אהבנו ממש! זה מלון קטן ושקט, ויש אופציה להכין אוכל במקום – משהו שאני אישית מאוד אוהבת, אז זה היה לנו ממש נוח. היה נקי ומסודר בעל המקום היה מקסים, זמין לכל דבר, מאוד מתחשב, ואפילו שדרג אותנו לחדר טוב יותר ממה שהזמנו. באים שוב רק כדי לשבת במרפסת הזו בלילה !

תחושה של תחנה מרכזית. מה לא, אין שירות בכלל, אתה צריך להבין מאיפה הכניסה, חיכינו עשרים דקות בחוץ שמשהו יבוא לפתוח לנו. ה"מלון" שהוא בעצם בניין עזוב מאוד מלוכלך וריח של ביןב . לא נקי בעליל .

Очень приветливый и хороший хозяин, прекрасное расположение (все рядом). По ночам тихо, наверху есть бильярд и терраса, на которой можно провести время. В номере прекрасно работали кондиционер и телевизор. Постельное белье было чистым. Дешевая цена для Тверии. Удобная кровать

Мы готовы были бы смириться с любыми минусами, если бы не уборка в номерах. Я не особо чистюля, но после заезда мы полчаса протирали всё спиртовыми и влажными салфетками. В камоде и шкафе везде были крошки, местами пятна. Шторы все в каких-то пятнах. Душевая комната тоже убрана наспех, благо были тапки, чтобы не мыться босиком. Тюбики с шампунем и гелем для душа были уже частично использованные. На двух человек было три тюбика шампуня и один гель для душа. Из окна был вид на крышу соседнего заброшенного здания, где лежал мертвый голубь :( Как только открыли шкаф, дверца сразу упала на нас, она держалась на одной петле только снизу. На кухне не работал кулер, и нельзя было набрать воды. Я бы не рассматривал это место для долгосрочного пребывания… Но, несмотря на все это, мы правда неплохо провели время, так как только ночевали в отеле. После нашей небольшой уборки было достаточно уютно. Также хорошо было посидеть наверху на террасе. Видимо когда-то это место было хорошим, новым и чистым, а сейчас вот так вот пришло в упадок. Очень жаль..

המקום משופץ אבל לא מתוכנן נכון כנראה שהמנקה גורפת את כול הליכלוך למקלחת כי היה המון שאריות של גרעינים במקלחת רהיטים בלויים אבזרים שבורים ושנים שלא נקו את קומת הגג המון כתמים של לשלשת ציפורים סמני חלודה מהפחים והמאפרות אין באמת מישהו לדבר איתו וברכה מאוד מאוד קטנה שלא מספיקה לכול האורחים לדעתי כול החוות דעת נכתבו על ידי בעל המקום או מישהו מטעמוש

It was perfect for our family Shabbat. Lots of space and use of the facilities.

The rooftop area was filthy. I had to clean the pool myself. Pigeon poo all over.

היה מעולה המיקום, הניקיון והבריכה והמתקנים:)

לא הייתה אפשרות להכין קפה, לא היה ארוחת בוקר. לא היה מיני בר מים שעובד וגם לא כוסות ודברים בסיסיים לשהות

בעל המקום אדם מקסים, שידרג לנו את החדר בלי שביקשנו ודאג לכל מה שצריך. המיטות נוחות מאוד יש בריכה ואחלה שולחן סנוקר בגג

The service was great

No elevator, the pool was not the one pictured no table in the room the chair was very dirty and the mattress was also very dirty thank goodness for clean sheets

מקום הכי טוב שפגשתי, אשתי קיבלה דלקת גרון ממש חזק אחרי שעת הצ'ק אין ולמרות שלא היה אפשרות ביטול הם ויתרו לנו ופתרו אותנו מתשלום, ממש תודה לכם מבטיחים לחזור

Новый отель, расположение рядом с набережной и центральной улицой, бассейн, мангал, бильярдный стол. Короче всё было хорошо, но было одно большое НО....

Было ооооочень грязно. Везде. Хоть я и не особо чистюля. Было пративно ходить по полу, купаться в бассейне, трогать стулья и барную стойку. И еще бы я добавила побольше столиков на крышу, так как 9 комнат, а столов только 2.

על הגג של המקום יש בריכה, מנגל לעשות על האש, ספות, מקרר, כיור וזה הייחוד של המקום אפשר לשבת עם חברים ויש אווירה טובה. השירות שנתנו לנו היה מצוין. יש חניית עפר בחינם ליד המקום.

ניקיון ותחזוקה לוקים בחסר. הרצפה בחדר הייתה דביקה, יצא ריח לא טוב מהארון והמקרר. חסר אביזרים במקלחת - מקבלים רק בקבוקון קטן של שמפו ומגבת אחת. אין את כל הדברים שמקבלים בדרך כלל במלון (כובע רחצה, סבון ידיים, סט מגבות לפנים ולרצפה וכו').

היה נקי ונוח ,כשהיתה בעיה או בקשה היו זמינים לכל בעיה בחיוך ומיידי המיקום מעולה וקרוב למרכז..

הגענו מאוחר בלילה וגילינו סתימה במקלחת ,מזל שהיה לנו עוד חדר שלקחנו אז היה איפה להתקלח. בטוחה שאם זה היתה שעה סבירה הם היו מגיעים לתקן.המזגן עשה המום רעש והקשה בלילה לישןן וחסר כסאות בחדר לשבת במשך היום

אפשר לשפר את הנקיון, מתחת למיטה יש פקקים ואבק, והמצעים קצת מלוכלכים אפשר לנקות עוד

Очень удобное местоположение! Рядом полно места для парковки.Было очень тихо.Приветливый хозяин предложил заселиться раньше по времени и встретил у дверей гостиницы. Номер был небольшим,но уютным.Все чисто и комфортно. Поднявшись на оборудованную крышу мы наслаждались ужином с прекрасным видом!

Super nice room, big and cozy. Flexible and friendly owner. Can recommend!

מקום די מסודר ביחס למחיר הייתי חושב שצריך קצת יותר מיטה נוחה מכונת קפה קפסולות

היה חסר קצת באבזור חלק מהדוש במקלחת שבור דלת בארון גם היית שבורה באמצע מקלחת פתאום מים קפואים למשך 5 דקות. החניה חינם לא בדיוק באזור צריך ללכת דקה שתיים ולא פרטית

מקום נקי שירות מצויין וצוות אדיב

המיקום מעולה. בעל הבית היה אדיב ושרותי מאד

בצילומים, זה נראה דירת גג. בפועל שונה לגמרי. מדובר במתחם של 4 מפלסים ללא מעלית. קומת כניסה, עולים מדרגות לקומת חדר האוכל, עוד קומה לחדרי שינה ועוד אחת למרפסת יפיפיה. נראה לי שחובת המפרסם לעדכן שהמתחם לא מתאים לאנשים מוגבלים בעליית מדרגות. כמו כן, דרוש שיפור מה בתחזוקת המקום.

החדר היה נקי ומסודר בעל המקום שדרג לנו את החדש ללא עלות נוספת היה זמין לכל דבר

מקום נקי מסודר ומהמם! נהנו מאוד באמת מקום מאוד מאוד מומלץ אני אישית הייתי שמחה ליותר כריות כי הן היו מאוד דקות כל השאר פשוט 10/10

חלונות לא אטומים לרעש ןכל אכב צפצןף שומעים. היו משקיעים על חלונות אטומים והיה נפלא

Great location, easy to find, host was responsive. Walking distance to the lake. Good size room.

The whole accommodation lacked a bit of TLC. Perhaps this was because of the war and lack of tourist. The shared kitchen which we expected to use during our 3 night stay was lacking the most basic items. Also the kitchen area could do with a good clean. No plates, bowls, forks, saucepan etc. It did have a fridge and microwave. The roof top wasn't set up for us to use. No bathroom soap, shampoo after the first night. I think this is all due to the current situation. If all these things were operating it would be a great place to stay. Parking would be challenging in normal tourist season. The free parking advertised fills up during the day.

I like the most is room and it's roof top barbecue 😉

When we get inside the room it was quite stinky 😞

Nice room, very clean, good location, friendly staff

The guy who showed us the place was kind and friendly. The room was immaculately decorated, clean, and spacious. The rooftop terrace is HUGE, and the pool was great. There was also a pool table and a football table which I wasn't expecting, and was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Bed comfortable, air conditioning great room comfortable. Close to downtown and Sea of Galilee. East access to restaurants and banking. Found the pool and resc room last night.

Parking was terrible, got a parking ticket - very disappointed

Pair of dirty socks behind the curtain, coffee available, no tea, but nowhere a cup to drink. Wine glasses available but nowhere something to open a bottle. Kitchen shelves were quiet dirty.

Not so clean, I found two dirty socks behind the curtain; there was coffee, no tea, but not even one cup nor in the room nor in the kitchen where it was quiet dirty when you opened a shelve. Wine glasses but no instrument to open a bottle, not even in the kitchen! I had to go in the neighborhood to ask them to open my bottle!

There was overbooking and they changed the location

It was dirty. Nothing was cleaned. It seemed no one had stayed there in weeks. There was a dirty diaper in the pool and used bath products in the bathroom

Everything looks like new, clean, room was spacious, big windows, nice little pool table , barbecue space and sitting area with swimming pool on the terrace! The owner was very helpful and responsive. There is also a kitchen on the first floor!

The hotel has no name, sign or banner, was a bit confusing, not even a building number on the wall. There was some construction going on beside the property, but it was only for 1 night. They clean the room, only if you request it before... :( this should be improved.

I used Tiberius as a base for exploring around the Galilee and the property is conveniently located just off the main road, with free parking, making it an ideal choice. The room was modern and clean.

The check-in was a bit tricky, but I think this is because I didn’t get the message with instructions prior to arriving.

Bed was comfortable that was it

No staff available. Basically no one to talk to, strictly through telephone calls that no one responded to by living up to what they said they would do.

Perfect location, very close to the lake, very helpful staff, good bed, clean room. Big terrace with a nice small pool on the rooftop. Easy parking

Great place! I've arrived late, the host was very nice and kindly, helped me with everything I need and provided me helpful information regarding the city, The place looks good, a lot of space in the room and everything looks new and beautiful. The price were great, and I will definitely recommend the place, thanks for a great time and thanks for the help!
