Reviewed Feb 26, 2026The property was clean and I loved its finishes. There were a few books and a board game for entertainment. There was no electricity over my stay and the back up power was only for small things like WiFi and charging, however there was warm water for showering and I wasn’t there for long so I got takeaway. I can’t complain much, I only needed the bed to sleep after an event. I just thought the back up meant there would be electricity sufficient for everything judging by the name of the place.
Apart from the power cut (which was inevitable) and I loved everything.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Un appartement tout confort, très bon rapport qualité prix. Les logements sont bien conçus, du type logements pour étudiants. L’accueil est cordial et il y a toujours une personne présente.
Le quartier est relativement calme entre 22 heures et 6h du matin. La journée et le soir, comme il y a beaucoup d’appartements, il y a des portes qui claquent, des discussions à voix forte et le bruit de la rue, des travaux, etc.

It really caters to your needs having a stove and pots is thoughtful having an oven and baking equipment I would have really baked there if I had more time. I highly recommend this place

the early checkout time at 10am. the host isnt too understanding about late checkout and goes to a point of calling the guard to come announce you're late. almost feels like youre being chased away although youre already on your way out.

Everything was lovely, clean, smelled good, utilities provided were more than enough, security and neighbours were friendly and chilled, and the TV sound? You could swear it was a sound bar 😅 But all in all, the place is very clean and warm. I also recommended to many of my friends and we will be definitely be coming back soon. Thank you ❤️

Everything was perfect—from the aesthetic design to the well-equipped kitchen and lounge, as well as the cozy bathroom and bedroom. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we received exactly what was promised in the listing. Although we encountered a few minor issues, such as the sliding door to the balcony, we managed to figure things out as time went on. During a power outage, the provided inverter was a lifesaver, but I would recommend the host consider adding power outage lights for nighttime emergencies. Despite these small hiccups, we genuinely felt our money was well spent. The security staff were friendly and made us feel like residents, and the building manager’s prompt responses to our texts ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We had a splendid time and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended!
The only thing we didn’t like was the cockroaches and flies, but that’s really nothing hectic considering how amazing the stay was. I’d recommend the host fumigate the place and provide insect spray, especially for hot summer days.
