LOCATION

Very bad management we stayed in tower A 17F 02 apartment, from 20 January to 23rd January ,the Wi-Fi was not working at all when we first walked in we requested to fix it towels were dirty as shit we took photos and videos of those, First day the host said they will fix wifi and bring clean towels but from 2nd day started ignoring our calls and messages , Second days we asked if they can't fix the wifi or help us change the room the host said he will help us change the apartment for 3rd day but again as we expected host didn't respond our messages and calls.

The ask to cancel and make refund but i didn't get the refund.. bad host bad experienced, 1st time happened since with booking Careful when make booking with this property 😡

The person in charge kept not replying to my messages, and in the end told me to contact another person in charge. Their service attitude was very bad. They asked me to pay an extra deposit, and when I called them, they asked me to cancel the order and refused to refund me.

The Sky Residence KLCC by AsianHostのコーヒー無かったです。

AsianHost is a fraud person.

Close to petronas and shopping centre

Affordable

The place is nice and comfortable. Only 8minutes walking to KLCC.

We had to change rooms three times because of several issues. First, the host said that the room we were given was not actually ours and that our real room was under maintenance. Second, when we finally got to our assigned room, it was extremely hot and the air conditioning was not functioning at all. I complained and insisted on changing rooms, and thankfully the host allowed us to do so. He even gave us an apartment with 3 rooms. However, I noticed that the host replied to me quite late after I made the complaint haha.

host was unresponsible. cancel without notification till called up and waited for at least 30 minutes to get reply

My booking was cancelled without any notice or emails in the near future.. I just get a phone call from an unknown person and was suspected scammer.. the phone call no i received not from contact number in booking. Com... Very upset with the properties

Everything was amazing, the unit is spaciece, and the best thing is the location, all it needs is a better wifi as we had difficulties using the wifi, but overall it was perfect.

The room is large but the hygiene is average, there are many small spiders on the table, and a large cockroach was seen in the bathroom.

Bad experience

Bad experience

Because your workers not professional handle that kind of problem and make it hard to deal.. He call me to cancel because got licking problem but I didn't get my refund and feedback from them (workers+owner) he submit my refund not same amount.

I have't got the way for my refund as the unit was not avaialble last minute.

I arrived at the property and waited for the key. They called me that the apartment was full and asked me to request refund.

Our booking was cancelled right after we arrive on apartment lobby without any reason however we got the refund amount but it was not fair

Disappointed as money was charger and get it back in account and we paid high amount to book another apartment right on the spot

Location is good. It is just across the twin tower. Surrounded by restaurants & convenient stores. Perfect for people who hates being always in Grab.

If you are a smoker, then you have to go down in the ground floor just to have a cigarette.

Toilet water pipe burst and the apartment cancelled our booking with full refund promises but nothing received till date

Staff attitude

This feels like a scam. During peak season, the property asked me to cancel my confirmed booking, claiming the room was unavailable. Shortly after, the same room was listed again at a much higher price. This is unethical and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking this property.

Very disappointing and unethical experience. The property completely stopped responding to calls and messages. I waited over an hour with no response and was pressured to cancel, being told that if I did not cancel, they would neither refund my money nor provide any room to stay. Shortly after, the same room appeared again at a much higher price. This behavior is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to force cancellation during peak season.

Nearby KLCC and Bukit Bintang

The arrangement with property - check in, entrance to property. ..not good not convenient. Seems likes the property conducted by foreigner not local Malaysian.

Facilities

The whole atmosphere of the house not welcoming, basic TB channels or google TV no access, no plug point access, bedsheet that is upside down and bed that has sunk in middles, cover & boanket that looks very dirty & stained, curtains that half way hanging, no curtains or blinds in hall. Toilet smelly, toilet floor slimy

Lame response and handle by foreigners

Location wise very-very nice. 400m to KLCC Twin Towers and 800m to KLCC. Babu was an good assistant. He did a good job on check in and checked out. Also support on amenities(smokey smell) and information. Value for money. Easy to access and privacy for family staying longer period.

To be upgrade and update: 1. Car entrance very narrow. 2. Cockroach too much haha... 3. Cleaning required fabuloso as oily and smelly. 4. Floor skirting and toilet bowl to be repaired.

Nothing we like except for the KLCC scenery

From we arrived the foreigner staff couldn't communicate well and bad attitute. The aircond have problem

Good facility and very clean, will repeat again.

I did not managed to stay at the property. The host let me cancel my booking two hours before my check in time. He said the room got problem and he had no more extra room. I was forced to get another stay to make sure I have space to stay for that two nights. The other stay was very expensive and small due to public holidays. The owner also said that he will find an alternative but nothing was done. "Sure" with no action was super useless. Super poor and irresponsible, please do something to this host.

Nice view

The view was nice.

Residence is NOT ALLOWING SHORT STAYS. We had to sneak in and out every time not to get blocked. Apartment is full of mold and insects. Sink is blocked, toilet is blocked. Beddings and towels not clean. This place should have been shut down by booking.com. But they dont take any initiative.

AVOID THIS PLACE! It's not at all worth any low money you are saving. Be careful!

This is the worst accommodation we have ever stayed at in our lives. There was a cockroaches everywhere in the apartment. The beds and furniture was very dirty. The floors were unclean. The towels provided had holes in them and smelled very used. There was lots of hair in the beds. The bathrooms have mould and grime everywhere. The toilet does not work. The staff/host was very unprofessional when guiding us to the building or dealing with all of the issues with the apartment. We reported and showed pictures of the condition to Booking.com and they refunded us straight away. This listing should be taken down from Booking.com platform. Be careful!

All ok

Air cond not cool need to service

They cancel my booking last minute, just fewhours before the check in time without providing alternatives. The staff who handle my booking is very unprofessional. I had to find last min accommodation same date, having to pay double the price. Very disappointing.

Dirty Toilet is dirty. Towel smells bad

Location

Dirty , house condition very bad , the unit manage by foreigners, communication vry bad. Hmmmm

Do not stay here — this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The entire place was in terrible condition: moldy toilets, leaking pipes, and, most disgustingly, bed bugs crawling on the mattress and sheets. I was bitten so badly that my feet swelled up, and I had to seek medical attention and buy medication. The host was completely unresponsive and refused to take any proper action. I only got my deposit back after constant follow-ups, but that doesn’t make up for the stress, the money wasted, or the physical pain I endured. I had originally booked for 5 nights, but had to urgently check out after just one night and move to a hotel for safety and hygiene reasons. This place is unhygienic, unsafe, and completely mismanaged. Please save yourself the trouble and stay far away — no one deserves to go through what I did.

I like the location, walking distance to KLCC

I don't like the bed, I dnt like the house dirty and smelly

I request to park motorbike inside the building for safety reason but they say cannot park inside while i see there’s a lot of motorbike parked inside the building. The toilets quite dirty because the floor quite slimy with dirt. I don’t know if the housekeeping even clean and wash the toilet or not. For 6pax 3 bedrooms, they only provide 3 towels only. So i suppose to share with others? Haha. Even if the place is been taking care of foreigners, at least, make it a bit cleaner and easy for us to stay next time.

All good

Locality and view is extradinory. House with all facilities are too good

I requested for an early checking of 2hrs which the hosts denied. No issue. But when I went to the hotel at specified time along with my family and children, they simply told me to cancel the booking for some technical reason. When I came from Singapore directly to the hotel, how can they say to cancel my booking. When we argue with the agent, finally he gave us the key pass which was delayed the said time about 30 min.
