got in some exercise!
