Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom apartment in Marrakech. Our host, Abdou, was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the traditional breakfast he prepared for us. It was absolutely delicious, and having breakfast together on the terrace made it a particularly lovely experience. The location was also excellent, situated in the historic part of Marrakech and around a 20-minute walk from the Medina square. There is a lovely medium-sized park directly opposite the accommodation, which was perfect for going for a run and also a great place for children to play. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. Abdou was a fantastic host and added a personal touch that made our visit even more special. We would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again when visiting Marrakech.
Nothing major at all — we really enjoyed our stay. One small improvement would be to provide an electric kettle in the room, or allow guests access to the kitchen during the afternoon and evening to prepare tea or coffee and use hot water especially for family with small children. This would make the stay even more comfortable, particularly after a day of exploring Marrakech.

Contratemos una excursion que nos recomendaron que incluía transporte, quad, paseo a camello, cena y show y fue todo un acierto. Gracias Abde por hacernos sentir como en casa y por tus indicaciones y consejos 😎🫶🏻.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Our stay was comfortable and the host was helpful. There are 3 apartments in the building, two based on 1st and one on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was made by kitchen lady who was nice and she made delicious crepes and pancakes. Fresh orange juice, morrocon tea and coffee was provided but the host made English tea for us on request. The kitchen lady also washed our clothes on request. The city centre was 15 min drive but also 15 minutes walk from inside road with lots of shops. There was a coffee shop 1 min walk, grocery shops and food shops nearby and a park opposite to it. We booked trips and the coach picked and dropped us 3 minutes away, Lycee Muhammad Gate 5. Overall we enjoyed our trip.

Ev çok geniş, rahat ve tertemizdi; özellikle çarşaflar, havlular ve yastıklar gerçekten çok temizdi. Konumu cadde üzerinde ve ulaşımı çok kolay, arabayı da evin önüne rahatlıkla park ettik. Sabah hazırladıkları kahvaltı ve misafirperverlikleri de harikaydı. Çocuklarımla çok rahat ettik. Temiz, konforlu ve samimi bir yer arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

The best part was the location—it's very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, so it was easy to explore the area on foot. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's quite far from the train station, so you may need a taxi if you're coming by train. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd stay here again
The bathroom door didn't have a lock, which was a bit inconvenient. The property is also quite far from the train station, so getting there by train usually requires a taxi

Desde el primer momento fue muy amable con nosotros, ayudándonos en todo, tanto con la recogida como durante toda la estancia. Siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a conversar y hacernos sentir cómodos. El desayuno fue perfecto todos los días, y además queremos agradecer especialmente que el último día uno de nosotros se levantó más tarde y Yassin tuvo el detalle de prepararle el desayuno aparte. Estuvo pendiente de todo en todo momento. Sin duda, una atención excelente que hizo nuestra estancia aún mejor. La ubicación perfecta

A driver was ready, yassine was in contact by WhatsApp. We had an early trip booked on our first day, and yassine got up early to make us breakfast. The breakfast is lovely. Fresh bread, olives, pancakes, eggs, coffee. Really tasty
Nothing. This was a good value guesthouse and we felt like valued guests.

La ciliegina è stato Yassine che ci ha accolti e fatti sentire da subito a casa, è stato gentilissimo in ogni occasione risolvendo qualche problema prontamente e coccolandoci con ogni colazione stile continentale. Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Le logement est très bien situé dans la médina de Marrakech : à 15 min à pied de la place Place Jemaa El Fna et à 20 min à pied du Palais de la Bahia. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et complet : pain, msemen, oeufs durs, jus d'orange frais, fromage à tartiner, beurre, confiture, olives, thé, café et chocolat chaud. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé par Yassine. Bien qu'étant arrivé avant 12h, il nous a offert des viennoiseries du petit-déjeuner (horaire du petit-déjeuner : 9h-11h) ce qui nous a ravi étant donné l'heure avancée de notre départ le matin même. Avant notre départ pour l'aéroport en fin d'après-midi, il nous a également mis à disposition les WC d'un appartement alors que nous avions déjà rendu les clés, ce qui nous a bien dépanné. Hind a mis du cœur à nous préparer chaque matin les petits-déjeuners. Bref, l'hospitalité marocaine à l'état pur!
Odeurs de canalisation qui remontaient au cours de la nuit + réglage de la température de l'eau de la douche compliqué (eau soit trop fraîche, soit trop chaude).
