Muy cerca de la bikini beach, el personal muy amable, dispuesto a prestar ayuda para todo, las comidas y desayunos se realizan en un restaurante ubicado a 1 minuto del hotel, la habita con togo lo necesario para pasar unos días, tienen material de snorkel gratuito para dejar.

Die nähe zum Strand ist Super, das Frühstück war ok.

Man weiß gar nicht wo man anfangen soll.. Es gibt keinen wirklichen Eingang damit nur Gäste in das Anwesen können. Es gibt nur ein kleines Holztor mit einem kleinen Bolzen und dann kommen schon die Zimmer. So richtig sicher fühlt man sich dadurch nicht. Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen müssten getauscht werden, im Boden befinden sich Löcher und die einzelnen Bretter stehen teilweise 2 cm auseinander so dass ein doch relativ großer spalt entsteht. Im Bett befinden sich neben den Tausend Flecken und Haaren auch Ameisen. Natürlich lässt es sich bei einem offenen Außenbad nicht vermeide das Tiere vorhanden sind, aber eine Türe dazwischen richtig schließen würde, würde das Problem deutlich minimieren. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, tropft einem die Klimaanlage auf den Kopf, das Bad ist sehr verschimmelt und ich denke das Foto des Duschkopfes spricht für sich, hier bedarf es keiner weiteren Erklärung. Da sich der Besitzer nur bei unserer Ankunft blicken lies und dann leider nicht mehr, schrieben wir Ihm das wir aufgrund eines Fehler in unserer Planung bereits einen Tag früher abreisen müssen. Da wir keine Rückmeldung erhielten, wollten wir am nächsten Tag wie geplant di Unterkunft verlassen. Im Aufenthaltsbereich saß ein angestellter der dann den Besitz anrief das wir gehen wollen, dieser wollte uns dann nicht gehen lassen wir müssen unbedingt auf den Chef warten, da aber unser Speedboot ging wollten wir einfach gehen, wurden dann aber zurück auf unser Zimmer geschickt. Wir gingen dann einfach und trafen den Herren dann auch nicht mehr an. Alles in allem nie wieder, eigentlich schade denn wenn man etwas aus der Unterkunft machen würde, würde diese bestimmt auch nicht leer stehen. (Wir waren die einzigen Gäste zu dieser Zeit!)

We had an amazing stay! The bed was big and super comfortable, the shared terrace is very cozy and the breakfast is very complete. The best is their staff, they revised every detail and were on top of everything. We really felt super welcomed and as home.

Bad soundproofing, noise from the hallway

The owner is a really nice guy with an own shop an the island, so you know where to find him. His ears are always open for every matter, you want to share. He books your boat trip from male, if you want. If your dive starts earlier than breakfast time, he also arranges an breakfast to go…. There is staff that always takes care, no strangers enter the holiday garden Rasdhoo area. It is no observation, just a feeling of presence and safety. We got an upgrade for free to the room with open air shower, when we arrived. Towels are fresh every day, even the beach towels, if you want. Every day there is a fresh bottle of drinking water. Breakfast is two minutes by foot at shallow lagoon restaurant - big buffet. There is an hair dryer and fridge in the room. As people from Germany, we didn’t need an adapter for sockets. Kaffe and Tee are available at every time. Hope, I didn’t forget a thing. :)

The door to bathroom is made by wooden bricks, wich are a bit loose. So you have to close the door carefully.

Niestety aby dodać ocenę muszę dać 1 ale ten hotel obsługa i wszytko zasługuje na -100. Jedynym plusem były czyste ręczniki i pościel i działająca klimatyzacja minusem że wisiała centralnie tak ze wiała na łóżko. W porządku była też lokalizacja ale lokalizacja na tak małej wyspie ciężko żeby była zła

W minusach poczynając od dramatycznego stanu łazienki - wszytko z kamieniem i i pleśnią do tego stopnia że nie da się przełączyć wody na prysznic w wannie. Brak okna w pokoju. Spleśniała lodówka. Śniadanie ubogie ale dało się coś znaleźć. W pokoju brud- na ścianach brudne zacieki. Gruba warstwa kurzu za telewizorem, który nie działa . Zatkany zlew który po dwóch dniach został zauważony przez obsługę i odetkany a mimo to wieczorem już był zatkany. Dodatkowo właściciel, który na koniec pobytu w momencie rozliczania podatku oraz speedboat próbował nas oszukać - na 90 USD. Zastanawiam się skąd takie dobre opinie dla tego hotelu bo mam wrażenie że ludzie piszą o czymś innym. Stan zdjęć zamieszczonych w ofercie nie ma nic wspólnego ze stanem faktycznym. Dodaje kilka zdjęć. Wymarzone wakacje na pięknej dziewiczej wyspie zamienione w DRAMAT - NIE POLECAM.

La ubicación y el trabajador Rasman

Todo muy deteriorado.Losas y cristal de ducha a punto de caer,almohadas muy sucias,paredes agrietadas,bañera con grifos oxidados, no tiene ventilación, la nevera no funciona …..Las fotografías que ponen no muestra como es realmente 😏 El dueño intenta cobrarte las excursiones mucho más cara que otros establecimientos cercanos, también te cobra al llegar 6 dólares por persona cosa que en otros hoteles que estuvimos después no lo hicieron. Mucho cuidado!! Evítalo si puedes

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr gute Lage. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Essen bekommt ma per Buffet im nahegelegenen Restaurant Shallow Lagoon. Das Essen ist völlig in Ordnung. Inhaber und Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und immer bemüht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The WiFi worked well and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient, with supermarkets and other key spots just a short walk away. The place is clean and simple. If you choose the room with the partly outdoor shower, it’s a nice touch, although the view is just a concrete wall. Excellent diving with Drop Dive and the nearby pristine sand bank made up for the passable experience at the guesthouse.

Out of the four guesthouses we stayed at before coming to Rasdhoo, this was the only one where we didn’t really feel looked after or cared for. Communication was quite difficult throughout our stay, and there wasn’t much sense of support, even when it came to organising trips or activities. At times, the owner came across as rather indifferent, which made the experience less enjoyable overall. The receptionist doesn’t speak much English, so it was hard to reach out for advice or assistance when we needed it. The rooms could also use some maintenance, there were pieces coming off the door, and the open shower faces a concrete wall, which isn’t very appealing. We also didn't get the room we booked. It would also be nice to have a kettle in the room for added convenience.

La struttura a fianco Quicksand dove il prezzo era il medesimo. La colazione che veniva fatta nella struttura dello Shallon a 200 metri.

Struttura obsoleta e mal costruita. Camera, a piano terra, priva di finestre verso l'esterno, piccola, piena di segni di umidità, con arredi rotti, scarni e pure sporchi, letto scomodo ( è venuto mal di schiena sia a me che a mia moglie), bagno in parte all'aperto con zanzare e blatte. Rumore quasi costante di pompa. Rapporto prezzo/qualità elevatissimo rispetto a strutture recenti, belle, fresche e con ottimi servizi. Assenza di sole (fuori c'era) nella struttura e quindi difficoltà a fare asciugare anche i costumi. Gestore privo di accoglienza turistica: all'arrivo ci ha lasciato 25 minuti ad attenderlo al porto, alla partenza ci ha fatto andare a piedi al porto in quanto nessuno gli ha prestato il mezzo elettrico e per poco perdiamo l'imbarco perché si era dimenticato di pagare la tratta, nonostante avesse voluto i soldi in contanti in antipo e gli avessi chiesto appena arrivato di occuparsi del trasferimento all'aeroporto come da prassi maldiviane

Most rooms have windows facing a corridor, so you need artificial lighting even during the day. Only room 101 has a window to the courtyard

la struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione, molto centrale dal porto e dalla bikini beach. lo staff è stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza e molto gentile. oltre a questo la colazione era a buffet, servita in un ristorante a due passi della struttura e forniva diverse opzioni. wifi e aria condizionata erano perfetti in stanza. la vicina bikini beach era perfetta, con molto spazio per tutti quanti e due bar/ristoranti molto carini affacciati alla spiaggia e su mare. mi raccomando di fare attenzione al fatto che nell'acqua ci sono diversi sassi e coralli (consiglio di portare le scarpette)

la struttura in sé non era nuovissima ma comunque modesta. mi sento solo di far notare che alcune forniture andrebbero cambiate dato che il bidoncino del bagno e il porta carta igienica erano pieni di ruggine e il filtro del rubinetto del lavandino così otturato che l'acqua spruzzava anche fuori dal lavandino. oltre a questo anche il frigo era piuttosto datato e non pulitissimo. al di là di questi fattori è comunque stato un soggiorno piacevole.

We had a great stay at this hotel on Rasdhoo Island. Everything was very clean, and the host and staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, close to everything, and it’s perfect for divers. We also loved that snorkel and mask rentals were available for free. Highly recommended :)

La struttura è molto più bella che in foto, c’è un’area comune dove c’è sempre acqua calda te e caffè a disposizione, è un bel luogo per fermarsi e sedersi e fare due chiacchiere con gli altri ospiti. Mettono a disposizione maschera e pinne

La struttura necessita di un po’ di manutenzioni rispetto agli standard europei, ma direi che è in linea con quello che solitamente ci si aspetta in questi posti

Il proprietario é molto gentile e disponibile, tiene gli spazi comuni in ordine e puliti. Ha organizzato i nostri trasferimenti. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, il letto é ampio e comodo. Il ristorante per i pasti dista un minuto a piedi (cibo davvero ottimo anche se per la colazione la scelta non é vastissima), la Bikini Beach tre minuti e il porto 5! Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di acqua grande ogni giorno in camera. Vengono forniti anche gli asciugamani doccia, mani e i teli mare, il tutto viene cambiato ogni giorno, sono un po datati, e si vede, ma assolutamente puliti e profumati.

Very close to the beach — only about a 3-minute walk. The best beach on the local island we visited, with natural shade from the trees. After passing the shallow area, a beautiful reef starts with a great variety of marine life. We saw sharks a couple of times, an eel, a starfish, .etc. Quite good breakfast served as a buffet. The housekeeping staff were very kind and friendly. Free mask and fins are available on reception.

The owner was smiling and polite, but tried to charge us almost double for the boat transfer and ecological tax. We were told to pay USD 560 without receiving any bill or receipt, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The furniture and water supply are quite old, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

El staff muy agradable y servicial. La ubicación perfecta. El desayuno está incluido en el restaurante Shallow Lagoon y ha sido de lo más variado que hemos tenido en Maldivas, te hacen huevos o tortillas en el momento.

El baño al estar al aire libre necesita una reforma. Habitación poco luminosa.

Great 5-night stay in Rasdhoo. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and always available. The room is spacious and clean (cleaned every day), and the buffet breakfast in the restaurant next door is incredible. I slept so well in the bed because it is so comfortable. It is very quiet at night, perfect for resting after diving! I really recommend coming here, it's great.

At the center of the island, the location of the hotel is good with restaurants nearby. Clean room with comfy beds. The hotel staff Kaka (sorry if I spell it wrong) was very helpful and hardworking. He helped us manage the transfer back to Male and took care of our luggages.

The owner didn’t show up often except at the payment time and didn’t respond to WhatsApp after we paid our bills, but Kaka helped us with everything

The host was so nice, helpful and answered quickly. He arranged us a boat transfer, late check-out and even changed the booking dates with no extra fee. The property was so cute and clean, we really felt like home here. Highly recommend booking a stay here :)

Hospitality and the atmosphere of the place was just wonderful. The owner was very helpful from the moment we made the reservation. Transportation from the airport, pickup at the island pier, and getting back to Male from the island all went smoothly. Both the guesthouse and Rasdhoo Island were peaceful and pleasant place to stay.

I booked Holiday Gardens after looking at other reviews. Since it had excellent reviews I had high expectations. I was not disappointed with the place, the management or the service. The owner/manager Ahmad and his team are always available, always helpful and prompt and very important always smiling. Since the island is small and only those really interested in snorkelling and diving come one spends a lot of time walking round the island - takes only about 30 mins - or in the hotel between snorkelling, diving or walking about. Met several people who were staying there for periods form 3 days to 2 weeks. All were happy and we had a really friendly group from many countries - India, Germany, Spain. Food can be had a many places on the island but we found that Holiday Garden had excellent food so there was no need for much experimentation. They can prepare local Maldivian food. Seafood and pumpkin made as curries are the staple dishes. We had very nice grilled Red Snapper on the first night and some excellent lobster later on. One needs to discuss the menu with Ahmad in advance as it takes time to get fresh fish. Sometimes their local expert Adam gets the evening catch for everyone to eat. It is always good to get the food prices settled up front right in the beginning after one checks in so there is no heartburn later and one knows what the budget is. We had one organized trip for snorkelling which was guided by Adam. He was helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
