Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Der Herr, der sauber gemacht hat, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nachdem ich eine lange Beschwerde an booking.com und auch an den Haus gemacht habe. Nachdem ich eine Nacht in einem furchtbar schlechten Zimmer das gestunken hat verbracht habe, indem er überhaupt nichts gestimmt hat wie die Angaben waren, konnte ich am nächsten Tag Gott sei Dank in die untere Etage, in der alles etwas besser war.
Für diesen Preis, den ich gezahlt habe. Für acht Nächte war es wirklich nicht komfortabel relativ schäbig. Der junge Mann, der sich um die Wohnung gekümmert hat und geputzt hat, hat natürlich regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob er etwas für mich tun kann. Nachdem ich mich lange beschwert hatte. Aber der Preis war definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt und meine Anfrage einer Stornierung oder Preisnachlass gab es leider nicht. Das ganze Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Man hat wirklich alles gehört. Alle Türen knallen relativ laut. Die Mikrowelle befindet sich in einem Hausflur, der relativ unsauber aussieht. Der Wasserkocher war völlig verdreckt und verklebt mit abgestandenen Wasser. Alle Griffe und manche Stellen waren sehr fleckig und auch der Boden war völlig kaputt. Das erste Bett, das ich hatte, war auf einer Seite extrem durch gelegen. Und der Schrank stank extrem und hatte Flecken nach Urin. Im übrigen hat man einen nicht informiert, dass genau gegenüber eine Baustelle ist mit Lärm und Dreck.

Всё довольно повидавшие жизнь, слабый нагреватель в ванной, огромное количество грязи на вентиляционных решетках и в шкафах. За эти же деньги в Лондоне жили в прекрасных апартаментах с новым ремонтом хорошей локации.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026A única coisa que salva é a localização que é ok. Não é tão longe, mas também não é assim tão perto, tem que andar uns 30 min até o centro.
Era melhor eu ter ido para um hostel, peguei esse quarto para ter uma noite de sono tranquila, mas só joguei dinheiro no lixo. O isolamento acústico é PÉSSIMO. Eu e meu namorado não conseguimos dormir, mesmo exaustos, pois escutávamos todos os barulhos dos quartos ao lado, do banheiro, dos quartos de cima. Inclusive poderia ter uma política de horário de silêncio, pois o hóspede de cima arrastou móveis e malas pelo quarto das 01h até as 5h da madrugada. Derrubava coisas no chão. Fora que as portas são horríveis de abrir, maçanetas e fechaduras muito antigas.

Trotz Dreimaligem Nachfragen auf eine zusätzliche Bettdecke, wurde darauf nicht eingegangen, obwohl alle anderen Fragen beantwortet wurden. Die vorhandene Decke wäre auch als Ehepaar eher zu klein gewesen.

A bit of noise due to the neighbours slamming doors from time to time, but it was only in the morning. If you like to sleep in the dark, bring a sleep mask!

Unfortunately you can hear everything from the hallway and the other rooms. So if your neighbors come back early in the morning and have a party, you end up having it too. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom could be better.

W pokoju dostępne były kubki i ręczniki, czajnik oraz toster, jednak szkoda, że nie było ani jednego talerza.
