Everything was amazing, right from booking to check out. The customer service was great, on-site staff was very helpful. The room was fully stocked, great location and views. We loved our stay. It was ready early, clean, great check out. Lots of options and sights close by.

Lovely to have lots of space. Great to have a washing machine plus the soap. Very comfortable bed. Evening you need for a four day stay. Super location. Supermarket and bakeries close. Loved the market. Having daily cleaning is a bonus.

Spacious apartment, great location

It was very noisy above our apartment late at night, as if people were moving furniture around. It was also noisy above in the next two nights.

Amazing, perfect location of this cute and comfortable Portuguese apartment 😊 very specious and clean. The host came early in the morning so we could drop are suitcases! We recommend and will be coming back

The property was bright and clean. The location was great for exploring Porto and walking to the train station. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

Our primary complaint was how the floors creaked which caused us to wake each other up. We each injured a foot on the metal knob doorstop in the bathroom maybe a rubber cover

Location was phenomenal and the property is huge! Having a washing machine was a huge hit too. Air conditioning was great, bed was super comfortable. Loved having so much space after small hotel rooms during our trip before arriving here.

I’d only recommend adding a full length/body mirror somewhere in the unit. Otherwise it was an absolutely perfect stay!

This is a beautiful property with a lot of attention to details. The rooms are comfortable and there is a lot of space to move around and get comfortable during your stay. The location is great, too. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy bien equipado (botiquín, utensilios de cocina de todo tipo, aire acondicicionado, bidé, secador, lavadora, lavavajillas...). La ubicación es idónea, está en el centro con todo lo importante a muy poca distancia a pie y en una zona bastante tranquila. Las instalaciones modernas y cómodas, con servicio de limpieza cada dos días. El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron con todo y estuvieron disponibles 24/7. Pudimos dejar las maletas sin tener que depender de lockers. Si volvemos a Oporto, reservaremos de nuevo en este apartamento.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment. The apartment was spacious, bright, and well equipped with everything we needed. Daily housekeeping kept it spotless throughout our stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in Porto's summer heat, and having a washing machine and laundry facilities was a huge bonus. The location was fantastic—just a 6-minute walk from São Bento Station and within easy walking distance of Porto's major attractions. There were also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. The square outside the apartment screened World Cup matches, creating a lively atmosphere for fans, yet the apartment remained surprisingly quiet. We visited Porto for the Primavera Sound festival, and the location couldn't have been better. Bus 200 stopped just outside the apartment and provided direct service to the festival venue, while the late-night shuttle bus stopped at Aliados, making the walk back after the concerts quick and convenient. One thing to note is that our first-floor apartment was accessed via two short flights of stairs. Carrying luggage up them was a little challenging but not a problem for us. However, guests with mobility issues may want to keep this in mind. Overall, this apartment offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and location. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

Nuestra estancia en Casas do Rivoli fue excelente. El apartamento es precioso, muy cómodo, amplio y está perfectamente equipado. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, pero a la vez muy céntrica. Pudimos visitar todos los principales puntos de interés de Oporto caminando, sin necesidad de utilizar transporte público. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Elder, que fue muy amable y servicial. Llegamos a Oporto a las 9 de la mañana, aunque el check-in era a las 16:00. Quedamos con él en el apartamento para dejar las maletas y gracias a ello pudimos empezar a disfrutar de la ciudad desde primera hora con total tranquilidad. Su ayuda y disposición marcaron la diferencia. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100% para disfrutar de Oporto con comodidad y en una ubicación perfecta.

The location was excellent and we were able to do our laundry which was a big plus!

We enjoyed the balcony, but there really was no view other than the backs of buildings, air conditioner units, etc.

Super zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt, alles war mit kurzen Wegen erreichbar. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sogar mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Perfekt für den Abschluss unseres Caminos.

Wunderschöne und saubere Wohnung!! Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und gemachtes Bett. Perfekte Küche und eine super Dusche. Auch die Lage war als Ausgangspunkt perfekt. Metrostation in der Nähe, zum Fluss nicht weit! Die Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt! Die Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen!!

Among the many apartments that we have rented, this one offers the best overall quality and location for the price in a major tourist city. It is within 35 minutes of walking distance from all the major attractions. Next to major groceries, the great Balhao mercado and a good padaria. We did not expect, and greatly appreciated, the daily cleaning, bed making and even the dishes. The apartment was sound-proof. We heard absolutely nothing from the streets, in spite of having bars/cafés next to it, and a fire/ambulance/emergency station close to it.

The address is 176, but the street addresses show a 175 and 179. The 176 is implicitly in between. :-) You have to notice the "Casas do Rivoli" sign.

The property is in a good, but quiet location, is super clean with a comfortable bed. The convenience of a washing machine was a plus.

Recomiendo fervientemente el alojamiento para pasar unos días increíbles en Oporto. La ubicación es magnífica con todo lo importante cerca, muy céntrico. El alojamiento tiene todos los detalles que necesitas: lavadora, frigorífico, unas camas muy cómodas... cada dos días vienen a limpiarte la habitación. La verdad que ha sido estupendo quedarnos allí. Nos ha encantado. Nos han tratado muy bien.

Great location for exploring

Not the properties fault but the photos I’d looked at on booking.com showed an outside terrace. I thought we had that however the one bedroom doesn’t have access to outside space.

Apartment was great- bedrooms upstairs, living room, dining room and kitchen on the Entry floor. There was an extra 1/2 bathroom on the entry floor which was great for family of 4. The apartments are serviced daily. Location was great. Hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with.

note: you go up one flight of stairs then have lift. Apartment worth it. We loved it.

Probably not the best for anyone that has difficulty with stairs, there is a lift (very slow), but there are stairs before and after the lift.

When we arrived we were greeted by the host, who was exceptional and ran us through everything. The place was incredibly clean, great location and was fully equipped. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for our Porto stay!

La propreté et les équipements. L'air conditionné fonctionnait parfaitement. Dès qu'on utilisait une capsule de café ou un pad de lave-vaisselle, il était remplacé le lendemain. La terrasse était super aussi. L'emplacement juste en dehors de la zone touristique principale nous a permis d'avoir un calme impressionnant. Le mercado de Bolhao à 300 mètres à pied, comme le restaurant Herdade 1980 et aussi le Capa na Baixa juste en bas de l'hôtel, excellents.

Un point lumineux supplémentaire dans la pièce principale serait le bienvenu, c'est un peu sombre le soir.

What a spacious studio - more like a 1bedroom! We love the location and easy access to other areas. The gentleman( manager?) who met us at apartment upon arrival was super nice and helped us with our 2 big bags up one flight to elevator. We loved the big bathroom.

We will stay again- felt very safe even though the huge front entrance took awhile to close back. We always waited till it closed. The front door to the apt shut really loudly !

Loved the modern, spacious apartment that once we oriented ourselves was in the middle of everything we had planned to see. Beds and pillows were firm and comfortable. Supermarket was close and ridht next to the mercardo. Plenty of place to order a coffee and portuguese tart. Tbe washing machine was a welcome inclusiion.

A little difficult to access some of the kitchen equipment but in tbe scheme of things was a minor niggle

Location was great. Very central to everything. It was very well set up, modern, with nice furnishings and kitchen appliances and laundry. Lots of light and in a security building.

Not really a problem for us but it would have been nice to have a smart TV that connects to the internet so we could watch something on our streaming services on a couple of the evenings before bed.

Fabulous apartment. Really easy to get to. We were met at the apartment and also provided with a list of restaurants to try. We have stayed in many apartments in various cities but the ranks among the best that we have stayed in. Daily cleaning was a bonus as was the washing machine. Fantastic size apartment with a great big balcony we will definitely return if we go back to Porto

The location was perfect for walking around Porto and seeing the sights. The staff were very accommodating and made it very easy for us to leave our luggage prior to going to the airport.

Very quiet and great location

We had the first floor property. No city noise. It was clean and had most conveniences. Serviced daily, bin emptied, coffee pods renewed etc. washing machine and a good sized drying rack was provided. Staff were helpful with an early arrival. Convenient location close to everything needed.

Squeaky floor for us and some noise above us, possibly for similar reasons. Once upstairs went to bed it was very quiet.
