Plongez au coeur d'une ambiance méditerranéenne dès la porte passée : la décoration est une vraie réussite du lobby en passant par la salle du petit dej/bar et les chambres ! Le patio est moins joli à cause des fausses plantes et fruits mais il reste appréciable d'avoir un extérieur en plein centre ville. Le personnel est adorable et compétent. Les chambres sont sublimes, très propres, calmes (demandez celles qui ne donnent pas dans la rue principale) et le lit extrêmement confortable. La produits de toilette Atelier Rebul sont un très bon choix. Le petit déjeuner composé de produits frais et de saison est l'un des meilleurs et des plus variés que j'ai eu dans cette catégorie d'hôtel. Propositions halal et veggie disponibles également. Niveau sécurité, l'emplacement de l'hôtel (métro botanique l'arrêt de métro le plus proche) est Ok pour une femme seule. Quelques mètres plus loin dans la rue, ce n'est plus la même ambiance. L'emplacement n'est pas le plus central mais tout se fait facilement à pieds ou en métro, la Grand Place est à 25 minutes pieds environ.

Il manquait de disposer d'un peignoir de bain qu'on retrouve normalement dans cette catégorie d'hôtel.

The breakfast was very good (but they don't have the same options every day, it seems more complete during the weekend) I like that they have coffee at the room and a fridge. I loved the shower gel, very cool. I appreciate that they have a free service to keep the luggage the last day after checking out.

They put us in twin beds. Should have been a big bed. Not a big issue tho, because we put them together.

It was quiet, rooms were functional and tastefully decorated. Nice roof top bar but expensive.

Glass door to the toilet and shower with an opaque screen mid way so you could see the person sitting on the toilet. Really odd design. Fine if you’re a couple but not if you’re sharing with a friend. Breakfast and drinks at the roof top bar were expensive

An excellent new hotel close to City Center as well as to Brussels North Rail Station (notably, there is a tram stop exactly outside the hotel while the Metro station). The gentle and kind staff at the reception and restaurant/breakfast, the modern, spacious and clean and the total hotel atmosphere created a remarkable experience! The breakfast was of high quality served at a bright dinning room at the ground floor. Do not miss to visit the roof terrace as well!

Everything was clean and perfect!

Everything is great in the hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom decoration is superb ! The location is very good, near restaurants and public transportation. They have a good restaurant and a rooftop bar. Breakfast was spectacular, everything fresh and the staff was super friendly. In fact, the kindness and attention from all staff was the best part. They took time to explain and help me with some questions, being very patient and attentive. If you want a good place to rest and enjoy Brussels, this is the one.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the Grand Place. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would gladly recommend.

Las instalaciones están geniales, la habitación es muy amplia y limpia. El desayuno es una maravilla. Super recomendable.

La única pega que pondría es que la puerta del baño es transparente.

El servicio increíble, el desayuno excepcional, las habitaciones muy limpias, con todo lo necesario y la cama muy grande y cómoda. El gimnasio era suficiente como para poder entrenar, además, no va mucha gente. También se pueden alquilar paraguas por 2€ las 48h.

Es una buena ubicación porque te encuentras a unos 10 minutos de sitios turisticos (centro), pero, para ir a la estacion del norte (si te quieres mover a otras ciudades) lo mas directo posible pasas por una zona un tanto áspera.

Friendly inviting hotel with great facilities and a fantastic breakfast especially the freshly cooked eggs. A great location for exploring Brussels from.

Excellent reception. Quiet and spacious room. Coffee and tea equipment inside, spacious desk if one wants to work a bit, everything bathroom related provided (great choices in shower gel/shampoo) and a spacious shower also.

Breakfast was way too expensive to even try, so i didnt.

Absolutely excellent! Everything was top-notch, from the beautiful design and attention to detail to the amazing breakfast. The whole experience was wonderful, elegant, and perfectly thought out. Highly recommended!

The only area that could be improved is the service, as the attention was not quite at the same level as the rest of the experience.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia e la ragazza della reception è stata molto cordiale e attiva e ha risolto la situazione. Camera bella. Colazione TOP

Rispetto al centro città bisogna camminare una ventina di minuti, ma ha la fermata del tram proprio davanti e i mezzi a bruxelles funzionano bene. La zona però non ci ha dato sicurezza.

Staff were great.

My bedroom flooded everytime I used the shower. Weird design-3 days/3 days of soaked carpets. Lucky it dried during the day & no smell. Bedroom & shower was comfortable otherwise. The walk from the train station even though close by was cobbled stone & uphill. Better take taxi.

Ahimè, il bagno con porta a vetro che non rende la privacy necessaria e la doccia mancante di box che eviterebbe di allagare il locale wc.

Tesisin özenine bayıldım, hem zevkli iç mekan tasarımı, hem tertemiz odaları ve mutfağı vardı. Kahvaltısı ise benim için mükemmeldi. Izgara sebzesinden, zeytinyağının lezzetine kadar zincir tatil köylerine taş çıkaran bir otel. Güleryüzü ile dostları gibi ağırlayan personeline ve otelin bizzat sahibine teşekkür ederim. Avrupada pek çok irili ufaklı otelde kaldım, ben böyle bir konfor görmedim. Konumu zaten şahane, önünde tram durağı var. Ulaşım kolay ve merkezde. Sessiz üstelik, rahat uyuyabildim. Türkiyedeki evimin rahatını sunmuşlar üstelik profesyonelce. Hijyen açısından önemli olan musluklu klozeti de ben birtek bu otelde gördüm. Emeklerine sağlık

La chambre était magnifique

It was a very quiet, air-conditioned, comfortable and clean room with a well thought out layout. Crispy clean bed-sheets and spotless shower and bathroom. We appreciated complimentary room slippers and various toiletries as well as a safe in the room to keep our valuables and passports while we were out and about. A mini-fridge in the room was also very handy.

Perhaps the only flaw is the neighbourhood didn't feel very safe at night.

Overall, we had a very good stay and the hotel itself was great. The room was comfortable, everything was clean, and we had no complaints about the accommodation or the service.

The only downside was the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the neighbourhood felt unsafe, especially when arriving through Brussels-North Station. We were uncomfortable walking around the area. It’s a real shame to see Brussels developing a reputation for feeling less safe in certain areas. That said, this is not a reflection of the hotel itself, which was very good. I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to arrive and leave by taxi and use taxis to get around. However, if you are planning to walk around the neighbourhood or rely on public transport, I would recommend considering the location carefully.

El hotel está súper cómodo y limpio. El desayuno está muy completo. Las atenciones únicas.

Die Lage ist sensationell, Tram Station direkt vor der Türe. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und Lösungsorientiert .

I have found this also in other hotels where there is a small red light in the ceiling, a smoke detection device that flicks on and off. This is distracting.

Sobre todo el personal y concretamente la chica que nos atendía cada mañana en el desayuno, Marta un 10. El hotel muy limpio, cómodo, muy bien ubicado con parada de tranvía a escasos metros. Nos gustó mucho y volveremos a hospedarnos aquí seguro.

O pequeno almoço é soberbo; tem muita variedade. As instalações são muito bonitas, o quarto é bem espaçoso. Super recomendo.

New rooms and good facilities (including a small fitness room), with daily refills of coffee, tea, and water. Convenient location with easy access to the city center and north station. Breakfast includes made-to-order omelette, scrambled or fried eggs, a selection of regular hot dishes, a wide range of cold options, and a good variety of pastries.

Camera doppia matrimoniale ottima per gli standard, fornita di qualsiasi cosa come tè, caffè, biscottini, bollitore e macchina da caffè con cialde. Bagno normale con kit di cortesia come dental kit, phon, bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo. Ottima la pulizia giornaliera. Insonorizzazione perfetta, non si sente un minimo di rumore. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità del personale in reception in quanto nella prima camera abbiamo riscontrato un problema con la pressione della doccia e, dopo aver effettuato un controllo da parte loro, ci hanno gentilmente offerto un cambio camera. Vicinanza al centro storico sia con i mezzi ma anche a piedi in 20 minuti, consigliato!

The location. Decent hotel but the street that it is on looks like the ghetto.

The hotel is amazing , the staff are very friendly and the location is very close to the metro station 5 mnts walk . The break fast is excellent, it has many varieties. Of course i will not forget to mention the hand soap and the shower gel they are using its superb 👌. In general everything was excellent in the Hotel.
