Reviewed Sep 15, 2026I like the size of the room because I am a wheelchair user. So the room is big enough to put my wheelchair. I like the big bed because it is very firm. The hotel was able to provide a plastic red chair for shower.
I don't like the fact that my next door neighbor can smoke in his room. Although the staff tried to intervene, he only agree to stop in principle. In the middle of the night, he started to smoke again. The location of the hotel is not very near to nice eateries. Although there are eateries and restaurants around the hotel, they are either not good or too expensive. I would not stay in this hotel again. The ramp incline near the front door is too steep for my wheelchair and it's not safe to drive down the slope facing forward. The breakfast was underwhelming and of poor quality. Not worth eating.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The front desk staff named Chow was very helpful and assist us in whatever we need especially regarding booking of taxi. Other staff were also friendly, explaining how items we ordered will be sent to our room by a robot
Buffet breakfast is only free for 1 so we have to pay for more than that. Most hotels offer for.2.persons. The price is reasonable . So not much of an issue.

Also location is fantastic in the heart of Shenzhen. Only a minute to the subway can easily get to Hong Kong. Such a beautiful city

Nearest entrance to the metro station didn't have an escalator, had to lug up the luggage.

Bij het inchecken (kamer voor 2 personen) kregen wij 1 ontbijt coupon, wat wij een beetje vreemd vonden aangezien wij met 2 personen waren. Het was ons niet duidelijk dat wij achteraf moesten betalen bij het inchecken, dus er was wat onduidelijkheid na het boeken via Booking. Na het uitchecken duurde het enkele dagen voordat Alipay de borg had teruggestort.
