The owner is arrogant and when the power is shut down, he asked us to check out and seek some other stay. Also very congested place. Dont take the stay. Totally not got for stay espesially with family.

We are really enjoyed the stay. Since the property is middle of the town it's very easy to reach , very much convenient to go for shopping and all. Very much near to KSRTC stand. The host team is also very much cooperative.

related to parking, little bit congested for big vehicles, like traveller . The approach roads are very narrow . Otherwise the property is very good.

My wife and I, along with her elder sister and her husband, visited Palakkad on 19th October 2025. We stayed in one of the two BHK apartments at “Shams Al Imarath”, a beautiful and well-maintained property. Both bedrooms were equipped with attached bathrooms and air conditioning. Other amenities such as a television, refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, geyser, and Wi-Fi were also available, making our stay very comfortable. Shri Ashraf, the Caretaker personally manages the apartment. He is extremely cordial and attentive. On the night of the 19th, while returning from Malampuzha to the apartment, we faced some difficulty in locating it due to a network issue. Upon calling Shri Ashraf for assistance, he promptly came to our location and guided us back safely. We were truly impressed by the excellent facilities and the Caretaker’s hospitality. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay. K K Thankachan

Was in good location, within the town.

Unclean bedsheets, toilet flush wont work, balcony full of cigarette buds. They just provided us an used, uncleaned apartment. I got a good bashing from my family for booking this place. Regret

Parking. little congested. Attender is not there to assist guests. we need to call owner for each and every small things. House keeping team should be there to clean rooms daily basis. need some 24 hours attender to assist with the guests things.

This is a well designed property built with care and effort in design, fixtures and furniture by the host Shafeeq. For example, the higher end mattress and toilet flush system will rarely be found within this budget category. Ashraf the caretaker-manager is hardworking and within reach for any assistance. While the lack of lifts and in-house F&B might be an impediment for some guests, the stairs are wide and several online/ offline food options exist within easy reach. The daily cleaning inside and outside the room seemed diligent. Location might seem a little low-end but is near the town center and access to most urban facilities is easy.

The rooms and stairway urgently need periodic maintenance and painting, without which they start to look dirty. A deep clean and disinfection of all rooms is also long overdue. Terrible sound proofing (gaps in most doors!) means that every outside sound is amplified; light sleepers will have a hard time.

The manager was very helpful and friendly, the only negative point is no restaurant in the property. Restaurants are far away, even though the property belongs to the center of the city.
