Très joli décoration traditionnelle et travaillée dans les chambres et le patio, personnel accueillant ! Adnan à l’accueil et Mohamed au petit-dej sont particulièrement sympathiques, souriantes et à l’écoute. Merci à eux ! Petit déjeuner traditionnel et qui a eu des variations sur les deux jours où nous étions présents, ce qui est top.

Manque quelques petites choses comme des pantoufles ou un drap supplémentaire par exemple.

Perfect location, it's close to all the sights and not far from the central medina but much quieter. The staff always made sure we were comfortable. Spacious rooms and super comfy beds. Great breakfast, too. We’d definitely recommend this Riad.

ALLES WAR PERFEKT! Wir waren bereits mehrere Male in Marrakech und diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die BESTE in allen Aspekten. Das Personal ist ein Traum, die Zimmer sind wunderschön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und wirklich lecker. Die Sauberkeit ist auf höchstem Niveau. Auch die Lage ist perfekt und sehr sicher - außerhalb des großen Trubels, aber man ist in wenigen Gehminuten mitten im Geschehen. Wir sagen Danke und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Le Riad est très bien situé et j’ai aimé les chambres et également l’accueil et le personnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Le petit déjeuner à la terrasse est excellente également. L’endroit est bien calme.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The boys at the front desk were very polite and helpful to change our room. The housekeeping was excellent, cleaning and changing was done every day. The riad itself was decorated tastefully and was pleasant to stay. Shower is another great feature to note.Great location.

The only thing, is i found dead cockroach in the washroom and some towels were really old. But i think it's very common thing.

Lovely clean property and in a great location. Accessible facilities close by and all within a walking distance. One staff would always greet with a smile on his face and would aim to fulfil any requests.

Bedroom security was a big downfall for us as the there was issues with locking and unlocking the door. This was raised with staff on multiple occasions and we were told there is no other room available. This left us feeling insecure leaving personal belonging in the room and having to get assistance each time we needed to enter/exit our room. The manager was lovely and recognised there was issues but unfortunately no offer for another room was made available. The manager was kind and offered a late check out by 2pm on the last day but due to miscommunication between Riad staffing, Mo asked us to leave by 12pm due to room cleaning. Communication just needs to be made clearer within the Riad staffing. Along with being honest around the room locks/faults, as another occupant had shared they were offered the same room a few days ago and when they complained they got given another room. There needs to be an option of paying at the property as I would not have paid that price after what I experienced!

Está muy pero muy descuidado las instalaciones no se parecen en nada a lo que se ve en las fotos. Se nota que era muy bonito antes ahora es muy feo descuidado y la suciedad no ayuda con cucarachas que encontramos en las habitaciones

Das Riad ist insgesamt schön und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage ist gut. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und geschmacklich gut. Allerdings waren die Wartezeiten bis zur Bedienung bzw. bis das Frühstück vollständig serviert wurde oft recht lang, was insbesondere am Morgen etwas mühsam war.

Leider war die Sauberkeit während unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Böden hätten deutlich gründlicher gereinigt werden können; regelmäßiges Staubsaugen und anschließendes feuchtes Wischen wären wünschenswert gewesen. Im Badezimmer waren häufig Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken zu sehen, und der Spiegel war meist mit Wasserflecken bedeckt. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit der Bettwäsche. Nachdem die Windel meines Kindes ausgelaufen war und die Bettwäsche nach Urin roch, habe ich deutlich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Bettwäsche gewechselt werden sollte. Trotz dieses Hinweises wurde sie nicht ausgetauscht, sodass wir noch fünf Tage auf derselben Bettwäsche schlafen mussten. Das empfand ich als sehr unangenehm und nicht akzeptabel. Zudem fanden wir fast täglich Kakerlaken im Zimmer bzw. auf dem Boden, die ich teilweise selbst beseitigen musste. Dies hat den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigt und wirft Fragen hinsichtlich der Hygiene und Schädlingsbekämpfung auf. Auch der Poolbereich machte leider keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Der Pool wirkte während unseres Aufenthalts ungepflegt, weshalb wir ihn kaum genutzt haben.

Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de charmes, une très belle et grande chambre tout confort, magnifique salle de bains. L’emplacement est central à 2 pas des soûks et en périphérie de la médina, les taxis peuvent venir très proche de l’hôtel. Personnel vraiment très gentil aussi. Un nid de cigognes est à proximité, on a eu des vols de cigognes au dessus de nos têtes pendant le petit déjeuner.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, location extremely convenient, room is spacious.

Our room (room 5) is way too loud. There is no sound proof at all, even with my earplugs, I can hear clearly all the noises: motorbikes humming, kids playing and talking, the prayer from the mosque at 4:45am (because I was waken up by it)......I would much prefer a windowless room than a room like this which has no sound insulation at all.

Alles war super! Das Personal war super lieb und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Alors il y a une chose, lorsque nous étions au petit déjeuner il y avait pas mal d'abeilles qui venez déjeuner avec nous, cela était un peu gênant.

The Riad was beautiful. Very modern with a traditional feel. Our room,the family deluxe, is large with plenty of space and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is gorgeous. The only thing I would say is be very careful using the shower,the water leaks out from under the door and the floor is very slippery. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace and was delicious-the bees joined us which didn’t bother us too much but something else to be aware of.

L’hôtel est très beau. Le personnel adorable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié. L’emplacement est génial! La décoration des chambres est magnifique!

Le bémol: la terrasse sur le toit est un peu mal entretenue et la piscine est pas très propre et le seul endroit pour manger le petit déjeuner est sur la terrasse où il y a beaucoup d’abeilles. Malheureusement, on a dû manger très vite à cause de ça. C’est dommage. Les chambres sont mal insonorisé, on entends les voisins de chambres parler ou faire du bruit de bonne heure.

1. The breakfast was at the roof and as it was served, we were greeted by a lot of honey bees 2. The toilet was separate from the bath area, and had permanent opening into the bedroom, without an exhaust.

What an absolute gem. Nestled off the main road, it was a haven from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds so comfortable. The breakfast was divine and you are looked after 24/7 by the friendliest staff who could not have been more helpful. Perfect.

Le bruit et la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres ; le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez traditionnel. Les piscines ne sont pas vraiment utilisables, notamment celle de la terrasse, il n'y avait même pas d'eau dedans. Le Riad est mignon, mais il est plus joli sur les photos de l'annonce.

Las instalaciones son muy actuales y modernas y todo está muy limpio. El servicio del personal es magnífico , para mí a destacar el servicio de Reda un chico joven súper servicial que nos preparaba el desayuno por las mañanas y estaba siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara de nada, es imprescindible en el hotel , al igual que Mohamed siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a hacer de la experiencia algo maravilloso. Volvería sin duda !

УЖАСНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ! Вышестоящее руководсто отеля абсолютно не шло на встречу и не решило проблемы в номерах! Забронировали проживание для группы на 2 суток с 9 по 11 апреля, в номерах было холодно, кондиционеры не работали, вдушевых не было горячей воды, на террасе грязные столы и стулья, в2 номерах произошло задымление и сгорели личные вещи - зарядные блоки от телефонов, сгорела проводка до такой степени, что на стенах образовались черные следы от гари, это максимально небезопасно для жизни и здоровья гостей. После общения с менеджером отеля, они заерили, что к вечеру все починят, Вечером ситуация стала еще хуже - кондиционеры не работали, в номерах по-прежнему было холодно, горячкй воды не было, вкомнатах на полу оразовались лужи, в нескольких номерах ввода лилась прямо с потолка на пол и в в номера, с учетом проблем с проводкой, в номере могло произойти короткое замыкание и навредить здороью гостей или испортить технику. Отель отказался переселять гостей в другие номера, возмещать ущерб и возвращать деньги за услуги, оказанные ненадлежащим образом, ссылаясь на то, что они оббычный риад, от которого не стоит ждать хорошего серввиса, хотя стоимость бронирования было более 1000 евро. Последнюю ночь мы в отеле не проживали и нам пришлось экстренно бронировать другой отель за свой счет и переежать, что считаю максимально неприемлемым и не клиентоориентированным. В качестве компенсации предложили ужин на грязной террасе под ливнем. Деньги отель по-прежнему возвращать не планирует и ситуацию никак не комментирует, ссылаясь на то, что во всем виноват дождь. Настоятельно рекомендую изегать этот отель и не проживать в нем. Дальнейшее разбирательство продолжим через туристическую полицию

No light and French air in the room. Some design choices were not ideal such as the shower and ventilation of the room.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were varied each day with more than enough food and great coffee. Flexible breakfast time when we had an early start for day trip and flights. Excellent location for exploring the city. A lovely calm space is a lovely contrast to the vibrant city and souks which we also enjoyed.

Nothing we didn’t like, even when there were severe storms that created water on the floors of our rooms the staff did their best to be helpful with towels to mop up.

Salle de bain avec l'eau à 60 degrés sortant autant du robinet de froid, que du robinet de chaud. Dans la chambre double standard, aucun rideau occultant et lumière du couloir allumée toute la nuit. Vous dormez donc avec la lumière dans la chambre. Pas de TV au mur dans la chambre double et la chambre double deluxe. Serrure et poignée de la chambre très compliqué a fermé, ne tenant que par 1 vise sur 4. Coffre fort avec problème de batterie qui n'a donc pas fonctionné.

L’emplacement : bien situé dans le quartier Chambre spacieuse, literie agréable.

La douche qui est difficilement réglable et le petit déjeuner bien présenté mais pas qualitatif. Le personnel parle très peu français. Et la chambre n’a pas de VMC ce qui rend l’air humide et la porte d’entrée de la chambre étant la seule ouverture possible pour aéré.

Die Lage ist zentral, in 15 Minuten am großen Platz. Das dazugehörige Restaurant um die Ecke ist super.

Schimmel an der Decke und am Waschbecken. Katzenhaare auf dem Teppich. Das warme Wasser braucht 2 Minuten. Frühstück ab 08:30, dann läuft es langsam an. Kein Buffet. Das Personal ist aber bemüht, wenn man eine Tour gebucht hat und früher los möchte.

Ficamos num quarto virado para a rua e as janelas não tinham um bom isolamento, ouvia-se literalmente tudo dentro do quarto. Para mim esse foi o ponto negativo desta estadia.

Asmae und ihr Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage. Das Riad ist eine kleine Oase in der belebten Innenstadt und mit einer schönen Dachterrasse. Das Frühstücksangebot war extrem abwechslungsreich und mit traditionellen marokkanischen Spezialitäten. Sehr guter Kaffee

Der aktuelle Trend in Hotels bei WC und/oder Dusche gefällt mir nicht so gut.

The staff is incredibkly nice and welcoming. The manager Asmae very helpful. The breakfast is very good and generous, and it changes everyday. The location couldn't be better. Right at the entrance of the Kasbah, across for the famous La Sultana and next to the Saadian Tombs. It's also a 15 minute nice walk to Jamaa el Fna square and the suk. My superior room was very big and comfortable. The hotel is extremely quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

There was a problem with the hot water but after two days they completely fixed it. And it sounds like they have fixed it once for all. In which case, there is nothing I didn't like. Of course it would be nice if the hotel had an outdoor pool on the terrace as the one they have is indoor and is very tiny. However, the time at the riad was nevertheless relaxing and enjoyable.

Magnifique RIAD , melant ancien et moderne avec gout.emplacement ideal pour tout faire à pied.j etais avec mes 2 grands enfants 18 et 21 ils ont adoré aussi.la chambre etait immense , une salle de bain des mille et une nuit des petits dej copieux et variés servis sur un magnifique roof top et surtout un personnel d une gentillesse et amabilité incroyable.cet endroit est parfait pour passer plusieurs jours à Marrakech.

Le seul bemol la colonne de douche oû il n est pas simple de regler la temperature et une grande douche à l italienne qui innonde un peu autour.mais vraiment rien de negatif.tout etait parfait.

It looks nice and it’s in a nice location of the city, but that’s pretty much all that was positive about our stay

When paying this amount you simply expect more. We had no warm water even though it was promised it was fixed. Reading through other reviews this seems to be a common problem even though they said to us it was a 20 minute problem in the neighborhood, which was simply not true as we had the same problem the night before and the rest of our stay. The bathroom also turned into a swimming pool every time we used it. The room smelled bad and had mold on the walls. It was very noisy all night so we hardly got any sleep. We asked for a 07:00 breakfast on our last day, which the staff said would be possible as we had to leave at 07:30 to catch our flight. Was ready at 07:20 so we had a quick coffee and didn’t have time for more. Again, looks nice, but would not recommend.
