Paco Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Port

Very good location

Room was clean, comfortable bed. Location was great, staff was good.

Only the thing, there was no options for Vegetarian/vegan except fruits and bread, If they can add some vegetarian options, that will the great thing to add.

Facilitie Breakfast I can't open windows No rules

It is a good breakfast. It is about 300 meters from the metro/train station. There are nearby food stalls and shopping. The bed linen and towels are very clean. Air-conditioning and water heater are excellent.

The window glass was not properly cleaned. Hence, the view was not very pleasant. Limited TV programs.

Location

Felt the room is smaller than what I paid for. The shower head is not working, the fridge needs to switch on and take 1 night to be cold. The breakfast spread is generous for the value but the food is lukewarm only.

A lot of Supermarkets around the hotel, and a bank and ATM machines across the street which was very helpful! Metro and train station right below the building, was very convenient for transport into the city.

Communication with the staff was extremely difficult unfortunately they did not speak any English, and even though we used translation on phone it was a struggle at times and very time consuming and not able to put things across clearly.

Locația chiar în Luohu, lângă gara. Acces rapid spre Hong Kong, stația de autobuz, metrou, tren. Micul dejun ok.

Having different light mode in the room and the shower is perfect

Counter top in the bathroom is so small, unable anything

Camas confortáveis e próximo do metrô.

Front desk staffs are very nice and helpful, especially staff #408 and another guy and they are excess my expectation, Location is the best with fair price.

Most ridiculous is the TV in the room only has pay service/TV, even the local broadcast TV channel you need to pay. (first hotel I need to pay for the local TV channels) It means forcing customer not to watch TV. Breakfast is average, most of the stream food are cold and not hot at all (Disappointed). This should be improve easily. The room does not look too much detail cleaning. Windows are very dirty. Construction noisy is unbelievable loud.

location is good

carpet is too old

Quite clean property and friendly staff

Some construction around the hotel makes it tricky to reach the hotel via taxi

proche de poste frontiere dHongkong

pres de metro, train

The location was good. Near the Luohu station and shopping area.

The building was shared with other tenancy. That’s mean the lift everybody can use. The outsiders can also come to the hotel’s room levels, not safe at all. The breakfast area just liked the canteen. Went to the SPA level, it was not belong to the hotel. Don’t look ‘clean’.

La chambre est spacieux

Un peu loin du centre ville

Location and shower in room

Breakfast, facilities, cleanliness

It’s close to Lo Wu station and plenty of dining options near Lo Wu station

Property looked old and decrepit outside but the room is mid tier quality

good location

Location is excellent and generally, the room was clean and spotless except the last evening, the bedsheets and pillow cases were not changed?

Internet was unstable throughout, not very helpful and the receptionist also acknowledged this problem ? The breakfast room needs to be enlarged to accommodate the number of guests! Also, the breakfast timing should change from 7.30 am to at least 6.30 am! Quite disappointed not to be able to watch even local TV programs at all especially local and international news !

Location, steps to subway and railway station, tons of food choices.

Room size. Breakfast was simple, but plentiful. The coffee, congee, and noodle station can be a bit hotter.

Near buses station and a lot of eateries around

The hotel is really old and shabby. Room smelled musty because of the humidity. Even the towels were damp. I have to ask the staff to bring a humidifier to help the circulation in the room. Horrible hotel and staffs were impolite compares to other cities in China. Very disappointed.

Spacious room with comfortable bed that made the stay feel like at home. The staff was friendly and helpful. During our first checked in day, the aircorn was malfunction and immediately the staff assisted us to change to another room and ensure the aircorn functioning before leave the room. However, we found out the bedsheet with smoke smell despite it was midnight we request to change room the next day morning. The staff again and had made the room change accordingly and sent our luggage to the new room without us to waiting room to be vacant. It was a nice stay in the hotel. Beside that, the hotel is very near to subway within 5 minutes walk.

Smoke smell in the hotel lobby include lift. Although we had change to new room, however, the smoke smell remain but lesser than the previous room. To a person whom sensitive on smoke smell, do consider otherwise, it is actually a good stay hospitality.

Buena cama, buena ducha y buen precio

Fanstatic location.

Louhu train station walk few step away from hotel only

Fast check in and out. Nice breakfast. Fun entertaining games at reception. The kids love it.

Rooms very small. But have what you need.

Clean, close to the border

Breakfast could be better

Muy buenas las habitaciones. Comfortables. La limpieza era muy eficiente. Desayuno excelente

I would be nice to have other options than noodles and chicken for breakfast but overall good

Savršeno mesto blizu metro stanice , prostrana, lepo uredjena soba sa fantastičnim toaletom, doručak dovoljan. Sve preporuke

Obrisati stakla ulaznog hola lobija

Close to the station and border to HK; good price; quite clean. Communication was sometimes a challenge, but in the end everything was fine. Google maps have wrong location on the map! Use booking map or du app!

Even though they have non-smoking rooms, ventilation smells of smoke from time to time; there are smokers everywhere in common areas. Breakfast is not impressive (tried once and skipped for the rest of the stay). Strange bathroom arrangement, especially, for twin room.

Very near to the station

Lokalizacja przy stacji metra i blisko granicy z Hongkong.

Counter staff were nice

ottima posizione per shopping e Hong Kong. Colazione sufficente, camere molto confortevoli, bagni belli

Nessun rispetto per i non fumatori. Fumano dappertutto, molta puzza di sigarette e cibo cucinato.

Great location

Booked a non smoking room, they put me in a smoking room, odor was awful so then I got moved the following day as there was not any rooms on the day left. Moved in to new room and the toilet was blocked, reported it and they came unblocked it left dirty toilet water in the seat and the tissue out the toilet in the bin next to the toilet! Absolutely disgusting. WiFi does not work, fridge was not working in the first night room I stayed in. When reported all this they don’t speak English or understand at front desk! As helpful as the ladies tried to be it just wasn’t very much so! Then being told that our toilet system does not flush toilet paper and bins are provided for the tissue I think is actually disgusting that you can’t go to the toilet without flushing the toilet paper! Apart from these few things, after reporting these things and complaining to the management I’m told by email we hope you enjoyed your stay at paco! Would not recommend if you are a hygienic human.

Overall perfect stay, good bed and breakfast, close to the Luohu Port.
