No estava gaire net, les instal·lacions molt descuidades. Només hem vist el propietari a l’hora d’esmorzar, abans de marxar.

Zeer afstandelijke, koele zakelijke eigenaar of uitbater, die bijna geen Engels spreekt. De afstand naar het centrum is vrij ver ( wandelafstand).

The hosts were generous, kind, sweet and always helpful. Their customer service standards were exceptional and always provided with a genuine smile. I feel like I have made life long friends and that is very special to my heart. The room was light and airy with a window, a fabulous ceiling fan and an A/C. The bed and pillow were comfortable and I slept exceedingly well during my three night stay. The hot shower is well received after a day out exploring all the magnificence that the Dong Van region has to offer. A basic breakfast served with love, is the perfect way to start your day in Dong Van, particularly if you are going out touring or just walking around enjoying all that beautiful Dong Van has to offer. The hosts organised day tours for me. They were made very special by the hosts care and attention to your needs. I highly recommend a bike tour with them. Their tours are authentic, respectful and filled with amazing scenery and also information about local life and Hmong culture.

Leaving this homely and genuine hotel, my hosts and Dong Van was hard but I'll be back!

La chambre quadruple de luxe est très bien. Assez spacieuse, 2 grands lits, propre, lumineuse, donnant à l’arrière sur montagne et rizière. Éviter celles de devant donnant sur la rue. Le jeune homme qui accueille est absolument charmant et plein de bonne volonté. Le petit déjeuner ne fait pas rêver mais ça peut aller.

Le très gros problème est l’odeur nauséabonde d’égout. Très présente. Elle vient de la SdB (probablement un défaut de plomberie). Nous avons acheté de l’encens pour tenter de la masquer. Ça disqualifie totalement l’hôtel à mes yeux et c’est dommage. Du bruit aussi (karaoké pas loin) surtout le samedi soir. Mais ça semble être le lot de tous les hébergements…compte tenu de ces inconvénients le rapport qualité/prix est médiocre.

Wir hatten eine super Nacht im ToTo Chan Hotel während unserer Fahrt über den Ha Giang Loop. Das Zimmer ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist super nett, WLAN funktioniert auch gut. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, was aber kein Problem ist, wenn man einen Roller hat. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber gut und im Preis inbegriffen.

Aus dem Duschkopf kam nicht so viel Wasser, weil er wahrscheinlich etwas verkalkt war. Das ist aber nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Un accueil chaleureux dans cet hôtel récent situé à l entrée de la ville. Notre chambre était au calme sur le côté de l'établissement. Elle était bien équipée, confortable et propre. Demandez plutôt une chambre sur l arrière avec vue sur les montagnes et une plus grande fenêtre.

Por la noche no había muchas opciones donde cenar que estuvieran justo al lado, solo un par de homestay con karaoke bastante ruidoso.

Wonderful, accommodating, helpful staff. Hotel a good walk away from the market, however the hotel arranged a taxi to and from for us. (Our three taxis, for the same trip, were un metres, and we were charged 20,000 dong, 30,000 dong and 50,000 dong).

Possibly the distance from the market/restaurant area was further than we would have liked, but it is within walking distance. The hotel arranged taxis for us when we chose not to walk.

Quiet hotel not in the downtown. We have a nice view from the room to the mountains behind. The staff very friendly. Globally we liked the stay in the hotel and it’s great for money.

From the room, when everything else is quiet, there’s a noise like electricity motor that is audible from time to time.

Breakfast was fine, as was the room. The manager, Khuong, was extremely helpful.

Really good value for money. Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast. Restaurant for dinner also available if you are tired after a long day. Room had everything you need. Staff was very friendly and even organised another heater for us.

Despite the heater, the room was still cold. Unfortunately, the AC doesn’t have a heating function and a small heater is not enough to warm the entire family room (maybe it’s okay for the smaller rooms). Shower only hot for a short time so you have to hurry up.

Staff were friendly, location was a few minutes walk from the main center but an easy walk. Rooms are basic but nice and clean.

Air Con heater didn’t work, we let reception know, they came up straight away and managed to get us a portable heater until it got fixed the next day. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

Nice room and very friendly and helpful staff. Wine and some food in the hotel - breakfast was great! We went to their sister restaurant (10min walk across stunning field) and had amazing food there also. Was a bit cold but then you’re on top of a mountain and we were unlucky riding in 5 degree weather this week!

The hotel is very basic - ok for a night given the price.

No elevator, no smoke detectors/alarms. No one at the front desk overnight and if a guest unlocks the door to go out, then it remains unlocked. Location is about 15 minutes to old quarter where restaurants are.

my room (303) was big and comfortable. it was facing the main street but there is very little trufic on the road so it was mostly quite. some rooms with two double beds are facing a beautiful valley and have a wonderful view. the guy in the reception, khoung, is very friendly and helpful. he can speak good English which can be very helpful in this part of vietnam, where few people speak English. the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from downtown and the old city but for the price of the room you pay here, it's worth the small effort. there are few restaurants nearby and you can also it in the hotel, so you won't stay hungry..

Last minute booking. Doing Hai Giang loop & desperately needed a good nights sleep & a hot shower. All needs met & hardest working man was always there to assist, couldn’t ask for more.

Marble stairwell was very echoing & breakfast rush woke me up. Other than that nothing. A great place to stay.

The room was nice and clean, and the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. The service was kind and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable for a great night's sleep.

One area for improvement would be the heating during the winter months (December, January, February). It can get too cold to stay comfortably, and while a fan heater was provided, it was insufficient to properly warm the room. Having a night lamp would be a good idea.

Stayed here for 1 night while on the Ha Giang Loop and I was so happy. The place is nice, clean and convenient, it comes with great breakfast and the staff is absolutely outside and very friendly, highly recommend if you're passing by and need a place to stay!

My brother and I booked a room during our motorcycle adventure, this was our favorite stays! The family was so lovely, room was new, clean and had a great view. Food was great as well!
