Being charged to leave our cases for two hours and once checked out not being allowed to use the restaurant whilst waiting for our lift

This is my second visit to them. The price is very reasonable for the view, the size of the room and the convenient location.

Parking prices are very high.

The building is quite new and modern, with good location. Through the window you can see the Menara and the Petronas towers. The pool and the view from it is magnificient.

The room is not a big deal. Essencial useful things are missing (for example a hanger from the bathroom etc.). The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the sheets have stains, and the room is dirty in general. The building has 4 elevators which is far feom enough for that amount of people, it always took at least 10 minutes to get to tthe room. The grand floor is always crowded. The staff isnt nice at all, they cant even say hi.

The swimming pool views and the gym are fantastic. The location is really great

The apartment smelt strongly humidity everytime, there was not kitchen cutlery. No tv in the apartment, and the toilet bowl also smelled bad and looked dirty

Lovely apartment. Great high views from our floor. Very spacious. Plenty of storage space. Excellent rooftop pool and sky gardens to enjoy the fantastic view. Our room included breakfast in the cafe which was delicious with great choice. Easy check in process.

We stayed for 5nights but even towels and beddings they didn’t change until our check out day. They didn’t even clean our room throughout our 5nights stay until we checked out. Very bad management we will not book again in this hotel.

Great location. It's easy to walk to bukit bintang and klcc, nearby a hop on, hop off stop. Suite was lovely and big with a modern bathroom and a washer/drier. Lovely roof top pool However breakfast was terrible. All hot items were cold and staff member had to change bread basket as some slices were mouldy

Nice looking hotel complex with wonderful view for both Petronas towers and TV tower. 10 minutes walk from bukit bintang and metro stations, infinity pool and a bar on the rooftop, small 24/7 shop on the ground floor. Rooms are clean and comfy.

Bed was way too small even for my 178 height, elevator can take a lot of time to wait for

View from room on 28th floor is amazing. From top roof pool even better. Location is not bad. About 10 walk to China Town and about 20min walk to Petronas twin towers. 1 min to free bus service. 10 min walk to shop and restaurants.

This place is so old and dirty. Cockroaches on 28th floor. Dust everywhere including thick layer on the windmill blades above the bed. Mold on window glass and between tiles in bathroom. Literally can't take shower barefoot. Fridge, dirty. Work top dirty. floor dirty.

The infinity pool was great with a gorgeous view.

Nothing really to like, was average

Breakfast was bad, very limited options. Cleanliness was a major issue, dirty bed sheets and pillows had to ask for them to be changed, rooms were so dusty, we found ourselves often wiping the dust away. Elevators are often busy and waiting area are really hot and sticky. Pool isn’t that clean, and always busy and often no pool towels. Would rather stay elsewhere

I like it at all. The most I like here was the breakfast, It was really tasty and nice, The second if the view from the pool on 37th floor. The third is the staff here was very kind. The location is ok, I cant say perfect location, but its not so far from many stations.

The scammers and robbers could be everywhere, and when someone took the money one of our colleagues at the lobby of the hotel, the security couldnt help us and didnt let us even to see the camera. They just said to go to the police.

The location is quite good. Walking distance to most of the main tourist spots (aprox. 25 minutes) and the nearest metro station is just 10 min. away. The location is the best thing about the hotel. Basically the only good thing.

The staff seems unfriendly and unhelpful, but is always ready to pursue some stupid useless rule like not sitting at the edge of the pool or throwing everybody out of the pool midday “for cleaning.” Btw, pool cleaning means a man with a pool cleaning net fishing out some leaves. And that is probably the only cleaning whatsoever as I have never seen a pool in worse condition. It is so dirty!!! The water is cloudy and stinks! The clenliness is an overall issue in the hotel. Room cleaning is also a joke. It happened once during our week long stay, our four towels got replaced by two, we didn’t get any new toilet paper so we ran out and the cleaning man cleaned our bathroom by stepping on our bathrug with his outdoor dirty shoe, with his leg wiped wet floor and than left the rug much dirtier at our floor for the rest of the week. I was shocked watching it. There is also only a cold water in the shower. Bed is old and broken, so it makes incredible squeeking sound that wakes you up at night whenever anybody moves. The rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear everything form the hall and nearby rooms - you can actually understand what other guest are saying even when they speak at normal wolume. Unfortunately we had payed for our stay on our arrival, othervise we would run away as soon as possible. Terrible hotel!

I was hoping somewhere less busy Hotel is pretty big Always have to wait a lot for elevator because so many people in hotel Pool look blurry to me, so I did not swim and I know what I am talking about I have a swimming pools company in Canada. Flooring was completely damaged by previous occupants. Also I did not get a floor mat for bathroom.

Overall a great stay. Location is perfect, you can walk almost everything, even at night. Send the host a whatsapp message when you arrive, as the reception staff is from another company. You may be able to check in earlier if you message. You can leave your luggage for 5 MYR per piece per day.

The room itself was nice and fairly clean, but in need of a deep clean and some TLC. Window cushions were very stained, as were the walls. Biggest thing I missed was hooks for towels.

Location was comfortable and about 20 minutes walking from the Petronas Towers. The convenience store on the ground floor was very handy.

Reception staff rude. Breakfast had the bare minimum. we stayed at the room for three days and nights and was never cleaned and the towels were never changed. Had only four elevators and they were always busy and was taking ages to go up or down .

The bed was bound like a cradle, the mattress was old, you could hear the neighbors very well. They arrived at 01:00 am and we heard them talking until they went to sleep. You have to pay 4 myr (about a dollar/euro per suitcase you leave after check out) and today 24th of November around 12:00 pm when we asked back the older guy of the counter to let us go to the bar at the swimming pool but first take one of our suitcases he reacted very annoyed. He came with me to the storage room and in a very bad way he said, “there, search”. Well to start I am paying for the first time in my life to leave my luggage safe and he did very rude and after I took my back he did not even check if I took my back. I could have taken anyone with me without control. That was unexpected and in my opinion unacceptable.

I booked because of the infinity pool view

They charged us an extra 100 MYR just for putting our luggage in the room earlier. Additionally, they charged us an extra 250 MYR for taxes and other things. The room’s floor was dirty, so I couldn’t walk barefoot in the room. The toilet commode had yellow stains everywhere, and when I asked them to clean it, the manager insisted it was already clean. I took pictures and sent them to him via WhatsApp, as he had provided his number for communication. Only then did he finally send someone to replace the commode seat. There were no coffee or tea bags, despite the high price they charged for the room. They only seemed interested in taking money but didn’t provide proper service. Toilet paper wasn’t provided on time, nor were the towels replaced. I had to keep reminding them and asking for these basic amenities. Shampoo and soap ran out after the first day, and we stayed for four nights. The manager seemed stingy and suspicious when we brought up these issues. Overall, I would never stay at this place again and would not recommend it to anyone. We found a much better place afterward, so please do your due diligence and search for other accommodations before booking.

The location was good for exploring.

Bedsheet was dirty. Smell in my room was strange/bilgy. Toilet seat was broken. AC was not working properly.

The staff were unhelpful and all seem to work for different companies not the hotel as one building. They wouldn’t talk to us at all until check-in and we had to pay to leave our bags and couldn’t use the pool. When our air con wasn’t working we asked someone on the floor but he couldn’t help cos he was a diff company. The room was extremely basic with no call down to reception which is a pain when it’s so big and there was no info in the room about anything (the hotel, the area etc). Took ages to work out air con as no instructions. Shower room has no screen so whole floor gets soaked. Broken blinds and plug sockets. No warm touches at all.
