Everything! Caretaker - Very nice and attentive. Location - Close to everything! The rooms are clean and big enough for us. Beds were very comfortable and everything we need are there. In fact, I just booked this again because we really enjoyed our stay.

We were grateful for a warm welcome from Myra who explained everything to us and gave us the key code and WiFi code. The apartment was very well equipped and even had extras like soap, and lots of towels. Myra provided vouchers for the swimming pool which was helpful. We prepared some meals for ourselves and used the local shops. There were also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Tower 1 is a good location for taxi pick ups and we enjoyed time relaxing in the lobby area.

Our recent week-long stay at this hotel was truly fantastic, and a big part of that was due to the incredible staff. The hotel's amenities were great, but it was the personal touch and genuine helpfulness that made our experience so memorable. ​We especially want to give a huge thank you to Myra. She went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was so kind and helpful, particularly when it came to convincing others. Her dedication and positive attitude made everything so much easier for us, and we truly appreciated her efforts. She is a real asset to your team. ​We highly recommend this hotel, not just for its comfortable rooms and excellent location, but for the exceptional service

But only one time I asked a favor of the guy (maintenance) to fix our clogged toilet, but the guy refused. I even asked to borrow a plunger to do it myself, but he said to go to the main office and ask myself. Thankfully, there is a YouTube video to give us an idea of how to do it without a plunger.😅But other than that, everything was very good!

I loved that the care taker(Ms.Myra) was very accomodating.She had given us all the important Infos that we needed.The Condotel was also very clean and cozy.

Actually almost nothing except for the shower,i had a hard time at first closing it but the next time i found out how it works.

The host was very responsive to our needs even before check-in, providing clear instructions regarding parking and the check-in process. Ate Myra warmly greeted and assisted us upon arrival, ensuring we understood everything about the unit. She went above and beyond our expectations, making sure we received our drinking water, explaining how to use the amenities and facilities, and checking in with us throughout our stay. Even up until check-out, she ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Myra (the caretaker) was wonderful! It’s centrally located and very close to stores, laundromat and MOA.

A bit tight for 7 people. You can hear the traffic from the bedroom. Blackout blinds would be very helpful in the bedrooms. Also, needing some maintenance and up keeping. The kitchen sink and bathroom sink are clogged. Quite a few furnitures in a tight space.

We had a quick transit at Manila (less than a day) and the Splendor was very supportive to allow us to check-in early. The stay is close to the SM Mall and only takes 15 minutes walking to the beach sidewalk.

She made it easier for us to get settled and also very knowledgeable of giving all the info that we need,even assist us with our laundry and everything. Very nice, attractive lobby! Lourdes was very pleasant & helpful; so was the lady who came with her to clean up when we checked out!

i didn’t expect it to be that cramped - except for our master bedroom. I expected 2 sofa beds as described but the picture is an accurate representation of the actual sofa & love seat (not sofa bed!) & the tight space between them. There were folded mattresses if you can find a space to spread them which is a real challenge, since the kitchen & small dining are all cramped next to the sofas as in a studio type apartment. There is a small veranda where you can get some breathing space. No toiletries provided except for a soap container in our bathroom but luckily, we travel with our own. Re: the silky bedsheet provided, this is HOT to use plus the comforter keeps sliding down; cotton bedsheets work better for the Philippines.

10 out of 10! I love the cleanliness and location of the property. From the moment I stepped in, I was truly pleased with the place and the amenities included in this property. I would also like to thank the owner Norberto and the keeper Lourdes for such an easy, pleasant stay. I would rent at this location again in the future when I am in the Pasay area. A++++

It has everything we need. Close to MOA and other tourist attractions. The hospitality was great. Thanks to the staff, Lourdes for preparing our room and parking. We'll definitely come back.
