ההזמנה אושרה עי בוקינג אבל מקום האירוח דחה את ההזמנה , למרות שכבר קיבלנו קוד כניסה לדירה והיינו בדרך לטבריה. הטענה הראשונה שלו היתה שהמחיר נמוך מדי ואחר כך הוא עבר לאפליה לא חוקית על בסיס זה שמדובר בשני חברים וש"אנחנו לא משפחה גרעינית". העניין לא טופל דרך בוקינג והם פשוט יצרו איתי קשר בוואטסאפ והודיעו שהקוד לא יעבוד, שלא תאושר כניסה לדירה ואין לנו למה להגיע.. פשוט בושה יחס קר ולא נעים תוך שהם מאשימים אותנו שלא ראינו את ההגבלה שלהם למשפחות בלבד (שהינה אפליה לא חוקית). ושלא היינו צריכים להזמין.. בכל מקרה הגענו לרחוב בכתובת שניתנה לנו וממש לא הצלחנו למצוא את החדר..אין אפילו שלט קטן.. וגם לא ענה לנו הבחור מהוואטסאפ כשאמרנו שאנחנו בחוץ..לאחר שעתיים שכבר עזבנו ומצאנו מכון אחר הוא הגיב ואמר שהיה בזום ולא יכל לענות... לא חוויה נעימה!! לא מומלץ.!

קיבלנו דירה שנראה שלא עברה ניקיון,כיורים מלוכלכים,אחד מהכיורים עם סתימה, כתמים של משחת שיניים על הכיור,מקרר מלוכלך,שאריות עיתונים וגרביים מלוכלכות בארון,פירורים על הספה בסלון ושיערות בחדרי האמבטיה. אחד מהחדרים בלי חלון וכריות עם ריח לא נעים. שפנינו למרים ואף שלחנו לה תמונות היא שלחה שוב את המנקה..נאלצנו לצאת מהדירה ושחזרנו לא השתנה הרבה...בנוסף שהגענו הדירה הייתה פתוחה ואת המפתח קיבלנו רק בלילה. היינו בהרבה דירות נופש באחת כזו לא נתקלנו...בבניין עצמו הרבה דירות נופש והלובי מלוכלך ומטונף....לא נחזור זה בטוח.

נראה שהתחזקה קצת חלשה, מצעים, מנורה שרופה ועוד. מיד אחרי פניה חוזרים מחברת 📓 הניהול, מבטיחים טיפול, אך בשתי הפעמים שניסינו, לפני שהפסקנו, לא טיפלו בפניה. חבל! עם תחזוקה ושרות מינימליים זו דירה של 10!

The hot water/ electricity was broken when we got here. They did send someone to fix but we couldn’t have hot showers for a day. Stains on the kitchen walls. Be careful about the apartment you select. The pictures aren’t necessarily what you’re getting.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025The property location was not horrible though it is impossible to find without much help. I received help from two different locals at two different times and it still took two hours to find it though I was relatively close the entire time
This place is a dump. One bathroom was infested with insects, a portion of the facility was covered with black mold, and there was a dead cat right outside the front door. The smell was atrocious. The property is dilapidated and filthy. I could not stay on the property. We went to a hotel nearby. If I receive full refund, I will come back here and let you know but it is worth the $660 to make sure no family has to go through the trauma of this experience. It was a nightmare.

האמת שאצלינו המזגן לא עבד. מיד באו לטפל. רק כל יום חמישי לא היה. הוסיפו גז.באמת השירות היה מושלם!!! בסוף זה היה על כפתור שבת.... צריך שהבחור שנותן מפתחות יבדוק את הבסיס הזה לפני.

בניין ישן בצורה קיצונית. הגישה לבניין ולדירה הם מלוכלכים מאד. השכנים מאד הציקו לנו על זה שהדירה לא מיועדת להשכרה וממש הציקו לנו על זה. בתמונות הם לא מראים את הבניין וזה בכוונה כי הוא בתנאים מחפירים. בנוסף לכך, הדירה מאד מאד קטנה ולא נוחה. אין ארונות בגדים ואחסון.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025דירה נהדרת עם נוף פתוח לכנרת מהסלון ומהגינה. 3 חדרי שינה, באחד מיטה זוגית ובשני האחרים כמה מיטות לילדים. יש שתי אמבטיות ועוד שירותים נפרדים, מטבח מאובזר לגמרי (רק הסירים והמחבת ישנים, כדאי להחליף), מזגן תותחי בכל חדר ובסלון, מכונת כביסה ומייבש וג'קוזי באמבטיית הורים.
צריך לקחת בחשבון שיש לא מעט מדרגות (בין הסלון לגינה ומהחניה לדירה)

Reviewed Sep 9, 2023Wow. This stay was amazing. The house itself is clean and organized. But the view is what took my breath away. The stay is in a great location. Truly breathtaking. The owner was very helpful and supportive and I will definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2023The air con worked very well and there was a hot and cold water machine in the kitchen. The apartment was clean and freshly decorated and furnished.
The photos on the website are very misleading. The main reason we booked was because it looked like there would be a lovely outdoor space overlooking the lake. Actually the outdoor space was in a bad state and was only for use by people staying in the downstairs apartment whereas we were staying on the 2nd floor. The building is very run down wand dirty with a missing window in the stairwell. The instructions to get into the apartment were confusing and the key was not where we were told it would be. The washing machine and dryer had to be plugged in outside the bathroom which mean the bathroom door could not be closed as the cable went through to the kitchen.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2023The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was fantastic, right near the boardwalk. The host was very helpful and quick to respond, and provided detsiled instructions on finding the building. I would definitely recommend this apartment for families or large groups!
The photos show stairs leading to a balcony, which apparently were photos from the apartment below us. Our apartment didn't have any access to the balcony.
