Great people, great location, although it is located next to Bikini Beach unlike the map on Booking.com that shows it to be on the other side of the island.

Plumbing facilities, need upgrade, and improvement and better maintenance

The property is clean, aircon works beautifully and has amazing hot showers. All the staff are so accommodating and welcoming, helped me organise transport to other island and from the airport, picked me up etc. The place is right on the beach as well!

Posto incantevole a due passi dal mare. La comodità di poter uscire direttamente in spiaggia nella bikini Beach non ha prezzo! La struttura è molto carina e le camere sono molto pulite. Veramente un posto incantevole!!

La colazione lascia un po a desiderare, poca varietà e spesso non sostituiscono le cose mancanti. Magari ottima per chi la mattina mangia salato, uova, würstel etc. ma per chi ama il dolce un po deludente. Pane, marmellata di fragola nelle mini porzioni e una volta ci sono capitati dei pancake dal sapore molto chimico...

El Hotel está situado en la Bikini Beach, es un hotel nuevo muy bien ubicado, saliendo de las habitaciones por un pasillo vas a dar a la playa justo, es maravilloso, las habitaciones están bien, cama cómoda , ducha al aire libre y las habitaciones superiores están en la misma playa con vistas al mar. Todo el personal es muy amable pero destaco la amabilidad del gerente Shavin que nos ayudó en todo momento a lo que necesitamos, un hombre muy simpático y hablador, repetiría este hotel sin duda.

Que las habitaciones normales no tengan vistas , pero nada grave .. El desayuno quizás es poco variado

Были в этом гостевом доме 4 дня! Очень удобная локация, первая линия. Завтрак сытный, вкусный. Кондиционер и вентилятор работали хорошо, в комнате всегда стояла прохлада. У нас была комната с большим окна-дверьми из которой открывался божественный вид на океан! Из домика до океана 60-70 метров. Все понравилось, спасибо 🙏🏻 на острове есть все что нужно, а главное люди очень дружелюбные!

The location was excellent. Pristine white sand bikini beach and easy to swim. Hotel next to the football and handball fields where a lot of locals hang out, can walk around the entire island easily with good restaurants. Dive center and dive boat very close walk. It was low season, so it was quiet and lovely. Easy communication with organizing speedboats, breakfast, room issues, etc.

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado, junto a la bikini beach. El personal es muy atento y servicial, nos gestionaron todo el transporte y las excursiones que quisimos hacer. La habitación muy comoda, limpia y grande. Sin duda repetiria este alojamiento en proximas visitas

Buenas vistas a la playa, la habitación grande y limpia, además el baño muy bonito y limpio.

La ubicación es increíble. Tiene acceso directo a la bikini beach. El personal es muy amable. La comida del restaurante está muy buena y tienen tanto opciones continentales como maldivas. Lo recomiendo

This hotel is perfectly located right on Bikini Beach. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful—he helped us book the speedboat and confirm the schedule, and replied to our questions promptly. We’re really grateful. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable to stay in, with great value for money. It’s definitely the best choice in Rasdhoo!

总体我觉得员工都特别友好，上船下船都帮忙搬行李，卫生也是做的比较干净的。

早餐第一天牛奶是酸的，喊他开一个新的，结果看日期离过期没几天了，而且同样的朋友一起订的价格不一样，房型不一样，这个还是淡季，感觉性价比不高

Lo único bueno que me gustó del alojamiento era la proximidad a la playa, que está a escasos metros de la bikini beach, con acceso directo desde las habitaciones. Y el personal también era muy amable. Con un buen servicio de transporte desde el ferry terminal hasta el hotel, y viceversa. Por lo demás no me gustó nada.

La verdad que fue bastante decepción el alojamiento, tenía unas expectativas bastante más altas, viendo las fotos por booking, y al entrar en la habitación la realidad fue muy distinta. La habitación estaba llena de hormigas por todas partes, hormigas de todos los tamaños… desde diminutas hasta grandes. Sobretodo el baño, el lavamanos tenía una plaga inmensa de hormigas por debajo, en la ducha… en las mesitas de noche, en las mesas… por todas partes. El grifo del lavamanos estaba suelto y medio roto, no podías abrir el agua con bastante presión porque se salía toda fuera y te mojabas todo .. nosotros la verdad estuvimos 2 noches bastante incómodos por la falta de higiene en general del hotel.. el desayuno también dejaba muchísimo que desear muy poca variedad y muy básico todo. En general para el precio que tiene la noche y lo que pagas, no repetiría en este hotel nunca… lo único bueno que tiene como mencionaba antes es el acceso a escasos metros de la playa, y el personal que es amable, pero hace falta un mejor mantenimiento y limpieza general.

Nous avons souhaité payer en monnaie locale en espèce (rufiyaa) à la fin du séjour. Nous avons découvert que ce n'était pas possible au moment de régler la note. Finalement ils ont changé d'avis mais nous ont facturé 90 dollars de taxes

Location was really excellent, can’t fault that at all, just steps from Bikini beach and close to the main hub of the island (eat at shallow lagoon, it’s close, good food and very cheap!). The A/C was good, free drinking water also useful.

Towels and bedding were stained with blood which we didn’t like, but thought it was just poor luck (they had been washed you could tell). However, we were diligent with bug spray and closing the door to the bathroom to detract any biting insects (the shower has no roof, which is cool but slightly impractical-the bathroom was always very hot!), however, every morning we woke to fresh bites all over our body. We were convinced they were from mosquitoes, but after leaving the property and googling how the bites look, we’re pretty sure the place had bed bugs. The photos of the property on here are of the deluxe villas mostly and the standard rooms do not look like the photos. FYI, there is no fridge in the room and the tea and coffee facilities are in the communal area.

From the staff to the accommodation everything was perfect. The room was spotless. The food made by the chef is delicious and fresh and i've learnt its a spot in town to eat as outside guests also come! And the guys at the bar/front office are super attentive, funny and kind! I did go on a snorkeling tour, the equipment was included and we were super lucky to see sharks, lots of turtles and eagle ray and lots of fish!! My room was directly on the bikini beach which is perfect and you can swim on the coral there! They also took care of transport from and to the airport by speedboat i just called them and they told me to go the counter where everything is organised super smoothly! communication was consistent and kept during the stay and will definitely return!!

La ubicación y amabilidad de parte del personal. Realmente en la propia bikini beach.

El desayuno muy muy básico, huevos a veces fríos, siempre sandía para desayunar y pan de molde, leche y café en polvo (la gente traia sus propios bricks de leche). De las 4 noches que estuvimos, 2 de ellas puso musica techno diciendo que hacia fiesta, las paredes del beach front bungalow vibraban y fue imposible dormir y descansar. Nos quejamos al staff y dijeron que es una local island y que no hay nada que hacer ademas de pedir bajar la musica. Una pena porque es el paraiso.

Que salías de la habitación y te encontrabas en la bikini beach, había hamacas a disposición, columpios... Buen snorquel, excursiones a precios muy competitivos gestionados directamente por el personal del hotel. La isla es una maravilla. El personal excelente, de 10. Repetiría cien mil veces Muy atentos en todos los sentidos. Comodidad 100%

La proximidad a la playa, sales por un pasillito y la playa es la terraza de la habitación. El equipo humano que lo lleva són todos súper amables. Las excursiones con ellos también valen mucho la pena!

Hotel molto bello, camere ampie e pulite. Camera con accesso diretto alla spiaggia bikini e con vista mare. Bar/ristorante sempre disponibile e molto buono. Staff cordiale ed educato. Pulizia della camera a richiesta. Disponibile il servizio lavanderia. Doccia in spiaggia. Servizio navetta per speed boat ottimo.

La colazione molto buona ma ci vorrebbe un po' più di varietà e differenzazione nei giorni. Magari aggiungendo qualche cosa del menù a pagamento del ristorante tipo waffles, akai bowl, frutta tropicale, ecc.

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación perfecta y tanto el manager como su equipo son súper amables y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. Hicimos excursiones con ellos y también genial.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr entspannend, man ist mit zehn Schritten vorne am Bikini Beach und kann seinen Urlaub genießen. Die zwei Jungs vom Café waren äußerst zuvorkommend und charmant, sind sofort auf Wünsche eingegangen und haben die Zimmer auch auf Nachfrage sauber gemacht. Der Essensbereich war sehr, sehr gepflegt und relaxed (Bewertung eigentlich 9-10).

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht beim Check-In über die Zuweisung eines fensterlosen Zimmers (lediglich ein Fenster zu einem Nichttageslicht-Gang hinaus, also Vorhang musste geschlossen sein), da wir aufgrund der Beschreibung (Sea front) und der Bilderanordnung (Häuschen mit großen Fenstern zum Strand) davon ausgegangen sind, in so einem kleinen Häuschen auch wohnenzukönnen. Dies müsste in der Beschreibung und in den Fotos aber auch richtig dargestellt werden. Daher Bewertung insgesamt nur die 8….

La tranquilidad de la isla y la comodidad de estar a pie de playa. Además de la amabilidad de los empleados, quienes están a tu disposición todo el día para resolverte dudas y ayudarte.

El baño tenía la ducha con el techo al aire libre y estaba llena de hojas de los árboles, pero lo avisamos a recepción y vinieron inmediatamente a limpiarlo, probablemente fue debido a la tormenta.

Am (öffentlichen!) Bikini-Beach liegt recht viel Dreck herum (vom Meer angespülte Kleidung, Sandalen, Plastikflaschen, kaputte Strandliegen, Weihnachtsdekoration,...).

Although we had a beach view room we can’t keep the curtains open and have a view of the beach since it looks into a public area where there is 0 privacy and everyone can look into your room. Lack of cupboards to store your clothes.

Es una habitación suficientemente habitable para dos personas sin ser agobiante. La ubicación es inmejorable, aunque no es una isla muy grande, el hecho de estar a 30 segundos de la bikini beach es una maravilla. A parte el propio restaurante esta bastante bien (recomiendo bastante los Wraps) y los camareros son super simpáticos y serviciales

Perfect location. Literally less than a minute walk to the beach. Room has all you need - comfy bed and a decent shower. Breakfast is basic but it is what you will have in any local island. The food in the “fast food” restaurant is very yummy. Staff are brilliant, they will help you with anything.

It would be useful to have somewhere to hang clothes to dry.

The staff here are very attentive, polite, and professional yet friendly. The location is really good for visiting the house reef (at the drop off) at bikini beach over and over again.

It wasn’t immediately obvious that not all rooms are facing the beach so pay attention to book what you’re looking for.

The room was big enough with a comfy bed and the AC is placed strategically, so it doesn’t blow directly on the bed. The place also has a restaurant with amazing wraps and smoothie bowls and fresh juices. It is positioned 10 steps from the beach and on the beach some chairs are avaliable. Right in front of the beach lies a reef where you can snorkel and see all kind of marine animals from octopuses, colorful fishes to white and black tip sharks (harmless).

Nothing fancy, but it was great value for the money.

We had 2 rooms... one was great (with open roof shower - so a lot of air was coming in), but the other room had only limited ventilation.

Windows are directed to hallway between rooms. One day cleaning started at 6:30 am and it was bit noisy so it woke us up.

We stayed there for four nights and would definitely book again. The Brickwood is just as described. We were picked up at the pier upon arrival and taken back there at the end of our stay. The check-in process was smooth, with a warm welcome and a short briefing. The open-air common area includes a small café, the reception, and a covered restaurant area where breakfast was served. The breakfast selection consisted of both local and international options, along with tea, juice, and fresh fruit – everything tasted great. On our first day, we also had lunch there and can recommend the wraps and sandwiches. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel, but we often saw other guests enjoying their evening there, even those who weren’t staying at the property. Our room, 106, was spacious but showed some signs of aging. We slept well, except when neighbors were talking on the phone right outside our door or leaving their rooms noisily early in the morning. The first six rooms are arranged in a tunnel-like layout, one directly behind the other, which causes sound to echo quite a bit. Unfortunately, the windows only face the hallway—except for room 105—so you either feel like you’re on display or have to keep the curtains closed all day. The bathroom featured an open-top shower, a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. Unfortunately, only hot water came out of the shower, and despite several requests, no one came to fix it during our four-day stay. The room also had an air conditioning unit, which worked quietly and efficiently. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, only two corners from the hotel. It’s located right at the island’s popular tourist beach, known as Bikini Beach.

Excellent stay and services. Very good location next to Bikini Beach. They arranged our transfer to and from the airport by speedboat, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Brickwood Veli is a perfectly located beach hotel where the staff do their best (and even more) for their guests! We were more than welcome there and all our wishes were fulfilled. Every morning our tasty substantial breakfasts (continental or Maldivian) were served right on the beach with a wonderful ocean view and flowers, which provided us with an opportunity of daily photoshoots😊By the way, one of the staff members, Akter, did gorgeous photos for us with his phone and also edited and processed them, so we now have awesome content for social networks :) Any question we had was answered immediately by the staff, Shavin, Akter and Sow Rav. The room was big and clean and tidied up regularly, a bathroom was huge with both a shower and a bath. The hotel offers a wide range of excursions which we also had pleasure to enjoy (particularly Sandbank, a very picturesque place, that was cool). The location of the hotel is amazing, it's situated literally on a wonderful well-equipped Bikini beach with a variety of various sunbeds of all shapes, a beach cafe and and lights were switched on every evening. The hotel is small, which we liked a lot as all the staff's attention was ours 😉It's ideal for those who would love to run away from hustle and bustle of a crowded city. The people here were incredibly friendly and sincere, always eager to help. The hotel kindly provided us with fins and masks for snorkelling. We were met at the harbour upon arrival and accompanied back at the end of our stay, both times we were helped with the luggage. The accommodation provides you with tea, coffee and pure drinking water 24/7 in the reception area where you can also relax in the evening. On our last day the guys from the hotel grilled a whole fish for us, which was very nice of them and also very tasty😊Many thanks to the team Brickwood Veli for our unforgettable stay on a beautiful island Rhasdhoo! Highly recommended 👍

This guest house has a distinguished asset than other competitors on Rasdhoo local Island ; its proposes a sea beach which fits well swimmers and snorkelers.

I would prefer more involvement, more commitment by guest house team to take care better their customers ; Like disappearance of personal belongings ; In my case, Persol sunglasses lost into common parts (Russian families involved ?)
