Palacio del sol Is a very fashionable hotel in the heart of Medina, it's a high level artistic furniture and interior,our room was Very spacious and clean.. great mattress and pillows and wide shower. The breakfast is on the rooftop terrace and food is absolutely tasteful as well as the staff. The staff Is very friendly and helpful also for booking taxi and with baggage,a 24h support! Considering the price It Is a real upper level accomodation in chefchaouen

A cabinglass for the shower or even a curtain would be useful!

Great location in the heart of the medina, you literally step out walk a little and you’re in the main square near the Kasbah. When you arrive, do call Mr Barbara so the staff can help get your luggage up the street. Mr Barbara was a great host.

広場やタクシーを拾う場所から近い。最寄りのタクシー乗り場までお迎にきてくれて、荷物も運んでくれたのでありがたかった。朝食は種類も量も豊富。お部屋はとても広くて、水回りはとても現代的に整えられていた。

よくなかったわけではないけれど、お値段はそれなりにするので、コストパフォーマンスがよい、とは言えない。

Lovely hotel and perfectly located for exploring the medina on foot. Moreover, it’s easy to reach from the road, making arrival/departure almost hassle-free. Fantastic breakfast!

Отличные завтраки и персонал. Прекрасный управляющий, всегда был на связи и готов был помочь. Очень чисто. В ванне есть необходимые принадлежности.

Все недостатки не относятся на прямую к отелю, это особенности проживания в Шевшеуэне. Мы были в конце декабря и в номерах, как и везде в городе было очень холодно. Отопления в городе нет. Принять теплый душ по утрам было практически не возможно, поскольку накопительный бык мал. Отель оснащен достаточно простой мебелью, это колоритно, но не удобно. Шумоизоляция очень плохая.

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil réservé par l'équipe a été exceptionnellement chaleureux et attentionné on se sent immédiatement comme chez soi dans ce riad récemment rénové au cœur de la médina Un grand merci pour le chauffage de qualité, précieux confort lors des soirées fraîches en montagne, qui a rendu notre séjour douillet et reposant. Mais le moment fort de chaque matinée ? Le petit-déjeuner servi sur la terrasse ensoleillée ! Une véritable invitation au voyage des sens : pains faits maison, miel local, fromages frais, jus d'agrumes pressés et thé à la menthe parfumé, le tout accompagné d'une vue imprenable sur les toits bleutés de Chefchaouen. Un délice à chaque lever de soleil !!! L'emplacement est idéal à quelques pas de la place Outa El Hammam et des ruelles les plus photogéniques et la décoration allie avec élégance tradition marocaine et raffinement contemporain. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette parenthèse magique. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad à quiconque souhaite vivre l'essence authentique et confortable de Chefchaouen !!!!

.From the moment we arrived, the **reception** was extremely warm, with smiling staff who were always available and ready to help. The Breakfast on the terrace is a real delight, with a beautiful view and a very pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The beds are very comfortable, you really sleep well, and the heating works perfectly, which makes the room cozy even when it is cool outside. The bathroom is clean, modern and well equipped, with good water pressure and hot water available at all times. I highly recommend this riad for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Chefchaouen

La struttura è tipica e tradizionale e serve una buonissima colazione. La posizione è centrale e ottima. Consigliato per chi cerca un Riad tradizionale dove alloggiare. Il titolare è gentile.

Non è adatto per chi non riesce a fare le scale (vi sono molte scale per arrivare al Riad). In altri Riad sono venuti a prendere i bagagli alla macchina. Suggerirei di aumentare i gradi dell'acqua calda in inverno. Non adatto per chi cerca una sistemazione lussuosa.

The location was pretty good, especially when going through streets of the old town for some sightseeing and shopping. The facilities were in a good condition and nicely decorated although there were some minor issues in our room, for example, the water tap of the sink was leaking a bit and lighting was quite dim and could have been brighter but altogether it wasn't disturbing, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, the breakfast was very good also with a nice view over the town. I think this riad is the right choice if you want a decent and reliable few days' stay in Chefchaouen.

内部很漂亮，从老城门口走路七八分钟很快就能到，大门和房间门都有密码锁。老板大叔在主路上等着我们，我们一经过他就立马喊出了我的名字招呼我俩。还给我在地图上标记了很多地方，我们基本上是按他的建议转的Medina。

Palacio Del Sol is a beautiful riad in the Medina of Chefchaouen. It sets the standard for all other accommodations in this category. Beautifully decorated, very clean, inside the medina, good beds, etc. But most of all, the helpfull staff goes beyond everything we have encountered. In addition: breakfast is great and extensive. And for those travellers who are in need of clean laundry: you can use the washing machine of the riad.

Riad spazioso, pulitissimo, colorato, curato nei dettagli. La stanza è grande, confortevole, con finestre che danno sia all'esterno che all'interno del riad come da tradizione. Il bagno nuovissimo e spazioso. Si vede che, seppur mantenendo vivissima la tradizione in quanto per decorazioni, mobilio ed atmosfera sembra di fare un tuffo nel passato, il riad è tutto rinnovato e tecnologico con i codici di ingresso alle porte. Terrazza per la colazione con una bellissima vista e confortevole, la colazione era molto buona. La posizione è ottima.

Palacio del Sol was hands down the best stay of my two-week trip around Morocco. The property is impeccably maintained and feels newly renovated, combining the charm of traditional Moroccan decor — with colorful tiles and elegant touches — with modern features that are rare to find in riads of this price range. The host was warm and helpful without being overbearing, which I really appreciated. The location is ideal — close to everything in Chefchaouen, yet easily accessible by car thanks to its proximity to a main road. The rooftop terrace is another highlight, offering lovely views and a peaceful setting to enjoy the delicious breakfast served each morning. I couldn’t have asked for more — highly recommended.

Очень красивое пространство риада, красивый и уютный номер, восхищает каждая деталь. Локация супер. Если вернусь, обязательно поделюсь здесь снова и буду рекомендовать друзьям

Только вода немного подкачала, с утра возможно помыться только холодной водой, днем и вечером уже без проблем. Но для меня это незначительный минус

Location is excellent next to the main square, the castle and all restaurants.

Property does not take credit cards so Booking should make prepayment arrangements instead of requiring customers to carry lot of cash. Also access is via winding steps that can be challenging for elderly people.

We arrived in Chefchaouen and were met by the owner who guided us to the Riad. The Riad is situated in the Medina but it is quiet. It is beautifully decorated and our room was clean and comfortable. The owner is an amazing character who made up feel welcome from the very beginning. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing with good food great service and tasty food. We would recommend this Riad if you are in Chefchaouen

Our host, Mr. Barbara, was a mench. He went above and beyond going so far as to meet us at our drop off location and walk us to the hotel. The location was perfect, right near the square where you can experience all the hustle and bustle of the markets. Everyone was genuinely friendly and our stay could not have been more pleasant.

I greatly enjoyed my stay here. Mr. Abdeslam was a wonderful host. He reached out on Whatsapp the day before to confirm my travel plans and make my check in process as smooth as possible. He was always available to help or answer my questions and helped me get a taxi for the day I checked out. The room looked very newly renovated, but the place overall kept it's local beauty and charm with the decor. Location is the BEST! Literally around the corner from the main plaza where there are all the restaurants, ATM, and little convenience store.

I could hear everything outside in the street. The street noise went till 11pm or midnight, so if you're a light sleeper, this would be a downside. This isn't really a fault of the hotel. If you want to stay so close to the main plaza, expect to hear the sounds of the city.

It's new, shiny, bright, clean, well placed and wonderful! The owner, M.Barbara went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Kind, friendly, helpful and just wonderful, all of the staff were adorable. Well placed in the centre of the action, it was more than we expected, we loved it. Delicious breakfast, so much to love!

It was very noisy one night outside the room,not the hotels fault,but perhaps consider earplugs, just in case.

Breakfast was wonderful! Fruit, eggs, coffee and bread…great way to start the day! Location was amazing! Near the square which was near the grand mosque and the kasbah. Our host, Barbara was fantastic! What a character :) very nice man and helpful. He will arrange transportation anywhere as well as guide if need be. We would absolutely stay here again!
