The rooms were not bad, but the furniture is a bit old. However, the location is absolutely excellent 100000/100! It’s near everything and just a 1 minute walk to the metro. The metro line connects you directly to many tourist attractions on the same line without needing to change trains, which makes it super convenient. Room service and housekeeping staff were amazing, very caring, and professional. They really made the stay comfortable.

The facade looks old but the rooms were wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. Will definitely return to this hotel again in future.

This property is quite old now and perhaps needs a renovation. But the location is great for tourists and every location for shopping is at a stones throw from this location. Area is bustling with amazing restaurants serving multiple cuisines and has good bars and pubs

Good location if you wanted to go shopping. If not the metro is about a 5 minute walk. There is a restaurant across the street that closes quite late for those who like eating later in the night. What I didn't like about the hotel was that the hallway on our floor had an unpleasant smell, the windows in the room are tinted green, and the shower sometimes goes colder for a few seconds but for the price I can't complain too much.

Good location. About 15min walk to Dongmen. Big room. However, not provided with coffee or tea bags. Not very good housekeeping service, did not refill bath gel.

Great location in city centre, next to few shopping complexes. 7-E just accross the road. Luckin Coffee at lobby. A walking distance to Guomao metro station 👍

WiFi connection is okay, but as expected there is restriction in using all Google-based apps in China. Limited TV channels in room as well.

The location is very good. The staff are nice and helpful.

The cleanliness need to be improved. The windows seems have not been cleaned for months if not years. The carpet need to be cleaned.

The location of this hotel is super awesome and at the heart of Luohu district. Walking distance from Line 1 of Shenzhen metro, King Glory Plaza Mall, and Dongmen. Lots of places to shop and eat around the hotel

This is a very bad property to stay in harsh winters. I have stayed here in summer as well and it's good for that season. The air conditioning in the rooms does not heat the rooms and they are really cold and uncomfortable with the all season blankets they provide with the rooms. After 3 days when i complained they sent me a heater to make the room a little more liveable. The bathroom had a permanent foul smell (Room no 729). The housekeeping staff was rude to me when I requested drinking water at 10 PM one night and refused to send the water to the room. I had to step out and go to the reception and create a scene there, when they finally sent 2nos 500ml bottles after 25 mins and a reminder call

Good room, comfortable and well located.

Would have been perfect if the room didn’t smell a little bit of stale cigarettes.

Location was reasonably convenient, with a number of eating venues and food variety choices. Shopping around the vicinity was quite good. Can easily get cup of coffee at the hotel lobby.

The pillows in the room - not comfortable to sleep on.
