Easy access for restaurant, supermatket and 711 . Staying at the property to rest and going around in tagaytay is afforfable. Only ground floor no need waiting for elevator☺️

Located on the first floor only, with Netflix and sufficient amenities or facilities.

Noisy Aircon and no bathroom/toilet exhaust

Location is so convenient. It is near restaurants and supermarkets. Easy access to transportation as well. The place is clean and comfortable. We had a great stay. The hosts are very helpful. They even gave us a contact for a taxi to pick us up.

Comfy bed and couch. The unit is complete with the basic things you need. I am most happy that they have a washer. The location is nearby good restaurants. The staff of the building are very accommodating.

シャワーのお湯が少しぬるめ。洗濯機の乾燥機能は今一つ。でも無いよりは良い。

The property is very well positioned close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and the host responsive but needs a bit of attention with the spider issue.

The water in the room had a very strong odour and the lack of ventilation is a problem. The room has a problem with spiders, lots of little spiders.

Property had a lot to offer in actives and restaurants for our relaxing stay

There wasnt a lot we didn’t like about the property the one thing about the property is that the shower wasnt working as proper as I thought it would it was a damper on the trip but it was still an excellent stay

The only negative is the price of the parking over night...i think it's too pricey..for the rough appearance.

The staff and the facilities it was well prepared!!! Overall value for money for sure.

1.) Maybe for improvement- you may also add slipper for guest, since you are focus on customer satisfaction, this suggestion might give plus points 2.).Microwave oven - functional but old, quite hard to use 3.) socket outlet near kitchen sink is loose

Everything 😀 I forgot the name of the caretaker ng unit pero kudos sa kanya. Maganda yung room, nammaintain and pagmay need ka or questions ka nasasagot agad.

Free use of toiletries (dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner) and a bath & body works lotion, complementary bottled water, coffee & teas, and a bathrobe!! You can also use their iron, hair dryer, kitchenware, and washing machine.

The place wasn't that soundproof but it's alright. The balcony view of the garden wasn't that great since it's located at the end of the building so the barricade is visible. Therefore, you wouldn't get an aesthetic view but it's alright. Also, i though we can just pay for the use of pool but unfortunately, we need to get a voucher from the property owner which i forgot to ask, so we couldn't avail the swimming pool.

I have nothing to say about the unit. 10/10 for me and will recommend to my colleagues. we'll comeback again next time 🫰🫰 - Kudos to the care taker of the unit. very accommodating and friendly.

Room was small and felt crammed

Security wise its very safe. The room have a security digital lock that the security code is easy to remember. The room is just for a couple enough just tor two with wifi and entertsinment tools watching movie from netflix over all nice, clean and rekaxing.

Parking its not free there is no dedicated parking you have to walk to the club house to park and you have to exert some effort an estimated 500 meters or more from condo unit atleast it take me 10 less mins to reach the parking area.

Bed was comfy. The condo had everything what we need including a great washing machine-dryer combination.

Check-in procedure was complicated. No ventilator in the bathroom.

The place was very cozy, clean and it has almost everything you need. and it lived up to its description of being a romantic gateway. It does make you have good quality time.

I like the whole place it was a very cozy, room is fully equipped with all amenities from toiletries, kitchen items are available with all that you need. Service is exceptional from its owner who is very accommodating and as well as Bernadette that she's always helpful and available all throughout our stay. Extended our stay for another night as we loved the place- easy access to everything. Highly recommended 👌

Location itself is easy to find and the host made sure we won't have problems checking in. Place was spotless and filled with everything we needed. Such a shame that we had to check out early due to an emergency. Lovely place and will surely be back!

Place is clean and neat. Interior was amazing.

Parking was a bit far if you're staying for less than a week. But it's good for the health (exercise).

We had a great stay. Perfect for couple. We were able also to wash our clothes. Easy communication with the owner and unit manager. We really enjoy our stay. Comfy bed.Fast internet.
