The house is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bed linens are clean and very comfortable. The owners are friendly and kind. I loved the place.

The house was cleaned without any air fresheners. The smell of garbage from the previous occupants was very noticeable and unpleasant. In the end, I bought cleaner and air fresheners to get rid of the smell, but it was no use! (The glasses and plates weren't cleaned properly; I brought plastic and cardboard cups with me.)

A beautiful flat overlooking the lake, featuring a lovely porch with a grill and comfortable outdoor seating. The apartment is very convenient, clean, and well-organized, with modern furniture and appliances. We had an excellent experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

דירה מהממת, מעוצבת יפה! נוחה, יש בה הכל: כל מה שצריך במטבח, מגהץ, פן, כספת , מכונת כביסה ומייבש! מתאים לאירוח בשבת, כל הדלתות מכניות, יש פלטה ומיחם. יש ממ"ק, דירה נקייה ונעימה! ממש ליד יש מכולת, גינת ילדים מוצלת ומתחם ספא. מיקום מעולה קרוב למרכז העיר, פארק גן העיר, מתחם של רמבם והתנאים, קניון, בתי קפה מגוונים, תחבורה . ציבורית, אם זאת המיקום מאפשר פרטיות. ממליצה בחום לכולם!

אחלה מקום דירה נקיה עם נוף לכינרת , הלל הבעלים היה נחמד ודאג להכל , יש חניה ממול , דירה יפה מאוד ומאובזרת ללא ספק אחזור לכאן פעמים הבאות פשוט כיף של דירה לא חסר כלום !

התארחנו בדירות מגדלור, וממליצים מאוד על החוויה. המיקום מצויין- מרכזי יחסית אבל לא עמוס ורועש עם נוף מהמם ואווירה רגועה וכיפית. הדירה עצמה מרווחת, נעימה ומזמינה, ומתאימה בדיוק לחופשה זוגית או משפחתית. יש בה כל מה שצריך לשהייה נוחה, כולל מטבח מאובזר, מזגן מצוין וחניה נוח. בעל המקום היה מקסים וזמין. אנחנו נחזור!

The wifi did not work. The shabbat elevator did not work. The location was near a busy street and there was a lot of street noise.

דירה גדולה מאוד מרווחת, מיטות נוחות, נוף מצויין לכנרת מהמרפסת, סמוך לחופי הכנרת בסך הכל תרומה טובה למחיר.

צ'ק אין באתר מוזר שדורש תמונה של תעודת הזהות ופרטים אישיים טיפה מוזר לא הבנתי מדוע היה צורך בזה. יש כמה דברים קטנים בדירה שצריך ולא היה- מגבת לניגוב ידיים בשירותים, מדף לשמפו וסבון במקלחת.הרצפה הייתה מלאה בכתמים וחלודה במקומות מסוימים. באופן כללי היה אפשר לשפר את רמת הניקיון.

חדרים מצויינים, מזגנים מקלחות טובות, יש מים חמים מיקום מרכזי חן היה זמין ומקסים אלינו מאוד.

הכריות בספה מעט עם כתמים, ספה עם כתמים.. הכרית שינה היתה קטנה.

Прекрасный вид на озеро , пешая доступность к центру города и к озеру , легкое самостоятельное заселение . Когда мы вошли была включена музыка в каждой комнате и кондиционер . В душевой нас ожидало большое количество гелей для душа . Не дорого и близко ко всему . Объект размещения отвечает быстро. Рядом магазинчик очень хороший . 2 лифта . .

Очень грязно , там не убирались , а просто побрызгали освежителем воздуха , так сильно , что волосы моего сына пахли этим два дня . Мы открывали окна и пытались это выветрить . Полы на столько грязные , что я переодевала своего 9 месячного сына каждый час и мыла руки и ноги , которые были черным цветом . На балконе все очень грязно . Квартира хорошая , но нужна капитальная уборка и ремонт во многих местах и замена душа . Ночник настенный упал на голову моей 5 летней дочке . Много нюансов, потому что видно , что апартаментами занимаются тяп ляп. Когда я искала нам жилье , я читала в отзывах , что грязно , но я не думала , что на столько . И это просто стыд и срам сдавать такую грязную Квартиру .

לא מומלץ!!!! דירה רועשת על כביש ראשי וצמודה לאולם אירועים. שכרנו דירה ל6 אך התאימה רק ל4!!!! ושילמנו על הדירה מחיר מלא. לא הייתה להם דירה שמתאימה לנו אז הביאו לנו 2 מזרונים וישנו על הרצפה... חיכיתי לחזור הביתה לישון בנוח. ביקשתי זיכוי כספי על ההפרש מכיון שהספה הנפתחת בסלון הייתה שבורה וללא החלק שנפתח ולא החזירו לי. הנציגה של שירות הלקוחות של הדירות "יאללה רנט" מאוד נחמדה והציעה שובר כספי לחופשה הבאה שנזמין דרכם ונצטרך להוסיף כסף אך לא יתנו לנו החזר כספי על הטעות שלהם. המנהל לא חזר אליי ועד היום אני מחכה לזיכוי הכספי שכנראה לא יגיע...

הסדינים והמגבות היו הדברים היחידים הנקיים בדירה הזו. דירה מגעילה ממש!! לא להתקרב!! כל כך חבל כי לדירה יש הרבה פוטנציאל אבל ממש לא ממומש. עזבנו אחרי לילה אחד מרוב שהיה דוחה.

שילמנו על שלושה לילות, אבל עזבנו אחרי לילה אחד בלבד – כי הדירה הייתה פשוט מגעילה ולא ראויה למגורי אדם. ואף אחד לא ענה לנו משירות לקוחות כך שלא זיכו אותנו על שני הלילות האחרים. כשהגענו גילינו עובש במקלחת ועל התקרה, כתמי לכלוך על רהיטים ומכשירים, צואת יונים במרחב החיצוני ונזילה שהשאירה שלולית קבועה במקלחת. המקום מוזנח מאוד, מסוכן לבריאות (במיוחד לאנשים עם אלרגיות), ולא ניתן לשהות בו. למרות שהמארח עצמו היה אדיב, הדירה עצמה פשוט לא מתאימה לאירוח. ממליצה בחום להתרחק מהמקום הזה.

התארחנו זוג+2 ליומיים במסגרת סידורים באזור, והחוויה הייתה מצוינת. הדירה מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה, ניכרת מחשבה על כל פרט קטן לנוחות האורחים. בעל המקום קשוב ומסביר פנים, נתן הוראות ברורות ומדויקות איך להגיע ולהיכנס לנכס, מה שהפך את ההגעה לפשוטה מאוד. הדירה עצמה נוחה, הילדים התלהבו במיוחד מהטלוויזיות הגדולות, ואווירת הביתיות יחד עם הרמה הגבוהה בהחלט עדיפה על פני כל מלון באזור. מומלץ בחום!

The staff made an effort to provide with necessary things and our request to clean up again...the apartment had all the facilities that were expected and there was free parking near by

There were a lot of broken and dirty things in the apartment. Broken kitchen faucet mold in the shower, dirty cushions and curtains. Some of the towels had hair and stains on them and so did the linens. The cleaner did not clean properly before we had arrived.

Friendly and easy booking process, nice administrator and everything is well organized. The appartment was clean and everything one need for comfortable staying was there. Location is excellent- near old city, minutes drive from the Sea, plenty of free parking just in front of the property which is on a first floor (by elevator or stairs in the nice building). Sea is showing up partially from the balcony and living room. Air conditioner in each room. My best recommendations, will return to the appartment!

Dishes might be a little bit more clean. Havingsaid that, the plates were new.

Property was very dirty they had to send a crew to clean up the apartment again. so many bugs all over. some furniture were broken the couch was so dirty the dirt cant even come off. we found mold on the wall in the kitchen the bathroom smelled like sewer and the toilet seat was broken. the only positive thing was after back and forth they offered to give us another apartment (which was better conditions) but my wife refuse to stay at that building. Very unhappy overall

A great apartment, near the city's hotels. Close to all shopping centers. We were two couples in the apartment. And we had more than wonderful! We will be back again. I highly recommend this place

The apartment is located in a convenient location. Close to shops, shopping centers and the city center. In front of the house, on the other side of the street, there is a parking lot, convenient for those who come with their own transport.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at the apartment, we found it poorly cleaned: dirty sink, a gas stove, a kettle full of lime, crumbs and loose items under the dining room and living room tables. The corner sofa is full of crumbs. the bedrooms are full of dust on and under the beds. We even found a dirty ear pick behind the door. The doors of the closet are creaky, there are no shelves in they are simply placed at the bottom of the closet. All the decorative pillows on the beds were unclean, so we had to wash them ourselves. There is no paper holder in the bathroom, it is broken, as is the holder for the shower, there is no place to put shampoo or somerhing in the shower, the water mixer also need to be repaired. The dining table was dirty and needs to be changed a long time ago, the dining room chairs are dirty. The balcony has a fantastic view of the sea, but everything there is full of dust . We were really looking forward to this trip and I was very disappointed with what I got for really big money. The apartment administrator was trying to be healpful and remove some of the idues, but basically the apartment needs cosmetic repairs and a very good cleaning.

A complete nightmare that ruined my trip. I am still fighting to get back the money that I paid for this sh*thole. The posted pictures were of a modern bilevel apartment overlooking the Gallillee Sea. What I got was pigeon excrement outside of the window on cardboard, filthy walls, missing smoke detector, exposed electrical wires, dangerous mold in the bathroom and shower floor, and a bed that was fit for a prison cell. I drove three hours into the night only to turn around and leave. The view was of two burned out and abandoned buildings on either side of the balcony. My stay in the north was ruined and I was left exhausted and scrambling for last minute accommodations just before Shabbat. Hotel.com failed in protecting me and now I am left fighting for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Avoid Yala Rent. They are scammers and liars.

Well equipped place in a good location to explore Tiberias. The host was nice and helpful - and brought us a towels rack (that was missing in the bathroom). Check-in was really easy through a key box.

The place could definitely be more clean. There were insects everywhere and the balcony was a mess (pigeon droppings). One of the towels had stains on it. We didn't like that the host tried to talk us into a 10* review after the stay - even though there were the mentioned problems.

The location was very good, a walking distance from the main attractions in Tiberias and close to supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies, which is very convenient. The two-bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable, with all facilities one needs for a good stay. Parking is easy, free and safe in front of the building. The host was very attentive upon check-in and, by phone, gave all necessary assistance to reach and enter the apartment, as well as use its facilities. Strongly recommend it.

Good space and layout, although if there are 6 adults it maybe a bit little bit tight in the living area if you plan on spending a lot of time in the apartment. It was fine for us as 4 adults and a child. Rooms are good size and well set up. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds and good bedding. Nir our host was fantastic and responded to our queries and requests. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nice location, view of the lake, modern building, stylish decor and good equipment. Could check out a couple of hours later than stated on the booking.

Rotten milk in the kittle, dirty microwave, despite the separate cleaning charge which is almost equal to the cost of the apartment and which appears only on final confirmation screen on booking.com. Support was done via multiple WhatsApp accounts asking lots of questions and details thought out the whole stay. Unclear instructions how to access the property.

Excellent apartment, easy walking distance to the center, restaurants etc. The apartment was immaculate and had everything that was needed. Clean soft towels, AC, big fridge, Coffee machine with plenty of capsules (made my wife very happy). Enormous TVs in every room

Needed to switch on the water boiler for 30 minutes before a shower. Shower room was a little tight, but maybe that is just because I am a little big.

Nir from the property was great and took good care of us.

Great View. Good location. They left the AC on for us so it was cool when we got in.

Management company was very unprofessional. I asked to communicate via Bookings and they got my personal WhatsApp and didn't stop texting me throughout..etc. Gave little space and showed up before checkout to make sure we were heading out. Unprofessional. Unclean place. Water damage/mold, shower drain was very clogged, AC broke, but they did send someone to fix it. ABC gum on the bed table.

It was a very good apartment and helpfull staff specially Nir. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really clean and very comfortable. The best part was the barbeque in the sea view.

The only problem I faced is that I am not Israeli citizens but still they charge 17% tax. This is a little disappointing. Overall it was good.
